First it crashed on me and now inside InDesign I get this...
(I do have a subscription)
AND everytime I "view this review online", I get...
and sometimes in between the two stages above I see a small box that says about Acrobat not being able to load a module of some sort?

The error [Account Status= SUSPENDED30] is telling you that you signed up for CS Live during a trial period of the desktop product.
To resolve this go sign up again for CS Live:

Click on the RED "Try CS Review" button and sign up using the same email for the Adobe ID. This should get your account back in order.
The second issue could be related to the first. However your screen shot makes me think that it could be this issue:

    After upgrading to Mavericks, I'm seeing a number of prompts from web sites that Safari/keychain won't remember a site's login password because the site itself doesn't recommend it.  Shouldn't it be my decision how I store my passwords?  This problem is undermining the whole point of iCloud keychain for me.  Does anyone have any solutions?

    No. Some websites do not support auto login. It's a security issue.
    You can still store passwords on your Mac. They're stored in Keychain Access located in HD > Applications > Utilities

  • Why won't You Tube Videos Load/Play?

    My 10 year old daughter has an ipad mini and has been able to watch You Tube videos with no problem.  Now, all of a sudden, they won't load or if they load, they don't play.  Can anyone tell me why this might happen?  Everything else works fine, it's just this.

  • Why won't you let PC users view HDV?

    I'm a film student in New York who can't afford to buy a Macbook Pro when I've had the same PC laptop for so many years. I've been given an assignment that requires me to shoot on HDV, and I spent the time and money on HDV tapes and filming this shoot using HD cameras. Our lab (with very strict openings with only 2 HDV decks) uses Final Cut Pro - so I spent my time logging and capturing about 8 tapes of footage.
    So I went home and went through the trouble of getting the Mac data system to communicate with my PC data system so my hard drive would even let me see that I HAD the footage - now that I finally do, I see that only my DV footage works! (one tape)
    Now, I know you'll tell me to export it in H.264, but I simply do not have the time now nor would I have had the time to do so in the short hours of lab availability - not to mention it's something I wouldn't (and didn't) think of since captured DV footage works with no problem!
    This is a widespread problem - not all people don't have the luxury of Final Cut Pro and a Macbook Pro. Why can't I edit the footage I shot?
    So I ask:
    PLEASE MAKE THIS CODEC AVAILABLE (FOR PURCHASE, IF YOU'RE SO INCLINED)

    NoveltyMC, try not to get too upset with Kirk. He knows more about QuickTime than probably the rest of us in this forum put together, but I'm pretty sure he's not a video production guy, and he probably misunderstood what you're really doing...
    Again, the real question is, what codec is it?
    Experimentally, have you tried downloading VLC (http://www.videolan.org) on the Windows side to see if it can handle the HDV material? Internally, HDV is, if I remember correctly, MPEG-2 based, so an MPEG-2 codec ought to be able to handle it, provided that Final Cut did not transcode the file into ProRes or Intermediate.
    If you open the file using QuickTime, and do a Get Info on it, what is the listed codec? Is it listed as HDV, or as Intermediate or ProRes?
    If VLC can handle the files, then I expect it might be as simple as installing the MPEG-2 component for QuickTime, but I hate to recommend that without knowing for certain that it will actually work.

    Use your Galaxy or Playbook if you have Flash working on those. Flash doesn't work on my toaster either, which I knew full well when I bought it - you don't see me coming in here complaining about it.

People hate your damned version of Skype, 70% of your users hate new Skype, 10% just takes whatever it's given and 20% doesn't know how to complain, yet.     You know, I am not a hater; but the new skype looks like it was designed by a call center in India.  Total lack of intuaitive UI;  it is so user unfreindly that EVERY time I use it I feel lost.  The Android app requires you to scroll through your entire contract list to get to a contact.  It does not have predictive dial contact search - a basic feature of even the most simplistic mobiles for over 10 years.   Microsofts attempts to create a unified program model reliant on IE and it is rediculous.  I am sure that the uninspired pinheads that designed this software call thier mothers every nigh and tell them all about the wonderful success they had in thier corporate positions; as "developers"  in charge of snuffing out the usability and friendliness of what used to be a flagship of digital communication.   While I am on the topic I really despise Microsoft for what it did to Windows ..with thier ridiculous Windows 8.  Dont they understand that people who actually use computers to PRODUCE (rather than consume) content usually have multiple screens and minimal coherent user interface is the lifeblood of productivity.  BUT NOOOO  Microsoft "developers"  (deveolutionists) make the UI buttons big enough to still allow an epileptic in a Grande Mal to use a computer.   Why did you do that ???   You have blanketed the same functionality with a ridiculous UI that has to be "peeled back" anytime I want to do something useful.   Once again I am sure the unispired corporate coffee drinkers call mom every night and tell her how they are changing the world.....

    I checked your account and don't see any reason why you wouldn't be able to log in to ExportPDF. What happens when you try to log in directly to https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf?
    (If you're trying to log in from Reader, please make sure that you have the most current version by choosing Help > Check for Updates. Earlier versions could make logging in to ExportPDF difficult.)

    I think it's annoying that every time I connect my iPhone to my Mac iPhoto pops up, and the worse thing is that I can't just download photos straight from the the phone to the computer.
    So why do you make it so hard to drag photos from the phone to the iPhoto library?

  • Why won't Firefox remember my password?

    Firefox used to remember my bank password, but it does not any longer. After downloading the update to version 23.0.1 today, the remember password feature appeared broken.
    I tried many things and eventually got passwords working on other sites, but not my bank. I deleted the saved password from the password manager in an attempt to try and get the Remember Password prompt to show up again, but it didn't work. I checked in Exceptions and it's completely empty, so that's not it. I also tried using the bookmarklet for fixing autocomplete on sites that it's disabled and my bank doesn't appear to disable it.
    I've spent an hour and a half researching this and trying everything I could but I am at a loss. This computers main user is an elderly man so having the bank remember the password is a MUST.

    If clearing cookies doesn't work then it is possible that the <i>cookies.sqlite</i> file that stores the cookies is corrupted.
    Rename (or delete) <b>cookies.sqlite</b> (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookie files like <b>cookies.sqlite-journal</b> in the Firefox profile folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.

  • Why won't LR remember new HD folder???

    I bought a larger HD to move everything to before upgrading from LR3.6 to 5.  I created a folder called 2009 and moved items there by dragging and dropping within LR.  Upon relaunch of LR to make sure everything was fine, the folder was not visible!  I can access some of it's photos which are in some collections and LR shows them as being in the catalog but the individual folder (Photo & Video 2) does not show up in the folder sidebar.  I added it again with a folder inside called 2010 which LR quickly forgot as well.  LR even greys out the folders and photos which have been previously moved so it has them in the catalog but it won't let me access them via the folder bar...
    Since yesterday I've poured over blogs to find a solution but no one seems to have my particular situation.  In addition, when attempting to re-add 2009 and 2010 back to Photo & Video 1, LR will not let me add them except as subfolders under the remaining years 2011, 12, 13 or 14...
    I really hope I am having a tremendous brain freeze and doing something incredibly stupid as opposed to there being something very wrong with my Lightroom file.
    If anyone has an idea what is going on I would be most appreciative and on my way to losing this pounding headache I have gotten over this.

Just not have a phone? I can't lose my backup data as much of the information in my phone is very important and work-related. So what happens now? I am just screwed? I would call you but I can't because of your faulty product. I would use your online support but it won't let me unless I have my serial number which I can't get to because my phone that you sold me won't restore. I need help in this situation. As of right now, your product and your customer service is a complete debacle and I urge anyone reading this who may be on the fence about purchasing an iphone to spare themselves from these types of frustrations! Don't do it! Either buy an android or a windows phone or a flip phone or a house phone or anything! But not an iphone! You don't want to go through this kind of trouble....

  • AI - why won't you let me love you? Upgrade to new version pegs my CPU. Uninstall breaks IIS core

    I've been a happy consumer of the first version AI for some time. I wrestled quite a bit with it to get it to work with my code base, eventually opting out several of my namespaces in ApplicationInsights.config so that the CPU on my web servers wouldn't
    go to 100%. I got it worked out with Sergey's guidance and happily enjoyed the data it provided up until now.
    I recently decided to upgrade to the new Azure-based AI by installing the latest nuget package via the AI tooling in vs.net 2013 and the AI Status Monitor on my web servers. I tried a to deploy the updates last night and my nightmare has returned as my CPU
    goes back to 100% for one of the servers.  
    It is slightly different this time in that it only pegs one of my servers. If I bring that pegged server down, the other one pegs.
    What's worse is that if I try to uninstall the AI Status Monitor it brings down my web server because it somehow corrupts Windows Process Activation Service which the WWW Publishing Service depends on. The Process Activation Service fails to start with a
    'The parameter is incorrect' message. If I reinstall AI Status Monitor the process activation service and web service both start successfully. I had to leave it installed and use the AI Status Monitor interface to unregister all apps on the web server in order
    to bring my prod app under control.
    I don't see any documentation on the new AI.config file (the link to documentation that is added to the config file doesn't actually take you to information about the config schema) so I don't know how to opt out those same namespaces to see if I can make
    the new version work. Can you provide some guidance?
    One other issue - removing the NuGet package from my web projects did not remove some lines from my csproj file, specifically the <Target Name="EnsureApplicationInsightsImported"> and <Import Project="..\packages\Microsoft.ApplicationInsights.0.12.0-build17386...>

    Oh... These AI bugs that we know and love!... And, yet, you just pegged them :)
    But, let me start from the beginning...
    Last time I fell asleep I dreamt of Status Monitor causing AI Nuget server to fail on IIS start although Status monitor has been removed already... I woke up in sweat
    and tears hoping for this to be just a bad dream but it turned out that the nightmare was a cruel reality and AI Nuget server could not start for real that day..
    I won't forget that glorious moment when "The workaround" descended upon myself: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WAS\Environment
    registry key value should be removed to make WPAS working again (although the value is empty after Status Monitor uninstall, it needs to be removed completely...)
    Later, in the evening that was as dark as the mother of the nights, my silly attempts to remove AI from the web project turned into yet another buggy-like creature staring
    at me from the csproj file: the mighty artifact “Leftover AI targets” (+2 to garbage in the project file) was there. It turned to be yet another known bug with a manual workaround as you can guess…
    I whispered into this darkness asking teammates for the documentation but my whisper was met by nothing but a dead silence that kept me thinking that there is none and
    all I have is to use web search and
    AI landing page.
    What happened next is even harder to imagine (though much funnier
    J)… The very next morning I was trying to prove to AI team that I do not post questions on the forum under a pseudonym “J Kewley”
    and I do not try to make fun of AI team that way…
    Therefore, I write this to sum up our experiences and, hopefully, answer some of the questions.. The bugs are in the backlog and can make it into the next AI release, please try to work around
    the problems till then.
    The CPU issue is entirely separate beast, though, - the reason of such degradation should certainly be different between “old” & “new” AI.
    Previous data collection logic was MMA-based and the present collection logic isn’t, so there is no namespaces to enable/disable in the new version at all.
    Could you please describe the application/situation in more details to track this one down:
    -   What is the application technology?
    (MVC/Web API/…)
    What’s the load on the application and how load is distributed across instances?
    - Does w3wp.exe process consume all CPU when the issue happens or there is something else?

    Have you double checked to make sure you have the Remember Playback Position enabled for each of your audiobook tracks in iTunes from under each track's Options tab of its Get Info window as well? You might also want to tick the Skip when Shuffling option from under this same tab as well.
    If you do have to make these changes, you'll need to resync your iPod to update the changes to your device.
