Air is very new to me. I am working on a desktop app that has an html loader in which can only go to
certain web pages. If the url contains any flash content on the page, the html loader will not show it. Why is this?

Why won't the dvd player recognize a disc? The brand new dvd I insert keepgetting ejected.

Try cleaning the lens of the optical drive.
Use a DVD lens cleaning disk.
If you have a can of compressed air, shoot some in to the slot.
Us a fine microfiber cloth (eyeglasses cleaning cloth) wrapped around a business card and gently insert it into the slot.

I need the flash player to do my college statistics homework but it will not work!!!!! I was prompted by my textbook's website to update my flash player, so I followed the link as well as all the instructions on the adobe website. The flash player starts to download, then tells me to close internet explorer. i close explorer and retry. then, the adobe webpage comes up saying it's been installed, but when i try to go back and use my e-textbook, it says i need to update my flash player and i'm in the same place i started! help!

Why doesn't the flash player from adobe work on chrome?

When i watch videos on youtube, the speakers would hear statics and it would crackle. I thought it was my macbook air, but researching it, people said it was because of chrome's installed in flash player. I disabled chrome's adobe flash player and instead downloaded straight from adobe website. however, it doesn't let me watch videos, saying i needed to download the flash player. When i use safari and watch video on youtube, it's perfectly fine; however, i do not like to safari and would much prefer google chrome. Any suggestions. help?

Why is the flash player install not making good audio?

I am trying to run a "movie" from Autodesk's tutorial stuff, and it
requires a Flash player, which I downloaded
and installed. The "movie" plays but not with good audio...(almost no volume)
I am running win 7 64... went through that install of "Square"
thinking that was the problem..
I think it is some setting in the OS that has to be made (like shut off windows media player somewhere)
Worse.. . I called Adobe, waited 8 minutes to talk to somebody,
but he says yes there is a fix but it will cost me $30+... which
I refuse to pay just to get an unnecessary "player" to work in
a Microsoft world...
Please help with a detailed solution as to what to fix or send
me to the right "FAQ" page that deals with this... Flash installed
but does not play audio of a movie.. sounds like a simple problem
that the installation program should have solved.

Why won't Adobe Flash Player download completely onto my new OS X 10.8.3?

I downloaded the installation app from the Adobe website, and went through the process of choosing how to receive updates and the like. But when the installation itself begins, it gets up to 7% then stops. It stays there for a while, then quits randomly, and there's no error message. I've tried it a couple times, and have downloaded the app from the website a couple times too. I don't understand why it won't work on my new computer.
I have an OS X 10.8.3
Processor: 2.9 GHz 1600 MHz DDR3, Intel Core i7

1. Security turned on?
    System Preferences > Security
    Select App store & identified developers
2. System Preferences > Flash > Advanced > Delete All
3. Install Adobe Flash Player.
    http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
    Quit Safari.
    Restart computer. Relaunch Safari.

I have the latest version of the flash player installed, but all web sites can mot detect it.

Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPad?
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after It shuts down, press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10-15 seconds).
No data will be lost.

I go to the CNN site and their videos don't run. Instead they leave a message telling me to get Adobe Flash player, which I have done, apparently successfully, at least a dozen times. I've also uninstalled it and installed it again. This is an endless loop and I would be very happy to exit and watch the videos on the site or that people send me. Can anyone help me, please? I have a Macbook from about 2006, OS X 10.6.8. 2 Ghz Core 2 Duo. 1 GB 667 Mhz DDR2 SDRAM.

Why won't my flash player work on my mac OS x 10.7.5 lion???

everytime i try to play a video on youtube or what ever, i get a message telling me to download the new flash player though i've already installled it and tried many times to reinstall it. flash player 11.6.602.167. i am using sfari as my web browser.

thanks fo the help, it installs just fine, safari still doesn't recognize the new flash i tried everything. but i installed google chrome and tada!!! flash is already installed in chrome and it works fine. no more safari for me. my curiuosity still bugs me, but oh well. thanks again.

My PC tech just installed( updated Adope Flash player yesterday. When he left I tried to get into my game Farmville # 2. I have been playing farmvile #2 for approx. 6 months. However, when I tried to get into farmville #2, a sign flashed up that acted like I was a new person who had never played with this message. "Try farmville #2 in 3-D. Install now" When I tried to install, I got it started by clicking the 1st message box that appeared. Then this mesage came up "preparing for installation" that little bar ran for a few minutes, then nothing happened, and no more boxes to click came up ( there was instructions on what to click when each new window popped up) Nothing else happened & it wouldn't install.

Hello there! I have right now updated from 10.8.2 to 10.8.3 and from Safari 6.0.2 to 6.0.4. I was trying to download something through adfly however it wasn't loading and suggestd I install the latest version of Flash... So I tried again and again and looked on Adobe trouble shooting however nothing helped with the error I got once before on Mac OS X 10.8.2 when I tried to once install the latest version: "Error: General installation error." Can anyone help?
BTW here's the sys info:
10.8.3
2.9 GHz Intel Core i7
8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
