Wi-fi not working in ipad can anyone help?
something happen to my wi-fi in my ipad. after 6 months of using it without any issues, one day it stopped working. I went into my setting to see what is going on, and saw the wi-fi option is shaded gray. there is no option to click on it. everything else is setting works fine and is excess able but wi-fi. it is almost like the hardware is gone. Now i tried all the different rests but non worked, even the restore button in itune that wiped out everything like it was new didn't work. Anyone has a idea how to fix this? or is this maybe a hardware problem?
We need more information. Is the switch able to be turned on? Are you seeing any wifi networks? Is this at home or public?

Try tapping Settings > FaceTime, turning FaceTime Off, editing the Apple ID associated with FaceTime, and then turning it back on.

Try the following steps, check whether things are working after each step where appropriate, before trying the next.
Check AirPlay is turned on on the Apple TV (turn it off and on if it already is)
Check that both devices are on the same network (Settings > Wifi, on the mobile device and Settings > General > Network, on the Apple TV).
Restart the Apple TV (Settings > General > Restart).
Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Restart your router. (Also try removing it’s power cord for at least 30 seconds)
Restart your mobile device. -
CS6 design and web premium, looking to download it but not working?? can anyone help?
I have purchased the CS6 design and web premium at amazon and have had trouble downloading it. First i needed the correct processor, such as a minimum of Snow leopard or 10.6.8. I need help getting started because nothing is working for me? If anyone has any input please let me know. Thanks!

I inadvertently downloaded MPlayerX into my Macbook Pro and wanted to remove it. I tried (1) jiggling the icon and there was no delete button, (2) dragging the icon to trash didn't work

You can't connect directly to the external drive, but should be able to use iTunes Home Sharing via the laptop.

No not really. If this is a brand new Macbook Pro take it back for a refund. Apple has a 14 day No Questions Asked return policy for Full refund.
Take it back, get the Full Refund (DO NOT LET THEM TRY TO FIX IT. YOU BOUGHT A NEW COMPUTER NOT ONE THAT HAS BEEN WORKED ON OR NEEDS TO BE FIXED) and then decide whether to buy another Macbook Pro or the iMac. Or you could return it, get the Full refund and buy some other brand computer. -

Photostream when enabled will only add photos from the camera roll that were taken post photostream activation. (Photostream does not currently share video)
Photostream only syncs photos over Wi-Fi, make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi to begin with.
Photostream only syncs when the camera app is closed, ensure it is closed.
Photostream only syncs when the battery is above 20%, try recharging the device
Try disabling photo stream on your device (settings > iCloud), restarting your device and then re-enabling photo stream. -
Cannot download new U2 album. Says purchased on my account but no evidence anywhere and I definitely did not purchase it. Can anyone help with what is going on?
It was given free to everyone on tuesday as part of the iPhone 5 event/announcement, so it will show as purchased in the store.
If this is on your iPhone then either turn Settings > iTunes & App Store > Music (under 'show all') 'on' - it should then show in the Music app with a cloud icon against it for downloading.
Or go to the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app, select Music, and it might then show under 'Various' - when downloaded it should correctly be under U2 in Music.
If you are using your computer's iTunes then you should be able to download it into your library by ticking the 'show iTunes in the Cloud purchases' tick box on the Store tab in Edit > Preferences (iTunes > Preferences on a Mac) - it should then show in the Music part of your library with a cloud icon against it for downloading (downloading the booklet for it this way may not work, you may get a 'corrupt file' message when trying to open it).
Or go to the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage and you should be able to download it from there.
A third option on a computer is to sign out of your account (Store > Sign Out menu option), find the album in the store and then click on its free 'price' button - you should then be prompted to sign back in and the album should download. -
When I plug in my headphones into my imac only the right side plays music. I tried with other headphones and still has the same problem. I tried the headphones with other devices and they work properly. Can anyone help me with my problem please?

I fixed this problem by turning off the ipad and then turning it back on after 5-10 minutes.
Hopefully then when you play a video it will start playing. -
Just upgraded to the latest iTunes and iPhoto and now cannot change photos on my iPad, can anyone help please?
Try one or more of the following:
> Restart Your Computer
> Uninstall and Reinstall iTunes
> Reset iPod (nothing will get deleted)
> Look in My Computer (Windows 98, XP) OR Computer (Windows Vista or 7) and see if your iPod is in there.
In some cases (and this happened to me before) plug your iPod in and out your computer a few times. It should get it going. If not, then I strongly recommend starting your computer.

How manually assign a WLC to LWAAP
Hi all, I have to redesign a Wireless environment: There are two WLC4402 (50 AP's, Version 4.2.130) and 100 1424AP. I need to assign manually the AP's to each WLC (primary, secondary Controller). Here is my problem, I can set the IP's for the primary
