Why won't photoshop DL?

I have the following subscription:
Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition (one-year)
Can anyone provide a link describing this subscription.
I tried to cancel it last year and simply resubscribe when I needed the products, but the help line told me I could not. I ended up paying much more over the year for the Creative Cloud. The day I need to download photoshop as a cloud app to do work it will not download, and the chat line is not available nor the telephone line.
I am not impressed with Adobe's customer service at all, after paying a few hundred dollars to them over the last year.

When you access the download page from the website the process times out. Clicking the link below "if nothing occurs- retry" does not work unless all Adobe desktop "updates" have been installed.
This is a bug from the providers side. There is no clear indication that clicking on the Adobe desktop application is the way that one would download Photoshop. The online web application routes you to the install options. The pop up window indicating any creative cloud Adobe updates appears only after restarting your device.
It make me get the impression that the subscription possibly had maximum number of Adobe application downloads.

After being away for 3 months, I attempted to open and use PSE 12 and it does not open. Today I uninstalled and reinstalled thinking that would help, but it doesn't. It appears as though it's going to open, but the little "streaming" just stops. Your assistance in resolving this problem is greatly appreciated.

I am not a technician so I can't go too deep in the analysis... I did all I could imagine to do, I would like that somebody from Adobe would take care of this issue finding solution to the problem.

Why won't Photoshop CC run on my laptop I just installed it today

Why won't Photoshop CC run on my laptop I just installed it today. I signed out on my desktop but the laptop still will not run Photoshop CC. It starts but then closes itself down immediately after starting.

Well it is the same Win7 that is running on my desktop and yes I have an internet connection and at that time is was hard wired not wireless. I just downloaded and installed the Photoshop and Bridge Apps. The laptop is about 2 yrs old and it is a high end machine and Photoshop6 runs on it just fine. I sure wish someone from Adobe would answer this question as it is beyond frustrating to me that this stuff works so poorly and you can never get a good answer out of them about anything ever.

if you have a problem dl'g, you didn't follow all 7 steps. the most common error involves failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).

Why won't photoshop elements 12 editor launch/open?

No matter how I try to activate PSE12, through the desktop shortcut, through program files, through old Photoshop works I've saved, it will not start.
I've tried reinstalling it, but it still won't launch.
What's strange to me is that Premier Elements, which I also have, works just fine. I can access the organizer through there, see old Photoshop works, but be unable to work on them because the editor won't load at all. No prompt on screen. No 404 ERROR or something like that, just a loading circle that goes away after a few seconds.
I have Windows 8 and a brand new computer. Why is this happening?

I have the exact same issue, but nothing on my computer changed! Abode chat support twice now has refused to help me. First time the guy cut me off; this time they told me to come here. Looks like you have the same problem with no answer. Not a good way to run a company!

Why won't Photoshop CS3 in Lion?

Immediately after upgrading to Lion, I'm apparently not allowed to run a very expensive program: Photoshop CS3. This alert claims I'm not connected to the internet but I clearly am. Anyone else seeing this? Is there a free update from Adobe? The Lion Installer did not list this app as being incompatible prior to upgrading my Mac.

My Photoshop CS3 won't open either, but it's telling me PowerPC Applications are no longer supported in Lion. I can confim with 100% certainty Java is current as of today. I uninstalled then reinstalled PS3, and it still won't open.
Thoughts?

Why won't photoshop CS6 download camera raw 8.2?

I am running Lightroom 5 and Photoshop CS6. I have been getting the error message that I need the camera raw plug-in 8.2 to run CS6 (Canon Eos 5D Mk III). I cannot open raw files directly into Photoshop, and Lightroom is not working to edit file in Photoshop as I have started loading all my photos onto a NAS (which seems now to have been a total waste of time). I hope to get a better Thunderbolt system in the next few months but this was a short term solution to the number of external drives that I had accumulated.
Back to the problem- the plug-in does not appear when I run updates in CS6, yet I need the plug-in, and I cannot seem to find somewhere to download it independently. This is very frustrating with many files to process. I have just updated to Mavericks as the desktop could not run LR5 (ughhh) this has been a trial.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have been using Lightroom since it was first created. I am a very experienced Lightroom user, and I just updated to version 5 with my new Canon Eos 5D Mk II (I have used every 5 series camera too).
THERE IS NO LINK AVAILABLE FOR THIS AND THAT IS THE PROBLEM. CS6 SAYS IT IS UP TO DATE, LIGHTROOM SAYS IT IS NOT.
LIGHTROOM SAYS THAT I NEED THAT FILE. I HAVE BEEN SELECTING ‘IGNORE’ OR RENDER WITH LIGHTROOM ADJUSTMENTS DEPENDING ON THE COMPUTER THAT I AM ON.
What I don’t understand is why is lightroom saying that i need the plug-in for my camera, CS6 says my software is up to date, and mostly THERE IS NO PLACE WHERE I CAN SIMPLY DOWNLOAD THE PLUG-IN TO FIX THE PROBLEM.
I am mostly annoyed about the last part- there is no place to simply download the plugin- hence I am writing here, and from what I have read online I am not the only person with this complaint. When I get a moment I will try the link to download it, but as I mentioned, why is it not available as there is obviously a glitch here.
Obviously I am a very frustrated user because the software is not updating and your site does not have the download available so the problem can be simply fixed. I find it a little offensive that you would suggest that I have the problem, and that I don’t know how to use the software, when I am pointing out clearly that there is a software issue here. And trust me, i understand the difference in the options but the fact the plugin does not show up as an update in CS6 (where you say it will be and how it should be installed), is the real issue.

Why won't photoshop recognize my raw files?

I just bought the brand new Canon Rebel T5i and I was so excited but then when I uploaded my raw camera files to my computer and tried to open them up in photoshop, it said that I needed the latest camera raw update but when I go to Help--> Updates, the updates option is greyed out and I can't click on it. How do I update my photoshop to edit my CR2 Raw files?? I am so lost.

Why won't Photoshop CS5 let me upload pictures?

I'm new to Photoshop CS5 but i've used Photoshop before,
I tried uploading a picture the same way but the browsing styles are diffrent. so i tried both browsing styles with the same picture and each one wouldnt let me upload it and it said it was the wrong format. the format was .JPG and .PNG both wouldnt work. why wont it? please help.

You need to use proper terminology or no one will be able to help you.
Opening an image into Photoshop is not "uploading". The term "uploading" implies copying something from one computer to another, more powerful one, such as a server. And there is no "Browse" button in Photoshop CS5 as far as I know.
Perhaps more proper/accurate terminology (assuming I've derived what you are trying to do correctly) would be:
You want to open an image on your hard drive into the Photoshop application as a document so that you can edit it.
Now you need to describe exactly how you are trying to do that, and what's not working as you expect it to (including a description of what you expect).
Are you dragging images into Photoshop, for example? From where? An Explorer Window? Bridge? If so, what folder are you pointed to?
Perhaps capturing your screen right where you're seeing the problem, saving it as a JPEG, and posting it here would be the most direct way to answer all these questions.

Why won't Photoshop generate an Edge Reflow Project?

I've been trying to import my photoshop file to edge reflow, just as it's been stated in the videos but when I click generate reflow project nothing happens. There's no file created. Also, Edge reflow can't doesn't connect to Photoshop CC. I have both the latest versions of both, and they're up to date. Any help as to why is this happening would be appreciated. Thank you.

You need to install the reflow plugin for PS CC. After that you nee to rename some layers to e.g "Layer1.jpg" and enable the file --> generate --> image asset option.
Finally under the same menue you are now offered the new "edge reflow project" option.
Switch back to reflow and hit the PS Button on the right. Now that reflow has a sync on ps you may import the current psd to a new page.
