Why won't my iPhone 4 connect to iTunes

I'm trying to connect my iPhone 4 to iTunes through my computer but everytime I plug it in, iTunes freezes and won't do anything. I end up having to ctrl+alt+del to close it down. Earlier it was saying that there was something wrong with the syncing and that the information couldn't be sent to iTunes.

Why won't my iphone 4 connect to my home network?

I've had my iphone4 connected to my home wifi network for about 18 months with no problems. A few weeks ago it suddenly dropped the connection and when I try to connect, and enter the password, it tries but then responds that it can't join the network.
I can connect to other networks at work and in public. There is a laptop and another iphone4 connected to the home network with no problems.
Today, I ahve reset the router (as suggested on another thread) and reconfigured the network. The laptop is connected and working but now NEITHER iphone will connect to the wifi.

Thanks for trying but mine hasn't. I've connected to this router before with no problems. There doesn't seem to be a reasonable explanation.

Not the most technically savy guy. Tried to sync my iPhone on my computer like I have plenty of other times before, but got a warning message saying that the hardware that I was attempting to install has not been verified through Windows XP (or something to that effect). Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

Try resetting network settings, under settings, general, reset, reset network settings. Basically it refreshes the connection between your phone and all wireless connections like wifi and cellular. Also try resetting your home modem/router to make sure that is a fresh connection as well.

Well snozdop as you can see, I am new around here. In most online forums you can "bump" an old thread and get new responses, rather than making a whole new thread about the same question.

Unless I am sitting within 2/3 metres of the router (or direct line of sight), my iPhone 5, iOS 7.1.1 won't connect. I would like to think I am IT savvy, but I just can't figure it out.

Why won't my iPhone 5c connect to the internet without wi-fi?

This is so strange, but I can't use my iPhone 5c apps when I'm not connected to wifi. This makes no sense because I have a data plan. It's not unlimited, but I've already checked with my carrier, and my data for the month has barely been used. The internet simply doesn't work without wi-fi. I've tried everything short of restoring the phone to its factory settings. I've done a hard reset by pressing the home and power buttons at the same time, powered the phone off and on several times. I've tried resetting the network settings. Nothing has worked. On wi-fi, my phone will work just fine. I can connect to all my apps and the internet. But on LTE or 3G, I can't even send an iMessage.
I really don't want to have to head into the Apple store and get a new phone, but I will if no one can figure out what's wrong. I'm about to try a full restore to factory settings after backing everything up to my computer. So we'll see how it goes.

I would check under settings < cellular that everything is turned on (or at least for the apps you want to use cellular data)
But with having mulitiple issue on cell data, it sounds like a possible issue the carrier would want to address. '

I downloaded the iKeyboardRemote app on my mac so i can control my phone across the room. The two both have bluetooth on and show up as recognized on both devices. I have paired them and all. The problem is they say disconnected so on my phone i press the bar that says "macbook pro" and my mac shows the two connect for a second but then i get a message on my phone saying "connection unseccesful, make sure "macbook pro" is turned on and in range" they both are turn on and sitting next to eachother, so why am i getting this error message?

Why won't my iPhone 3GS connect to my carrier?

I currently have 3 iPhones. Two work great but one will not connect to the carrier. The phone is locked to Rogers (in Canada) but no sim card I have tried has worked so far even though all are from Rogers. The phone just continues to search for the carrier and displays "no service". I've contacted Rogers with no success and the people at the Apple store says it does connect but they never showed me it working.
What can I do to get this iPhone working? It's a 32 Gb iPhone 3GS.

There are a myriad of possibilities. To try the easiest first, turn off your Netgear router for 15 seconds, then turn it back on. Sometimes the DHCP daemon (the software that assigns IP addreeses in the router) dies and needs to be rebooted.
Next is to verify that your router has the latest firmware version from the manufacturer's web site.
Other steps are to go into Settings/WiFi and attempt to connect, then tap thr right arrow next to the network name and tap "forget this network". Then reboot the phone and try again.
Next go into Settings/General/Reset and Reset Network settings.
