Start with contacting AT&T to see if they can fix it.
If not, restoring your phone, first from a backup, then as new, would be the next steps.

If that won't work, perhaps you can use Find my iPhone from a computer in your iCloud.com account to erase the device.

This has nothing to do with the Find my iPhone app being installed on the phone, but you do have to have Find my iPhone activated in the iCloud settings on the phone. -

It seems your iPhone is slowing down and not responding frequently. To rectify this issue you may want to consider performing a restore on the device, and then restoring your data from a backup via iCloud or iTunes.

I was using both firefox/mozilla and google but now when I click

Click and drag the disk icon on the desktop to the trash. Wait for the system to recognize the action, and the icon should disappear from the desktop. It is then safe to remove the device.
Alternatively, you can secondary click on the disk icon, and then primary click "Eject (name of disk)". Wait for the icon to disappear off the desktop, and then it is safe to remove the drive.

I have a desktop iMac that has been running very slow lately. I turned off the power yesterday, thinking a restart may help. When I turned the power back on, the screen turned white and stayed white. Any ideas???

The iOS and android versions are not the same. I believe the rotation was removed from the rotation feature was removed several versions ago in the iOS version.

It might also be a good idea to let the iPod's battery fully drain. Then charge it back up and restore it once more in iTunes.
Otherwise, it's likely a hardware issue with the iPod's LCD display, meaning you'll need to take or send your iPod in for service either via Apple or a third party repair service. Here is Apple's repair pricing.

Note that they don't actually repair the device, but exchange it for one of the same generation, model, and capacity. A third party service will actually replace the damage part for a little less. Google "iPod screen repair" and you should get a number of results to work with.

Your issue is different from the OP's. In the future, post your own thread to get answer to your specific questions.
For the OP: Go to Settings > General > Auto-Lock and set it to your preferred time.
For you: Create a backup and restore the device as new and test it to see if it still gets very hot. -

Hi cindyhildy, follow these instructions below it has fixed my issue and should work for you.
Open app store, get the message "unable to connect to iTunes store", go to settings, change year to the last year it will let you (think I went to 2038), double tap home button and close app store, go to home screen and then open app store and touch updates panel, should get a message "cannot get secure connection to server or something like that" go back to settings and reset the year to current. -

Your iPhone is connected to your computer but are you using iTunes to try to update or are you looking at the Settings>General>Software update button in the phone?
If you are not, I suggest you connect to iTunes and try to download and install iOS 6.1.3. using iTunes and the computer's internet connection. Also check that you have the latest version of iTunes installed in your computer. -

We've an article that provides the following troubleshooting steps that may help stabilize your iPhone.
If the device is unresponsive or if certain controls aren't working as expected, restart your device.
If the device remains unresponsive or does not turn on (or power on), reset your device.
If there is no video or if the screen remains black, verify that the device has enough charge to turn on:
If you are using an iPad, ensure that it's connected to the USB Power Adapter supplied with the device.
Let it charge for at least twenty minutes, then see if it starts normally.
If there is no image on the screen, press the Sleep/Wake button to attempt to wake the device.

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, or the if the screen remains black or shows a persistent Apple logo, try restoring with iTunes:

Anyway here's what I did:
I'd wrote an email to Apple America, even if I'd purchased the item in Europe and the US support usually should not be involved in any European case.
They wrote me back that a European office will have call me in 48 hours.
After a couple of days I've received a call and a new iPod is coming from US...
Don't ask me if I can find any kind of logic behind it, but at least I can state that the US support has been decisive.
