Why won't my iPhone 4s connect to iCloud?

II've got an Apple ID, I've got great wifi( don't tell me I don't because I I'm using all my other apps with it like Facebook) and it keeps saying connection timed out and it won't verify my apple ID and I'm completely outta storage. Help?

So you are trying to log into iCloud on the iPhone in Settings, or are you trying to log into it via Safari?

I've had my iphone4 connected to my home wifi network for about 18 months with no problems. A few weeks ago it suddenly dropped the connection and when I try to connect, and enter the password, it tries but then responds that it can't join the network.
I can connect to other networks at work and in public. There is a laptop and another iphone4 connected to the home network with no problems.
Today, I ahve reset the router (as suggested on another thread) and reconfigured the network. The laptop is connected and working but now NEITHER iphone will connect to the wifi.

Thanks for trying but mine hasn't. I've connected to this router before with no problems. There doesn't seem to be a reasonable explanation.

Just recently my iphone won't stay connected to my home wifi, my mac stays connected
just fine. Unfortunately, I haven't checked it on other wifi's...would this even make a

join the network "......." . BTW why the heck does it want me to "dismiss" ..everytime I
see it I hate it more!!

Try resetting network settings, under settings, general, reset, reset network settings. Basically it refreshes the connection between your phone and all wireless connections like wifi and cellular. Also try resetting your home modem/router to make sure that is a fresh connection as well.

Why won't my iPhone 4 connect to iTunes

I'm trying to connect my iPhone 4 to iTunes through my computer but everytime I plug it in, iTunes freezes and won't do anything. I end up having to ctrl+alt+del to close it down. Earlier it was saying that there was something wrong with the syncing and that the information couldn't be sent to iTunes.

I've been trying to connect my iPhone 5 to iTunes for the passed few weeks now. The Apple Mobile Device Driver won't install properly whenever I connect to my computer and my iPhone is neither recognized in Windows nor iTunes. Every time I connect I get a notification that says "USB not recognized" and right after "Device driver unsuccessfully installed". I've reinstalled iTunes countless times and still nothing. My Mac Book can see my iPhone, but cannot connect to it. Also, my bluebud x Jaybirds work fine with my iPhone 4, but are not seen by my Mac Book.

Well snozdop as you can see, I am new around here. In most online forums you can "bump" an old thread and get new responses, rather than making a whole new thread about the same question.
So I was hoping by pointing out the fact that Panicazi (who seems to have to deleted his profile, maybe because of people like you) said that "This solved my question" when in fact it didn't, because you asked...

Why won't my iPhone 5 connect to any wifi hotspot

Unless I am sitting within 2/3 metres of the router (or direct line of sight), my iPhone 5, iOS 7.1.1 won't connect. I would like to think I am IT savvy, but I just can't figure it out.

Why won't my iPhone 5c connect to the internet without wi-fi?

This is so strange, but I can't use my iPhone 5c apps when I'm not connected to wifi. This makes no sense because I have a data plan. It's not unlimited, but I've already checked with my carrier, and my data for the month has barely been used. The internet simply doesn't work without wi-fi. I've tried everything short of restoring the phone to its factory settings. I've done a hard reset by pressing the home and power buttons at the same time, powered the phone off and on several times. I've tried resetting the network settings. Nothing has worked. On wi-fi, my phone will work just fine. I can connect to all my apps and the internet. But on LTE or 3G, I can't even send an iMessage.
I really don't want to have to head into the Apple store and get a new phone, but I will if no one can figure out what's wrong. I'm about to try a full restore to factory settings after backing everything up to my computer. So we'll see how it goes.

I would check under settings < cellular that everything is turned on (or at least for the apps you want to use cellular data)
But with having mulitiple issue on cell data, it sounds like a possible issue the carrier would want to address. '

Why won't my iPhone 5 connect to my macbook pro 13 over bluetooth?

I downloaded the iKeyboardRemote app on my mac so i can control my phone across the room. The two both have bluetooth on and show up as recognized on both devices. I have paired them and all. The problem is they say disconnected so on my phone i press the bar that says "macbook pro" and my mac shows the two connect for a second but then i get a message on my phone saying "connection unseccesful, make sure "macbook pro" is turned on and in range" they both are turn on and sitting next to eachother, so why am i getting this error message?

Why won't my iPhone 3GS connect to my carrier?

I currently have 3 iPhones. Two work great but one will not connect to the carrier. The phone is locked to Rogers (in Canada) but no sim card I have tried has worked so far even though all are from Rogers. The phone just continues to search for the carrier and displays "no service". I've contacted Rogers with no success and the people at the Apple store says it does connect but they never showed me it working.
What can I do to get this iPhone working? It's a 32 Gb iPhone 3GS.

There are a myriad of possibilities. To try the easiest first, turn off your Netgear router for 15 seconds, then turn it back on. Sometimes the DHCP daemon (the software that assigns IP addreeses in the router) dies and needs to be rebooted.
Next is to verify that your router has the latest firmware version from the manufacturer's web site.
Other steps are to go into Settings/WiFi and attempt to connect, then tap thr right arrow next to the network name and tap "forget this network". Then reboot the phone and try again.
Next go into Settings/General/Reset and Reset Network settings.

So every since I got my PC in May I have tried to plug in my Iphone 4 on iOS 7.1 and all it does is freak out and charge on and off over and over rapidly. Hw do I fix this? And yes I do have an update but my phone only connects to wifi next to a router so I have not updated it. Please help.

It could be the cable. If it a generic USB cable? Have you tried other USB cable?
it could also be the USB port, have you tried other USB port on your computer?
Have you tried connecting it to a power outlet to see if your phone can charge properly?
If it does charge properly with the outlet then it could be the USB port is the problem.
If it is the cable then you should buy an authentic cable.

Do you have signal for your DATA?
Setting>General>MOBILE DATA is this ON?
If YES then switch it to OFF
Then wait for ten seconds and switch ON again
Not very techinacal but sometimes it dose the trick!

Why won't my iphone backup to the icloud?

I had it checked out at the apple store today. My phone kept crashing at 75% and no one knows why. I was first told to take off all video and extra pics and podcasts to get my "free" up to at least 2 GB. I did that and it kept crashing. I went back the second time to apple store and a scan was done. The guy told me that it is a software issue and I need to back up the phone to the icloud, clear it all off, restore and start over. I was unable to do that. It will not back up to the icloud. So I called them later and asked what else I could do? They first said, drive all the way back (1 hour each way) and they will take another look. So I asked if there was anything I could do at home? He said I could back up to my computer and then restore from there...then go back and back up to the icloud. I restored from computer but it still won't back up to the icloud. I wonder if something was set up wrong for icloud. I remember I had a LOT of trouble setting it up initally...password issues and such. What can I do now? I am out of contract and do not have applecare. Is there a department I can contact or who can help me with this?

If your back up continually fails, you might try turning off back up on your mobile device (settings > iCloud > storage & backup) and then deleting the backup file from iCloud by swiping the backup file on the mobile device (settings > iCloud > storage & backup > manage…) and then turning back up on again.
Being able to back up to the cloud can be very useful, especially if you don't have access to a computer or have infrequent access to one, however unless you specifically need to use iCloud for back up, you will find backing up to iTunes significantly more convenient and possibly more reliable.
