Why won't my led flash after turning it on in accesibility?

Turned on LED Flash for Alerts under accessibility and it worked great for a few days and now it's stopped. What happened? What can I do to get it to blind again when i get calls or notifications?

Never mind. I saw this in the forums after I submitted my question:
"hey everyone. try this before you make trips to the store. turn off the light in your settings and reset your phone. (hold power and home until the apple logo comes up). then when the phone has started back up, turn the light on again and test it ! ( send yourself a text and turn off your screen. you should get the flash when you receive your msg!)
keep in mind though it doesnt flash until you have your screen off.
i think the light must glitch out if you change the flash settings in your camera- and the program requires a restart. hopefully apple fixes this bug (:"

faulty charger
faulty cable
faulty connector
faulty battery or other iPhone hardware
Without any details at all, it is impossible for anyone to say. You could take it in and let an Apple Genius take a look at it to narrow it down to iPhone hardware or battery.

Why won't logic 7 open after installing PT LE 7

does anyone know why logic 7 isn't opening after i installed PT LE 7? i just upgraded to tiger and PT 7 but now my Logice 7.1.1 won't open. it freezes while trying to start up and then i have to 'force quit' in order to shut it back down. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Pro Tools LE and Logic Pro don´t have anything to do with each other. Installing PT LE 7 shouldn´t change anything with your Logic setup, unless of course you use your digidesign hardware in Logic as well.
If you use the digi hardware as your interface in Logic, try to drag the digi core audio driver out of its folder and try to start Logic again. The digi core audio driver used to cause a lot of trouble.
Also, if you had Logic on your system before, try to throw away all its preferences, especially the Logic PM data! Check the prefs folder in the system (root) folder and your user prefs folder as well.

Mac pro (2008) won't start - led flashes

it's been a while since i've had a mac issue.
today my mac pro decided not to boot up. the led light by the power button simply flashes and i have no image on my monitor and it doesn't chime at attempted start up. i've scoured the forums and it appears it may be an issue with the RAM and/or video card.

The conventional way to proceed when you have no chime is to remove all items that may be dragging down the power supply if they were malfunctioning.
Remove:
Hard drives
optical drives
PCI slot cards including the graphics card
all the memory except the minimum -- be sure to remove and re-insert each module that remains, to clear corrosion. If your Mac has separate riser cards, remove and re-insert them as well.
Try to start up again, looking for the chime.
A) If you get the chime, add the graphics card so you can see what is happening. The minimum needed to do something is to start up while holding down the Option key, to run the [all-in-ROM] Startup Manager. It will show a blue screen and an image for each bootable drive (there won't be any yet).
Then add in the optical drive and attempt to boot from an Installer/Utilities DVD appropriate for your Mac, or try the Apple Hardware Test DVD (and hold down the D key as you start up, as it says on the face of the DVD).
B) If you don't get the chime, it's off to the repair shop.

Why won't Apple support Flash?

I posted this same question on an Adobe Flash forum and the answer I got was that Apple has to approve Flash for its operating system.
If this is true, why won't Apple do this? Not supporting it means we, the customers, lose out on a great deal of internet content--which we simply can't view in the Safari mobile browser.

Why won't my computer bootup after bios flash?

Well at first I learned to deal with all of the problems, but it has gone too far....I'll summarize the problems:
1. Wrong voltage to my CPU, causing me to set the voltage to 1.85(max in bios, but it was truly 1.114volts) and the multiplier to 8, so I booted up at 1.6ghz, and then upped the voltage and multiplier in windows using Clockgen in startup....
2. Back 4 USB's don't work properly. I spent some time trying to get my printer working right, but it always lost connection after like 20 seconds... then tried my front USBs and those worked fine...so now I installed the D-Bracket to use that USB for my printer...ugh.
3. Game issue: Call of Duty, Punk Buster causes the game to freeze for 2 seconds every minute or two about because of some crappy nvidia driver or something, I don't care about...it most likely won't be fixed.
4. Temperatures are wrong...very wrong. Most people have this issue, luckily I have a temp probe from my p160 so I don't have to care about it.
I'm probably missing some problems too, but whatever.
SO, awhile ago I was ready to update my bios to 1.3 from 1.1. After it was successful, I reboot and get nothing....so I shutoff the power and try again, that doesn't work. So, I clear the cmos then try again, nothing. Some1 told me pressing the insert key sets the bios to defaults, I tried that..NOTHING. Looks like it really wants me to get a new motherboard...

They send u a little print out of your order wich i supose hlds the invioce or whatever. Contact thier suport at MSI send an e-mail requesting a rma or somethin.
I never had either but thats what guy told me from giel boards for my memory.

Why won't my apps open after I updated them ?

A few days ago I updated all my apps that needed updates (about 14). However , 2 of those apps didn't update right away (Flixster and TheScore sports) and an error message was displayed which I stupidly did not read and just pressed ok. After I pressed Ok the 2 apps were updated, however there was a problem , they would not open. If I click on the icon literally nothing happens , it turns a shade darker for a few seconds and then goes back to how it was. No screen or anything opens up when I try to open both Flixster and TheScore. At first I thought it was the app so I tried to download the same app on my friends phone but it worked perfectly fine. I also tried to delete the app and re-download it again , but it still won't open. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this ??

Why won't my iTunes open after downloading the 11.1 update?

After downloading the 11.1 update, my iTunes won't bother in opening. I click on the app on my Mac, and after just one bounce, it does not respond. I have tried turning my computer on and off, but it still won't respond. I'm really worried since I have about 13GB of music in my iTunes, and I really don't want to lose all that music. Please, try to help me! Thank you.

I'm having the same problem Kyrabashi's having, and did try to open iTunes from Applications folder. Icon bounces once, sadly, then nothing happens. I've obviously tried rebooting laptop, etc., with no effect. Anybody have an idea?

This happened to my lumia which is 1 day old. I returned it to the seller and I got another but I am afraid this will happen again.
The first unit I got was working fine then this happened and I was really **bleep** off for a premium phone having this flash problem.
Anyone who experienced this? how was this fixed?

i have this phone since 5 months and i have the same problem with the led since some days. I'm very sure that my phone didn't get wet. i don't work for a month to buy a phone just to let it get wet and I'm very careful with my things. i also read about rain ? what about it ? if it rains and u get a call , maybe from your old mother, u won't get the call ? the phone doesn't get so wet by just that. AND now its summer. In greece it has to rain since april. But maybe "rain" means that outside is raining and i dump the phone on the table like it was a fish ? come on lets get serious. Why won't my mac book air turn back on

My mac book ran out of battery wile it was turned off.
I have tried charging it over night to full battery and it still say it is starting up after 1-2 hour .
It will not go to home screen.

Did you reset the SMC? If you did and that didn't work, you can try a PRAM reset:
Shut down your Mac.
Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command (⌘), Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.
Turn on the computer.
Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys before the gray screen appears.
Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time.
Release the keys.
If resetting the SMC and PRAM didn't do it, then follow the steps in this Apple note. You didn't say what operating system you're using (iOS is a mobile device operating system). When the steps in the Apple note get to running Disk Utility, if you are running OS X 10.7 Lion or 10.8 Mountain Lion, go into OS X recovery by booting and holding the command and r keys down. You can choose Disk Utility and do the repair disk from there.

Why does my macbook stay stuck after turn on?

Hi, last night when I turned on my macbook pro it was stuck, I could see the screen with the icons but when I clicked on them nothing happened, I couldn't make it react, I couldn't click on anything. It took me 10 minutes to make it work. The same happened this morning, and only after a while I plugged it to the power and I closed the display, then opened it again and only after that it worked. please help, I don't know what is wrong.

I already tried with all the troubleshooting solutions in the book, let me tell you all the mac's symptoms because when I was reading the article there are some things that don't fit in with what's happening with mine.
My computer does turn on, it doesn't take long for the screen to appear, but once I can see all the icons and menus, I can't make things pop up, I am able to move the arrow around but when I click on the icons or menus, nothing happens. On the keyboard, the only thing I can make work is the caps lock, and I know it because the light turns on and off when I click it, but pressing alt+command+esc doesn't help because it doesn't respond, the light on the keyboard doesn't respond to regulations with the keyboard, the sound doesn't go up or down either. But, the internet connection is fine, because I can see the icon move when it logs on and the battery charges fine, because I can see the inside of the battery icon change when it detects the power cord, and the clock works just fine. After about 10 mins of letting it rest things beggin to work, I can open any program, but if I open more than 4 safari tabs after a little while it freezes, it also happens when I try to open Youtube, then I have to turn it off by pressing the power button down because alt+command+esc doesnt work, I also tried to restart yesterday and things worked exactly the same, it didn't respond till after about 10 mins.

I was listening to music today and my ipod just shut off. It won't turn on, charge, or play music, and it isnt recognized by itunes when i plug it into my computer. Its 3rd generation 32gb and ive had it since december 2009. Please please please help me because i cant fall asleep without listening to music and I am really frustrated right now.
