Why won't my Vision:M 30GB play MP3

Can anyone help me out and explain to me why my Vision:M freezes up when I try to play 96kbps mp3's?Doesn't seem to have a problem playing mp3's at 44kbps or .wav files, but then that kind of defeats the purpose of being able to sample a rather sizeable file down ( @ 30+MB per?file ) so I can get as many mp3's ( @ 2.5+MB per file ) onto the player. The firmware on the player is the same version as what can be currently downloaded. I do recall reading something about formatting and reloading the player and haven't tried that yet... Appreciate the assistance.

I'm confirming that after trying several other ideas, the steps outlined here by S.E.A. and Amelia P. worked perfectly. For those of you having problems with certain songs not playing, or the wrong song playing, follow their "unsynch" "resynch" process. A few notes:
Before starting, I was confident that iOS 5, iTunes 10.5, and Mac OS X 10.7.2 were all up-to-date and functioning correctly.
After selecting my Device in iTunes (an iPhone 4S in my case), then selecting the "Music" tab and unchecking "Sync Music", be sure that it actually Applies the new settings (force a synch to be sure).
After this step, most of the songs disappeared from my device (including all of the corrupted ones) but not all songs (perhaps it left those that I purchased directly on the device?). In any case, don't worry about these. Just re-check the boxes you unchecked and then be sure to force a synch again. It should take a while to complete if you've got a lot of music.

This may be the most technically illiterate post you'll read! But here goes.... After spending hours reading through posts?trying to find the answer to that question, I found it!?I had ordered and received the?cord with the white, yellow and red cable ends. I?connected?my player to the?TV and nothing. I thought maybe I had?the TV set to the wrong input but that was okay at AV. ?Tried it on a second TV just to make sure and still nothing. Someone had posted to not plug it into the headphone jack. That's where mine was plugged in. That's the only place I could see to plug it in. Then I read another post that said to plug it into the bottom of the player. My player doesn't have anywhere to plug it in on the bottom!?After pitching a frustrated?fit, I found yet another post that said to plug it into the "dongle" at the bottom. Of course, I had no idea what a dongle is so I searched the internet. A dongle is that detachable square thing that you plug your player into so you can charge it. So take that?dongle piece?off,?connect it'sto the bottom of your player. Next, plug the cord into the dongle. Now connect?the cable ends into the tv and you'll be all set.

Why won't You Tube Videos Load/Play?

My 10 year old daughter has an ipad mini and has been able to watch You Tube videos with no problem. Now, all of a sudden, they won't load or if they load, they don't play. Can anyone tell me why this might happen? Everything else works fine, it's just this.

Why won't the Apple movie trailers play on my Mac?

Some trailers play the sound, but no video. Some don't do either. This problem exists on my Intel 24inch iMac and my intel Macbook. This problem has existed for weeks if not longer. All other movies, QT or iTunes play just fine. Solution please?

It won't let me download iOS 7. When I check for software updates it says that it is up to date. I also went to iTunes to delete the songs from the iPod, but now it isn't even recognizing any devices. I even uninstalled iTunes and reinstalled it to my computer. LOL I am sure it is something small, but I don't have the patience for it now. Maybe I should step away from the computer and come back in a little bit... Thank you for the advice though! When I try to play movies or TV shows on my computer through iTunes that I purchased off of iTunes nothing happens. I click on "play movie" and it doesn't seem to do anything. My computer is authorized and I have Windows 7 and the latest version of iTunes. Why are videos not playing? Also, some TV shows will not sync to my iPod touch or iPad 2. It say that they cannot be played on the device but I am not sure why. Can someone please help?

Very likely because the format is not compatible with the iPod. The option in iTUnes Advnced>Create iPod and iPhone version may work. Otherwise you need a computer program like Handbrake (Google for it) to convert the format. You did not say wha thappens when your try.

This sounds like these shows are in a HD format and are not supported on the iPhone 3gs. I would recommend downloading the SD version of these shows and then sync these to your device.

Why won't my DVDs from iDVD play on my Macbook Pro?

I have made over 3 dozen DVDs from home movies using iMovie and iDVD. They have all played fine on my Macbook Pro. For some reason now, any movies I make and burn using iMovie and iDVD won't playback on my Macbook Pro, but will playback on my wifes Macbook or our DVD player or a windows computer. What is going on?

I am having the same problem and it is extremely inconvenient and frustrating. Here's what is happening to me:
I am a Film and Video Studies major at George Mason University, so I use Final Cut Pro a lot, everything works fine with that. I export it to Quicktime and go through the regular procedure of putting in on iDVD. My friend was working on a project and I told him I would help him out by making him a DVD as a part of his final project. So I made the DVD using iDVD in the computer lab, same operating system, same software. I used the type of DVD's I used before so that's not it. After I burned it, I took it back to my dorm and tried to watch it, instead of opening the DVD Player application it opened iDVD and asked me if I wanted to start a new project.
Anybody know what's going on?

When plugged in, both of these adapters that I have will turn the vision on. However, it does not charge. There is no flashing lightning boltIn fact, if I leave it like that, it will still lose energy, although maybe at a tiny fraction of the rate. If my vision is full, it will display the full icon, but eventually it disappears, meaning that the battery is no longer full. If I turn the Vision off and then turn it on while connected to the 250 mA, the flashing bolt comes back, but it's not actually charging. I left it there for an evening, and it didn't charge. I attempted this with the 500mA, and the screen turned white and stayed white until I turned it on/off.

Why won't my iPod charge or play music on my ipod dock?

My sister pushed on the iPod plugging it in really hard, and it did play the music and charge it. When she let go it stopped working. I've tried it on two docks and it doesn't work with them anymore. Both docks are compatible. the first dock worked for a while with my iPod and then one day it just stopped working. I have had to use a cord to play thru the docks.

You an try the following. There are not settings on the iPod for dock. Are you sure the manufacturer says it works for your model iPod an iOS. Also have you went to the dock manufacturer's support site.

Why won't my adobe edge animations play from the start each time they are loaded on an Adobe DPS layout?

I have an adobe DPS document with several pages, and edge animations on each page. I want each animation to play from the start when each page is opened, however, the playback seems to be very inconsistent. Some animations play from the start, others half way through, and some playback incorrectly. I want to also be able to return to each page and have the animations reload, instead of just displaying the final frame of the animation.
I have played around with the delay time which doesnt seem to fix it.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Couple of things you could try. The first is force quitting the Music app: double-tap the home button, locate Music in the list at the bottom, tap and hold it until it wiggles, tap to close it, finish by tapping the home button. Open Music and see if it works now. If not, you might want to try syncing all the music off your phone (by unchecking Sync Music on the Music tab of your iTunes sync settings and syncing), the sync it all back on.
