Wifi connected(safari works) but apps dont install
hey there im using an ipod touch thats connected to my home wifi. i can use safari and the appstore but after getting a new logo on the screen from an app that i bought, the app installation doesnt finish -> even no blue progress line appears. Any solutions?
i can download apps on my computer.
Where should i find app installation restrictions?
btw i set the ipod back to basic settings before and that didnt help.

Have you tried a restart?
Simultaneously press and hold the Home and Power buttons on your iPad. Do not release them until you see the Apple Logo. Be patient because it takes about 10-15 seconds. Try again and let us know if this helped or not. -
WiFi has full connection. Safari will connect and operate correctly, but apps (facebook, pandora, netflix) will not recieve internet connection. Help?
Hmm... Well try restarting your wireless router. Usually there will be an option in the settings (refer to the manual). If not just unplug it for a few seconds.

My Ipad 'Systems' shows my WiFi connection is working and all my Apps connect and interact ok but Safari says 'No Response from the Server' the same on my Mail. The WiFi works perfectly on everything else in the house. Any ideas ?
it was not just email it was all internet via safari but all apps including the bank account app. the laptop and pc access the same email servers which work perfectly so it is difficult to blame the servers.
by the way it has now started to work properly at lasst after a whole day of trying to resolve this year. -
I have factory restored my 1pad 3 loaded ios8 - wifi works, safari works but it won't connect to the app store or iTunes citing 'not connected to internet' any ideas?
Reset the iPad and try again. Hold down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears on the screen. Let go of the buttons, let the iPad start up.

I have an iPad2 and recently updated the ios. Since the update, I cannot connect to wi-fi through my router. I can still connect at work, but at home it will just not work. I have tried everything I can think of. I have reset, uninstalled, re-installed, and changed routers. 3 times. I cannot get it to work. Does this have something to do with the update? I have even reset the network settings, and restored the ipad itself to factory default settings. Can anyone help me?

when i watch videos on my iphone 5 my wifi buffers the video and then halfway through it just stops and all wifi stops working on my device. i need to switch back off and on the wifi then it works but the same thing happens every time for videos. NOT A ROUTER PROBLEM. all my other apple devices dont have this problem

Make sure you back it up. and I would set up facetime before you reinstall your backup and make sure its working. -
My 2012 Mini OS 10.7.5 cannot see the Ethernet connection to my Actiontec GT701 WG. The Network Preferences says "cable unplugged". The WiFi connection is working fine. Please Thank You
Never mind, problem solved. When I retunred to the Network tab the message had changed to "connected, no IP address" so I got that from the WiFi tab and configured the Ethernet manually. Have a nice day @:-)#

IPAD - My Wifi connection was working yesterday at home - today not anymore
Can anyone please help me with my IPAD. My Wifi connection was working well until yesterday evening. I started to download 2 movies from itunes, went to bed. This morning, only about 20% of first movie was downloaded and I can't join anymore my Wifi net at home. I have reset connections, gave again password and appears "unable to join network". Other computers at home work well. IPAD can connect to wifi in another house/network, and 3 G works fine... Thanks for any idea on how to repair.

Universal Update in Software Update
Is it just me or has anyone else had to "do" the current update more than once? I've run it in SU two or three times. Each time it seems fine, with no obvious change to iChat v3.1.5. Then later it appears again as available in my SU panel. Odd.
