(Wi-Fi) Keychain System: Interesting Info on the "System" Pane..?
I have used keychain for years, but I never bothered to learn enough what it can help me with some parts. I am mainly looking into about part line about the "Where:" section for it which I have attached which I have found through google to help my question-

It seems interesting about that "Where:" line, since I can't figure what it could help me. Can it help me at least show me where I connected my laptop to? I googled and everywhere that I cant seem to find it being too vague for a search anywhere
Secondly, I do understand the Modified line, is there a way showing how many times or any other places to get more info about that section? That seems interesting too.
Of course, I am always interested learning more when I run into parts that I haven't used before.

can anyone pls help how to set the db offline. currently i stopped the sql server services from services.msc and started the sql server agent.
should i stop both services for moving from one drive to another?

Solution:
Search for the physical files(mdf/ldf) in the OS and copy to target location and the re-run sp_attach_db with right location and name of mdf/ldf. -
I took the system file out of the system folder on os 9.2 can't boot to put file back in machine also has osx 10.2 but won't let me boot to either need os 9 compatible boot disk I think?
If the OS X 10.2 on the hard drive is/was bootable, try this -
Restart or boot, then immediately press the X key, keep it held down until you know the machine has started to boot using OS X. This is a hardware instruction to the Mac to boot using the first usable instance of OS X it finds.
Once booted to OS X, you should be able to move OS 9's System file into OS 9's System Folder.

I have an iMac 17" 1.83ghz intel core from 2006. I need to reformat the hard drive. Which system do I reinstall - the system disk in came with or can I install 10.6.8 which is what it's running now. And does the system have to be for an iMac?

If you follow the steps very carefully and do as each says, this will solve your problem.. Now i am very happy i can actually install iTunes and use it for my iPod.
Remember to be carefully with the steps as the things you will be deleting are very important to your comp.

It is very frustrating even to receive an email from itunes support telling me: well, if your code or card are not working call your bank, which I did and everything is fine, it matches with existing acct in itunes...

The lists of apps in privacy settings are all empty, except for location services. After System Update last night, the system will not boot with IOPlatformExpert.cpp:1504 error
I have had Lion for a 2, 3 months on the iMac 27 inch purchased last October (2011). Last night I chose to update the system, and deselected iMoves update because it was 1GB, and chose only 4 updates, including iTunes, Safari (i think)... But the update says error, and ask to restart the system (it won't restart itself, so I waited 30 minutes, and then pressed the Power button for 10 seconds, to let it power down, and press Power again to power it up).

In solution manager system not showing all the system in SLD
Dear Gurus,
During the installation of solution manger sysyem i selected as a Central SLD as solution manager
Later installed ECC 6.0 and EP systems selected SLD as solution manager system during the instllation.
If i login in to http://hostname:50000/sld (solution manger system) and the screen also not showing all the options also. some options missing in the tab. Wat I need to do to see all the options clearly.
It is not showing all the systems if i check in EP and ECC for SLDCHECK it is not givng any errror.
But if i login into solution manger not able to see all the system in SLD.

I have a webi report with merged dimensions on users and
roles. Users and Roles are coming from 3 different systems (ECC,BW,BOBJ). Now,
I don’t have the system field available in the queries to filter by the system.
So, I would like to create a variable for system where I want to be able to
identify the system (like ECC,BW,BOBJ) based on the merged “Role” dimension.
Could someone tell me , if it is possible to do that? And if so, how do I do
that? (I tried, but it's not working for me) I really appreciate your help.

You can not use inlist operator here.For inlist static values are required for comparison.I know this is not a solution for you.
For to use match operator you have to use multiple else-if conditions.I know this is time consuming but if you can not do anything from BW side then use like below formula.
=If(Match([Role];"FRP.*")) Then "ECC" ElseIf (Match([Role];"HRP.*")) Then "ECC" else"BW"
Add more conditions in the formula and if you are sure in your report there are only three type of roles.Then define condition only for ECC and BW systems in the variable and rest mark as else BO.

Unable to lookup System ...check the system object and the alias

I am working on EP6 Sp 9. I have created iviews and integrated j2ee application by appIntegartor . everything is working fine . but these iviews are working only with superadmin role . with any other role am getting the error message "Unable to lookup System 'NNNJ2ee'. Please check the system object and the alias.."
Have created a role and done appropriate user mapping. Connection Test goes through successfully and iViews work fine as expected, but just in administrator login.
i found a a thread dissucing about the same problem in this forum and followed the solution given by them(assigning eu_role to the user) .
But still it is not working for me.
can anyone please help me in finding the solution .

When you create an item with the 'super admin role' user's , you don't have the role : 'eu_role' assigned.
So when you create a new item the role 'eu_role' is not spread to end user.
<b>The solution is :</b>
First add the 'eu_role' to the super admin user. For all next item created it's work fine.
For item already created,
- right click on the object, Select open permissions.
- In the display option, choose Permissions
- Search for role : 'eu_role'
- Add the permissions
- check the box 'End User'
- Save
- And test
For me it's work fine. Let me know if it's good for you...

System Alias reappears in the System Configuration
Hi All,
This is a bit of a strange one but I wondered if anyone else has ever come across this with EP6 SP2.
I have a System Object which I do not want to delete, since it might be required again in the future, so I am just removing the system alias to render it inactive.
Overnight something causes the system alias to reappear and hence for the option in the user mapping drop-down to reappear too.
I think my only option is to delete the system completely from the PCD.
Any ideas?Thanks both for your advice.
I have found out that this is in fact a "feature" in SP2 that if the alias is removed, but a user who has personalised this particular user mapping system logs onto the Portal afterwards, the alias is automatically recreated.

I had to buy a new printer when I got my Imac and I chose the Brother multifunction inkjet MFCJ470DW. It worked fine when my Mavericks version was 10.9.1, but after the automatic update to 10.9.2 the computer no longer recognizes the brother, or says it isn't connected, and when I deleted it from printer preferences and attempted to re-enter it as default printer, I cannot even type anything into the list of printers when I press the + sign to add. What am I doing wrong? Can someone please tell me even how to add text into the printer preferences list?
I had some of the same issues your having, deleted the printer from Printer and Scanner in System Preference.
What I ended up doing was connecting the printer with a USB cable like it was a new set up, down loaded the drivers from Apple, still did not seem to work, but did a coupel of restarts and the printer was found then I completed the set up.
