WiFi coverage indicator not visible

Dear forummembers,
I developped my first theme in Plazmic Theme Builder (as part of Plazmic CDK 4.6) and also designed indicators for batterystatus, signalcoverage and WiFi coverage. The battery- and signal coverage indicators show up nicely but the WiFi coverage indicator (in the original theme the triangular shape with the expanding waves next to it) does not show. The only indication on WiFi is the WiFi-logo, eather light-grey (WiFi available) or dark-grey (WiFi not available). WiFi as such works but my indicator on signalstrength does not.
The graphic needed is ok (in 1 row of five equally shaped graphics) and the creationprocess of the Plazmic themecreator did not generate any error (I know it does when the graphic does not meet required specs).
If I look at the WiFi diagnostics, it shows a signallevel of -59 dBm and a speed of 54 Mbps. By the way, in this menu the original indicator does show up and works.
What am I doing wrong?

No.
You cannot add 3G to the device itself.
You have a 14(?) day return period to swap it out.
You can get a device called a mifi, it's available on several carriers.

Samsung touchpad scroll indicator not visible in firefox only

I`m using a Samsung N145+ with a synaptics / Elan software with W7 Ultimate.
When I open Firefox 18.0.1 the trackpad scrollbar indicators don`t work.
It scrolls perfectly but stays as a pointer.
It works perfectly in all other growsers and in explorer.

Just to understand the sequence: you have this problem when you are in a Firefox tab, click a link, and it opens in a:
* new window
* new tab
* same tab
I'm guessing a new window. Since the title bar area is a bit faded, some other window must have the focus, but which one?? If you press and hold the Alt key and press and release the Tab key, you should get the visual Task Switcher pane. The icon to the left of the current highlighted icon indicates the window that had the focus. If you then click that first icon, is it another Firefox window, or some other app?

I have been 'fiddling' since and seem to be getting inconsistent results. - sometimes a blank gray screen (what I was getting when filing the question), when trying some other images I got a tiny thumbnail (navigator was on fit - when getting the thumbnail I selected 3:1 it magnified the image and filled the screen with the a three times image, I went back to fit and it correctly filled the screen).
I then tried the original images and they where okay. However when going back and forth between Library and Develop it is inconsistent with all images, sometimes gray, sometimes tiny thumbnail and sometimes sort of okay . The fit navigator seems to work very differently in Dev (is this meant to happen) it seems to work like fill and can only be corrected by going to 3:1 and back to fit. This also results in portrait photos being squeezed, again this can be fixed by the 3:1 back method, however the next landscape photo is then shown in portrait mode. BTW the screen in the top left, while showing a portrait photo as portrait in Library shows it as a squashed landscape. All a mystery but at least I have a workaround.
No message going from Library to Develop.
Re the metadata issue, sorry that is in Library (I just thought it may be related), What it does is in the Metadata panel the metadata status shows (conflict detected), there is also a white tag on the photos, which when clicked shows conflict and offers a panel to correct this.

IPad 3 Not Visible via Wifi

I recently installed iTunes 10.7 on my Win 7 64 bit PC. I have an iPhone 5 and iPad 3 both running iOS 6. My iPhone is visible in iTunes via wifi, but my iPad is not visible. I did not have this issue with iTunes 10.6.3. Both iPhone and iPad are visible when I connect via cable. Any suggestions.

The "Indicator: Goods Items/Delivery Costs/Both" not visible

Hi!
The "Indicator: Goods Items/Delivery Costs/Both" is not visible to one of the users in the Logistics Invoice Verification (MIR7) and in me23n transaction. It's funny - if he logs in with his username on my computer, he can see it - but on his computer he can't.
So I think it might be something in GUI settings - but what?

Found out solution - the user changed size of display and the field vanished. When he changed size back, the field appeared again.

Not connecting to 3G when leaving wifi coverage area

When I leave the home wifi coverage area, the 4S does not switch to 3G. I have to restart the device.

That's the difference, the Service Books.
I am assuming the working device was either activated in the US and got the Service Books in that way, and are still active. Is one of the Service Books a [provisoning] entry?
Either way, it is my experience that you will need activation on the device(s) for 3G service. That means having an active BIS account connected.
Besides, as pertains to 3G, without the BlackBerry Data Plan, there's really no need for the 3G service. You won't have any data services to the device, save some TCP/APN connection, without the proper data plan provisioned to the SIM in the device.

Open PO item is not visible in MD04

Dear Expert,
We have one scenario that one PO contain 3 line item which having Open PO Qty. but for line item 20 we have completed open qty i.e.40 & PR is also there. but it is not showing in MD04 & Also not visible in MIGO while doing GR
so please suggest what we need to do this will be visible.

Salesorder created using BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 not visible in VBAK

Hi Experts,
I created sales order using BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2, further salesorder ID was also indicated after creation.
But the same order ID is not visible in SD standard table VBAK.
Pls guide me to a valid standard CREATE BAPI for Sales order.

If you created a document through BAPI and it does not appear in the database afterwards, the logical conclusion is that ...
No it wasn't really created
With BAPIs for sales order data loading, there is no automatic COMMIT! (check SAP notes).
You need to add the call to BAPI BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT to save to DB.

Time capsule not visible on network

I'm trying to troubleshoot this situation for a colleague.
Situation: macbook air, synchronized wirelessly via time capsule. The time capsule is connected to the fixed network also. This is on our corporate network (both fixed and wifi networks). Backups via time capsule were working fine until yesterday (I see the last backup listed as yesterday).
Yesterday itunes prompted him to update his iphone to OS 5. After the update, the photo's were not synchronized. Upon synchronizing the photo's, the wrong button was clicked (my mistake, oops), and now all photo's are gone in iphoto. Now we're trying to get them back from the time capsule.
The time capsule is not visible in the network, not wired, not wireless. Connecting the macbook air via the fixed or wireless network doesn't reveal it. Airport utility says it cannot find anything. The time capsule is connected to power and network and the green light is on. I tried powercycling it, but this didn't make it appear.
How can I resolve this?

Getting access to stuff in Time Machine is sometimes difficult.. it sounds like something has shredded the files..

Upgrading to latest OS particularly Lion in the Mac or ios5 is having all sorts of nasty consequences..
The thing is, if you have photos in there that will need recovery.. you should not use Time Machine or copy files to the TC until you have restored them. In fact the disk may need to be removed to see if they have been deleted but I have no experience with this and others might be able to give more info.

Mac Mini not visible in Mac network (shared drives, remote desktop)

I got the following problem since a few months and can't figure what the problem could be.
My Mac Mini in not visible on my other macs in Finder oder Path Finder.
With unsing Apple + K shortcut I can connect to alle Mac Mini drives.
- Both machines have 10.8.4. installed
- Router is a Time Capsule
-> MBP connected via WiFi
-> Mac Mini via LAN cable
- IP Adress will be set via DHCP (static IPs won't help, tried that of course)
- Remote Desktop und Sharing is activated on both machines within preferences
- MacMini sees my MBP und my GFs MB
- MBP is able to see my GFs MB, but not my MacMini
- No Firewall acticated on both machines
- rights have been checked and repaired with the harddrive tool
Anybody an idea what I can try next?

Error resolved. It's was obviously my fault...
I changed the plist to deactivate multicasts a long long time ago

AirPort Extreme not visible in the airport utility installed on my Imac

My AirPort Extreme is suddenly not visible in the airport utility installed on my Imac. After numerous rescans I am bordering to give up as the connection seems to be working fine when I connect it to the Imac through the ethernet cable. Any advices further than restarting the devices?

For the app Airport Utility you have to be connected to the AE wifi.
If you are not talking about the AU App, but the Airport Antenna you can do following:
disconnect AE form power, wait 10-15 seconds, turn off the Airport Antenna in your mac. Then connect the AE to power, wait till it is fully started, then turn the Airport Antenna to on again.

After hours restoring phone and resetting all my accounts and settings the Bluetooth is back on. Not sure how long this will last. In regards to AirPlay taking over, I had to drive far enough from our wifi signal to allow the Bluetooth to take back the audio. Its working for now.

Phone not visible in Windows Explorer - post 10.3 upgrade

I installed 10.3 on my Q10 no problem, saw the Blend icon and decided to install (having used it on the work Passports) so a couple of things....
1. Blend now downloaded - but wants to install on an F:drive - which would be the Q10.
2. When connected via USB (or wifi) the Q10 is not visible in Windows Explorer (it was fine in 10.2)
3. Can see the drivers begin to install, but then it rolls back and a 'Install failed, cannot find F:drive' appears.
4. Is Blend intended for use on the Q10.
Anyone got any ideas I can try?

Found it, you have to go into Settings > Networks and Connections > Connection Services > USB and slide the USB Mass Storage Mode to the on position. It will then show as an ext. hdd in Windows Explorer.
