Why won't the whole song play that I just purchased from iTunes?
I just purchased 23 new songs from the iTunes store. There are quite a few of them that will not play the entire song before moving to the next song. For example, the one song reads that it is 3:24 long yet it will only play for the first 1:11. It then switches to the next song in the playlist no matter what I do. What is wrong???
If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one. See the following document for instructions:

Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the item, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.

Specifically -
If iTunes in the Cloud is available in your country, try the following steps to resolve the issue:
Delete the purchased song that is exhibiting the problem from your iTunes library.
Click on the Purchased link in the iTunes Store to view your previously purchased music.
Download your previously purchased song from this list.
Note: iTunes in the Cloud, which allows you to download previously purchased songs from the iTunes Store, is not available in every country. Learn if iTunes in the Cloud is offered in your country.

Perhaps try resetting your iTunes Store Cache.
Go "Edit > Preferences". In the Advanced tab, click the "Reset cache" button shown in the following screenshot:
... and then click OK.
Restart your iTunes, and head back to the Store. Are you getting full previews now? -
I am trying to downloadapps onto the iPad we just purchased, and it keeps telling me that I need to authorize my computer. I go ahead and authorize by going into iTunes/store/authorize computer, I verify the information that is given. I go back and try to redownload the apps and I get the same exact message, this computer is not authorized for this device. What am I doing wrong?
I have been trying to work through this problem by myself and have so far downloaded the most current version of iTunes. Frome there when it tells me I have to authorize this computer, I had to not put in the iPad information, I had to authorize with my current iTunes information, and any iPad or iPod, iPhone information. I have several people in the family that have different accounts, so I had to authorize each and every individual account because I didnt know which apps or music was purchased under which user. audiobooks are selected to sync with my iphone (so it's not that the audiobook is unchecked) and i've even put it in its own playlist (and all playlists are selected to sync with my iphone).

I venture to say you have a Windows PC.
If so, before beginning the download try temporarily disabling your antivirus, anti-adware, anti-spyware, and any other anti-whatever that is required with the insecure OS your computer is running. -
My Iphone will not download certain songs that I have purchased from Itunes.
My Iphone will not download some of the songs that I have purchased from Itunes.
Everything downloads but only a few albums can be played. Most are in red and when you try to play nothing happens. I have 17.6 GB available

Some movies that I have purchased from itunes and are listed in my itunes library arenot listed as purchased movies on my Apple TV. Also one of the movies listed as purchased on my Apple TV does not come up in my Itunes library. Anyone know why?
Are you by chance signed in to differnt accounts on iTunes (your computer(s)) and AppleTV? Is AppleTV connected to more than one computer? When you are compairing lists of movies are you looking under the "Movies" button, or under the "Computer" button? Where all of these movies purchased though iTunes?
NOTE: The computer button only shows the content that is downloaded to your computer(s). So it will not show all the content you have purchased. Just all the content on the computer. -
ITunes won't sync any music that was not purchased from iTunes onto my iPhones 5S
I have updated to Mavericks on my macbook, and iTunes will no longer sync my iPhone 5S properly. It does not remove any music that has been deleted. My phone will no longer play any music that was not purchased from iTunes. I tried to delete all my music and download it again, but iTunes would not remove it from the phone. Is anyone having a similar problem? Any ideas to get things back to normal? I am restoring from back up as I type, but I doubt it will solve my problem.
I had the exact same problem since upgrading to Mavericks. When I tried to copy the music from iTunes, either wifi or wired, it appeared in 'On this phone' greyed out. Forcing a sync didn't help. I noticed too that iTunes showed odd values for the amount of space available on the phone - around 9GB compared to 27GB on the phone itself.
I solved the problem by turning off iTunes Match, turning it back on again, then reconnecting my iPhone.

I had 1235 songs on my iPad 3 I subscribed to iTunes Match and it deleted all of my songs except for 79 that I had purchased from iTunes Store. How can I recover my lost songs???

If the tracks were not in your iTunes library on your computer when you subscribed to match, I am afraid that they are lost. Do you have a separate back up of this music?

CAN I CONNECT MY IPOD CLASSIC TO ANY COMPUTER AND UPDATE ANY MUSIC THAT I HAVE PURCHASED FROM ITUNES ON MY IPAD?
Plug the iPod into the new computer. When it pops up on the left sidebar, right-click on the iPod and select "Transfer Purchases". Make sure that you Authorize the computer to play content purchased with that account, or else the music will not play.

I've had my iPad 2 for about four years now and I can tell that the interface is being very slow and that the screen does not always react when I tap on it, meaning I may have to get a new one sooner or later.
My biggest problem is that on my iPad, I have all of the Beatles' CDs, some of which are from my own personal copies and some are from my former local public library. Ever Since I copied all these CDs onto my iPad, I've moved to a new state and got a new laptop, thus starting with an iTunes account that only has music I purchased from the iTunes Store on it, and no Beatles. The local libraries where I live now do not offer any CDs for borrowing, so I have no way of getting some of the CDs I don't own for free. I really do not want to purchase a bunch of albums from iTunes, as well.
Is there any way to get the Beatles music that is only on my iPad that was not purchased from iTunes onto my iTunes account without removing it from my iPad? Thanks for your help!Then the latter part of my first reply which is repeated here:
