Why wont my creative cloud download my free trial for photoshop???
Will install the freebies but will not download my trial of photoshop! Am i doing something wrong??

Welcome to Adobe Forum,
You can try this :
Please rename OOBE to OOBEE.OLD Folder from the following location
location in Window C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
location in Mac: library>.application support>>Adobe>> OOBE
After renaming the OOBE folder please uninstall Adobe creative cloud from the cleaner tool and re-installed the product from from www.creative.adobe.com/apps
PS: Please uninstall Creative cloud connection if you see in Cleaner tool.
As the above discusson also mentions renamimg, Please disable the firewall of the system & network & then retry.

Incase the error still persists, then the next best step would be to review your installation logs to determine the exact point of failure.

I downloaded the free trial for Photoshop tonight about 11ish and once it finished downloading I tried to open it and it came up saying my trial has expired. so I uninstalled creative cloud and Photoshop and tried again I've done that 3 times now and there's no change? I've never had Photoshop on this laptop before or even had an adobe account on this e-mail, I'm a graphic student at college and really need Photoshop for this project.
Sometimes if you sign out (deactivate) then sign back in it works.

Trying to download a free trial for Photoshop Cs6
Hi. I am thinking about Purchasing Photoshop for my little business but would like to download the free trial as my friend did this recently. I started to download it An hour later my computer crashed so I tried to do it again and I thought it has worked as it went to the whole Adobe product list of things I could do. When I clicked on Photshop it wouldn't let me go into it!

I have been waiting to get Photoshop all of 2014 and now I finally can. I tried downloading the free trial but then it took me to a page that said I could not download it because it was not supported. I am using a 2008 iMac that I got for christmas. Please help I really want photoshop!

'You' do not meet the requirements? They even sell Photoshop to Mac users. How bad would you need to be to 'not' meet the requirements?

I am trying to download a free trial of photoshop for my macbook pro and it says there is an error and that the requirements for the new version is not supported for the mac I have. I have looked at the list of requirements but have no idea how to tell what I do and do not have?

But make sure you follow the important steps mentioned on the page before initiating the download for CS4. -

I downloaded the free trial for Adobe XI Pro but now I cant find it on my computer or figure out how to use it. The only thing I see that downloaded is Adobe Download Assistant. How can I access the program?
Assistanttolindsey the Adobe Download Assistant will download the installation files for Adobe Acrobat Professional XI. By default they are saved to your download folder. You can begin the installation process from there.

It sounds like when you try to sign into the iTunes Store, you are prompted to review your account information. You click review, but nothing happens. Usually what should appear here is your billing information according to this article:

I recommend just accessing your account settings and verifying your billing information using these steps:

Choose Store > Sign In.

To update your name, billing address, or payment information, follow these instructions:

Can downloading a free trial of PhotoShop Elements 13 harm my MacBook? I keep getting this warning before I can open the download.
Thanks.After I downloaded the file, a pop-up says "This type of file can harm your computer. Do you want to keep PhotoShopElements_13_WWEFDJ.dmg anyway?" then, there are the options of Discard or Keep.

Hi, I am having issues downloading the free trial of Photoshop. I get the errors below occurring whenever I try and download. I have managed to download lightroom without any issues but was wanting to try them both out to then look at purchasing the monthly option. However would be a bit difficult if I can't download Photoshop! Any advice much appreciated.
The error code says "ERROR: third party payload installer vcredist_x64 failed with exit code: - 2147024546
and
"ERROR: Failed to install Microsofy Visual C ++ 2012 Redistributable Package (x64)"Rebeccafield2012 from the error you posted it would appear that the Microsoft Visual C ++ 2012 Redistributable Package (x64) component of your operating system is damaged. I would recommend that you reinstall the most recent Redistributable from Latest Supported Visual C++ Downloads - Microsoft Support.

While downloading the free trial for Final Cut Pro X my internet has dropped out many times. It does however seem to continue ok each time it reconnects. Will this affect the software when it finishes? Is this a problem? Any advice please?
This has happened to me with a few downloads without any upsets.
You should be OK.
As I recall the download is around 1.2 gig so it takes a bit of time and effort to get it to your system.

I have already downloaded the free trial of Photoshop but am having trouble with Premiere. I was wondering if I am able to download both free trials. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the items but each time there is an error. All of my software is up to date.
Without proper system information and other technical details like the actual error messages nobody can tell you much. Just saying there is an error is not useful.
