Wi-Fi button Dim and Frozen. How can I Fix it ?

My wi-fi button randomly froze on me one night. I cant get it back to normal. My iphone is the 4s.
I have backed-up all my data onto my icloud and i have 'Reset All Settings' on my phone and it is still frozen.
Is there any other way i can fix this problem without having to send my phone away ?
Please help. My phone is pants without internet connection.

I understand you are not receiving internet via Wi-Fi or through your carrier. Start with a reset of your network settings: Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Reconnect to your network and test. If the issue persists, try going through the steps in the two articles below.

I'd say you might be looking at backing up and restoring through iTunes unfortunatley.

Have you worked through the Troubleshooting iOS and WiFi knowledge base article? If not, see if there is info in there that might help.
Is the WiFi greyed out on all WiFi networks or just the one? If it does this on all then there may be a hardwaer problem that needs attention from the techs at an Apple store genius bar.
Before that, however, try a reboot by holding both the power and home buttons until the apple logo appears and it restarts, ignoring the red slider if it appears. That clears a lot of iOS hang ups that occur.

To elaborte on Davids response aortiz5 you can got to appleid.apple.com and click the option to manage your apple id. Here you will be able to change your primary apple id and email address if you want. Or if this is your apple id and you think some one else has access to it you can click on passwords and security on the left and change your password for your apple id which will cause the other devices to prompt for the new password.
