Why would interlacing happen when rendering from 1920x1080 to 720x480

I rendered an .mov from a Premiere CS6 project that is set for 1920x1080 and 23.976 fps. When I rendered it with the NTSC 24p widescreen setting to 720x480 I noticed a lot of interlacing that I did not see before in the project or on another render that I did with a setting of quicktime 1920x1080 with h.264 encoding with 23.976 frames per second. Is there any reason why I would notice interlacing now in the 720x480 version. I'm new to this, so any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. I am new to Premiere. What I need to do is have a .mov file rendered out in a standard def version and also in a high def version. I am not familiar with what works best. But I can see that my source file is listed as 1920x1080, 23.976 progressive. Can you suggest a better codec or workflow. I would like to render out at the highest quality possible. I rendered out using DV AVI because I thought it would be the highest quality--but I was not sure. I am finding that VLC player works the best for checking my renders. But I also checked quicktime and media player to see if there was a difference.
I also renderd a version using the settings for Quicktime, NTSC DV 24p widescreen, 720x480, and that looked very interlaced too.

To change the iCloud ID on your device you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password to turn off Find My iPhone when prompted, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use.

Relax, they weren't converted to PDF.
You can tell by right clicking ANY of them and choosing "Properties". You'll see there that they're STILL .xls or .xlsx files. The "association" has changed and Windows now indicates that they open with Reader, which isn't right.
Where it says "Open With" under the General tab, you can click "Change" and re-select Excel as the default app to open thim.

I'm not an apple expert or anything, but after hearing this from a coworker (and doing a quick google search) many of the generic chargers do not work in the 5s (especially after the most recent update.) I'm thinking this may be the problem in your case...the charger is not working so the phone just needs a good charge from either an apple certified charger or a generic that will actually work with the phone. I've read some people are able to pull the cable out, turn it around and then plug it back in facing the opposite direction to get it to work. Many have reported, however, that even when this remedies the cable issue, its still won't charge the phone while it is completely dead (which is likely the case since it won't power on at all.) So if you haven't fixed your problem by now, go buy a new charger and see what happens. You might be able to go into and apple store and borrow a charger there for a few minutes to see if this actually IS the problem. That way you don't waste your money before buying.

If a computer's taking up multiple authorizations, try deauthorizing it even if it says it's not authorized. If that doesn't work, go back to the article you asked this question from and use the link to contact Apple under the 'To deauthorize all computers associated with your Apple ID' section of it.

Are they old songs that you may have purchased from a different store id years ago?
If your have old purchased songs that are drm protected and they are not associated with the store id that you are currently using then they will not be eligible.
I would burn to a disc and then rip back to your library.
Burn to the cd. Deletel the old files from your libary and delete the files don't keep them. Rip the cd back.
After you have tested the ripped songs back then empty your trash, or back up the old drm protected songs in a seperate folder.

In iTunes, select the audio book and righ click and select Get Info. Go to the options tab and click on Media kind and change it to Audiobook. It will then appear on the iPod under Audio books. On the iPod that is Muisc app>More>Audobooks.

Why does this happen when I insert editable region?

Hi ppl... I got a small problem here. When I insert editing region into the ORANGEBOX div, for some unknown reason which I can't figure out, my spry menu bar shifts to the left. But in preview, it looks fine. What's the reason for this and how can I avoid it? The shifted spry menu bar in the workspace is disturbing me.. haha.. Horrible final video quality in After Effects CS6 when rendering a 1920x1080 video with H.264 format

I've been using After Effects CS6 on my Macbook Pro for over a year now with no issues. However, today when I exported a video to be rendered in 1920x1080p with H.264 format, I got the worst quality final video I've ever seen. I filmed my video files in 1920x1080p (like usual), and I clicked all the same buttons I normally do to export a video, but every HQ video I try to export looks horrible. I haven't clicked any crazy buttons or anything out of the ordinary.
I always export a video following this sequence:
File > Export > Add to Render Queue > Lossless > H.264 (quality format) > video output (make sure it's checked) > audio output (make sure it's checked) > OK > Output to Desktop
My render settings are always set as "best settings" including "full" resolution and "best" quality.
Now, when I click H.264, a "settings mismatch" pops up and says:
"Warning: Output file will be resized from 1920x1080 (1.00 PAR) to 320x1080 (6.00 PAR) to meet format constraints"
The rendering quality and playback quality within After Effects is great, but once the video is exported, it is horrible.
PLEASE HELP?! I have deadlines I need to meet!

Use the H.264 encoding presets in Adobe Media Encoder.
The H.264 export features in After Effects have been removed in later versions because of numerous problems.

Why are colors faded when saving from Photoshop? And other weird things...

I'm working on a file that's a CMYK default US Web Coated SWOP v2 file. I've tried saving to tiff and jpg from this file and both save faded versions. See below:

And then another very bizarre thing... I saved it as a pdf to see how the colors would look and when viewing it in acrobat pro, I saw this:
....this is the same exact file as the other 2... Nothing was changed other than saving as pdf... Now I have 2 questions!

If you're not having you images printed professionally in publications why are you editing in CMYK. Displays and inkjet devices are RGB devices CMYK images need be converted when used on these devices. If in every step color management is used and all devices calibrated well colors should be quit consistent however color management is not always used and colors will be off when color management is not done. Photoshop is color managed is photoshop the only software you're using for your images. No Image viewers, no browsers, no document application etc.
Also when I save the above image you state is a jpeg Its save as an png file with some Display color profile. You need yo look into color management and what you useing as your color setting in Photoshop and hd.ow progile mismatches are handle.
In fact all three image are png file Color mode is RGB 8bit all have a display color profile all are different in sizes and at least one has different content. All are different yet you claim they are the same.
