    Hi,
    I bought the creative cloud about a month ago and I've been having problems getting it to work ever since. So far I've managed to get it work after a multiple tries to turn it on and then turning it off again before it works. Well this time the stupid turning off and on didnt work, it just won't let me sign in and let me download anything. When I open creative cloud it is blank. I really need to get it to work, my school and work depends on it and I don't wanna be paying for something that doesn't work. Can you please get back to asap! please! I'm desperate here...

    You can try this :
    Please rename OOBE to OOBEE.OLD Folder from the following location
    location in Window C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
    location in Mac: library>.application support>>Adobe>> OOBE
    After renaming the OOBE folder please uninstall Adobe creative cloud from the cleaner tool and re-installed the product from from www.creative.adobe.com/apps
    PS: Please uninstall Creative cloud connection if you see in Cleaner tool.
    As the above discusson also mentions renamimg, Please disable the firewall of the system & network & then retry.

    Incase the error still persists, then the next best step would be to review your installation logs to determine the exact point of failure.

  • Why wont my ipad air let me download any apps or get rid of some that i dont want? it all started after i updated it

    i just gotted a ipad air and decided to updated it to modern times. since i done that i cant get any apps or get the apps to do the 'wobbly' thing if i want to move or get rid of the apps.

    Yeah, I know I can restore it, but I might as well go ahead and try. I just finished a backup for icloud and itunes to make sure, I'll go ahead and restore it and set it up as new and see how that works. Seems like I have no other options at this point, I'd still like to know what they did with the Download tab in itunes store, if they removed it or if I'm just overlooking it.

    There seems to be a billing problem with the iTS.  I've been trying to make purchases today (Dec 9th) too and it reports either the iTS can not process payments or it says my card was declined. I even changed the payment method to Paypal (which is never declined) and still no go.
    I don't think it is "you" but a problem at Apple.  Some popular new apps were released recently like Logic Pro and perhaps they're getting bombarded as they did when Lion was released.
    Wait a few hours and then try again.

  • What do you do when the creative cloud will not update?

    Creative cloud will not update on my Mac.. therefore I cannot use InDesign. How can I get the Creative Cloud to update? I have tried un-installing and re-installing 3 different times now. Thank you.

    Not sure.  I am not having any problems opening files in current version 8.0 except for files that have been created/modified in current version 8.2 of course. That is why I need to update.
    I've tried uninstalling 8.0 version before updating and a direct download of installer/updater of 8.2... still no luck.

    Please follow the below mentioned steps:
    1. Uninstall the application and run the cleaner tool to remove any leftover ruminants: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html.
    2. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEPServiceManager4 and rename it.
    Install the application and try to update.
