Why wont my publish and visit buttons work?

Hi all im just trying to upload my site to an FTP (all the details are correct) - at the moment its just a home page no video or anything. And for some reason my publish site and visit buttons arent highlighted and dont respond when i click on them???
I though is it because i need to register but everyting i am reading is saying that because its a new imac that i bought from apple i wont have to register a thing - whats going on??
If anyone can help id be greatful

Why are only my sleep and home buttons working but the screen doesnt recognise my touch

So last night everything on my ipod touch 2nd gen was working fine. then when i woke up, only the sleep and home button worked. My screen isnt picking up any sort of touch at all. when i press the on button, it wont let me slide to unlock. when i press the on and home button at the same time to turn it off, it will not let me slide to power off. HELP!!! It is passed the original 90 day warranty (very old no damage though) and i need an answer ASAP

have you tried charging the device ?
if so and it still does not work you can try a Forced Recovery..
by holding the HOME button down and plugging it into your computer at the same time..

I am currently an owner of an Ipod Touch 4th generation. I see you are having problems with your Ipod Touch, so I will try to find a solution to your problem.
Restart the Computer. This sometimes happens to me when I keep my Windows 7 on Sleep, and I try to sync my Ipod
Make sure you have the latest version of Itunes

Spoke too soon. Here's a reply. From another user on here. It worked for me.
I had the same problem after I upgraded to iOS 7 last night and saw that all of my different e-mail accounts merged into one under the "All Inboxes" view. I resolved the problem by deleting just one of my e-mail accounts and adding it back again under Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calenders. Once I added the one account I deleted back under Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calenders my inbox refreshed and showed all of my seperate e-mail accounts as it previously did before I upgraded to iOS 7. Give it a try and let me know if that works for you as well.

If you would like to try perfect Virtual Button, tap Settings App > General > Accessibility > Assistive Touch > ON > tap new white screen button > Device > Lock. IWeb RSS feed address is wrong and "Visit" button address is wrong

Any ideas why when visitors try to use the RSS feed, it uses an incorrect address ? How/where do I correct the address the RSS feed should direct to? I'm using mobileme to host my webpage and blog.
As an extra question, when I hit the VISIT button on the bottom of the iWEb editing page, the link is also broken. Are these two related?

both services send a silent SMS (one that is not listed anywhere on your device) containing a configuration request to an Apple server. This server then responds with the needed configuration details. It can take some (from a few minutes to several hours) time for this answer to come. Also if for whatever reason text send/receive is not working properly, iOS can get stuck on the "waiting for activation" message.

Why doesn't my on/off button work after mavericks install?

I installed Mavericks this past weekend and have not been able to shut off my Macbook Pro (Retina Display) since. The button seems to shut off the display, but the computer itself continues to run. It apparently goes to sleep after some period of time since the battery seems not to drain. With Mountain Lion I at least got a warning when I hit that button by mistake to ask if I really wanted to shut it down, but now it just goes.
Does anyone know what is happening and how to correct it?
