Wifi limit reached, what can I do?

Hi, I use wifi from the library on my macbook and tried to use the internet today but a box came up saying 'Maximum user limit reached, contact your wireless ISP' I've never had this before. I didn't think there was a limit to how much wifi you can get.  Does anyone know what this is? I recently got a virgin mobile broadband usb modem and have used it aswell. Does that affect the amount of library wifi I can use? any advice would be great thanks!

The virgin mobile stick shouldn't effect anything.
Talk to someone who works at the library, they may be able to help you / give you a new balance.

    There is no solution. There are limits to how many iCloud accounts that a device can have activated. It doesn't matter that it was by a previosu owner, it's the device that matters. Everything you do using an iDevice is tied to it's ID number, even Mac computers. This applies to the Apple store as well as the app store and everything iCloud related.

    There is almost no chance it can be recovered, except at a cost far greater than a new keyboard.  Once wet, spraying with a cleaner will not do any good and most likely will make the situation worse.
    Best thing at this point is go to your Apple store, or the on-line store, and buy a new keyboard.  Water damage is not covered by the warranty or AppleCare.

    There are two ways to update - via wifi or connect the iPad to a computer and use iTunes.
    If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 7.0.4. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

    If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect the iPad to the computer, open iTunes. Then select the iPad under the Devices heading on the left, click on the Summary tab and then click on Check for Update.

Be sure and backup your iPad before the iOS update. After you update an iPad (except iPad 1) to iOS 6.x, the next update can be installed via wifi (i.e., not connected to your computer).

    How to Upgrade to iOS 7
    The iOS 7.0 update requires around 2.5 GB of storage space, so if your iPad is almost full, you may need to clear up some space. You can check your available space in Settings -> General -> Usage.
    There are two ways to upgrade to iOS 7: You can use your Wi-Fi connection, or you can connect your iPad to your PC and update through iTunes. We'll go over each method.
    To upgrade using Wi-Fi:
    Note: If your iPad's battery is under 50%, you will want to plug it into your charger while performing the update.
        1.    Go into the iPad's Settings.
        2.    Locate and tap "General" from the menu on the left.
        3.    The second option from the top is "Software Update". Tap this to move into the update settings.
        4.    Tap "Download and Install". This will start the upgrade, which will take several minutes and will reboot your iPad during the process. If the Download and Install button is grayed out, trying clearing up some space. The space required by the update is mostly temporary, so you should gain most of it back after iOS 7 is installed.
        5.    Once the update is installed, you may have to run through the initial steps of setting up your iPad again. This is to account for new features and settings.
    To upgrade using iTunes:
    First, connect your iPad to your PC or Mac using the cable provided when you purchased your device. This will allow iTunes to communicate with your iPad.
    You will also need the latest version of iTunes. Don't worry, you will be prompted to download the latest version when you launch iTunes. Once it installs, you may be asked to setup iCloud by logging into your iTunes account. If you have a Mac, you may be prompted on whether or not you want to enable the Find my Mac feature.
    Now you are ready to begin the process:
        1.    If you upgraded iTunes earlier, go ahead and launch it. (For many, it will launch automatically when you plug in your iPad.)
        2.    Once iTunes is launched, it should automatically detect that a new version of the operating system exists and prompt you to upgrade to it. Choose Cancel. Before updating, you will want to manually sync your iPad to make sure everything is up to date.
        3.    After canceling the dialog box, iTunes should automatically sync with your iPad.
        4.    If iTunes doesn't automatically sync, you can manually do it by selecting your iPad within iTunes, clicking on the File menu and choosing Sync iPad from the list.
        5.    After your iPad has been synced to iTunes, select your iPad within iTunes. You can find it on the left side menu under Devices.
        6.    From the iPad screen, click on the Update button.
        7.    After verifying that you want to update your iPad, the process will begin. It takes a few minutes to update the operating system during which time your iPad may reboot a few times.
        8.    After updating, you may be asked a few questions when your device finally boots back up. This is to account for new settings and features.

    I have a couple of articles for you to run through and test out. The first is to address the camera not working, take a look at this one iPhone: Hardware troubleshooting found here http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2802.
    Camera is not functioning
    If the screen shows a closed lens or black image, force quit the Camera app.
    If you do not see the Camera app on the Home screen, try searching for it in Spotlight. If the camera does not show up in the search, check to make sure that Restrictions are not turned on by tappingSettings > General > Restrictions.
    Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from any obstructions. Use a microfiber polishing cloth to clean the lens.
    Third-party cases can interfere with the autofocus/exposure feature and the flash (iPhone 4 only); try removing the case if you have image-quality issues with photos.
    Try turning iPhone off and then back on.
    Tap to focus the camera on the subject. The image may pulse or briefly go in and out of focus as it adjusts.
    Try to remain steady while focusing:
    Still images: Remain steady while taking the picture. If you move too far in any direction, the camera automatically refocuses to the center. Note: If you take a picture with iPhone turned sideways, it is automatically saved in landscape orientation.
    Video: Adjust focus before you begin recording. After recording begins, you cannot readjust focus until you stop recording. Exiting the Camera application while recording will stop recording and will save the video to the Camera Roll. Note: Video-recording features are not available on original iPhone or iPhone 3G.
    If your iPhone has a front and rear camera, try switching between them to verify if the issue persists on both.

    I keep getting the "connect to itunes" screen and have to connect to itunes and do a restore on it.  It will not pick up my ipad so I either have to do a restore or restore to new and it will work fine for a day or so except for dropping the wifi connection.  What can be causing this?  I have had this pad since January of this year and have not had any problems until recently. 

    If you have to keep restoring your iPad with iTunes repeatedly and there is no change after restoring as a new iPad or not from the iPad's backup, your iPad has a major problem - likely a hardware problem. The iPad includes a one year warranty. You can call AppleCare or make an appointment at an Apple store if there is one nearby.

    My iPhone 4 no longer is recognized when I plug it into my pc. However it still recognizes my wifes 3s.  What can I do.

    You may need to reinstall your iPhone drivers. Make sure you connect your iPhone first to the computer then do this, go to "Control Panel" in there look for "Device Manager", once that opens up there should be a USB icon with a yellow explanation mark right click and uninstall the driver. Then reconnect your iPhone and they will install automatically. Hope this helps you.

    I'm running through the process of taking an existing user from the starter product to the partner product, and am subscribing the user to partner before removing the starter subscription. There seems no problem with a user having both a starter and unlimited
    subscription, but am getting the following error when subscribing to partner.
    "Subscriptions limit reached for same user"
    This is using a subscriptions put. The same code works fine when upgrading to unlimited.

    I tried to create an icloud account using my macbook. When I put my apple ID in I recieved a message that stated "account limit reached".  I can not create an account.  What is the problem and how do I fix it.

    You can only create three new iCloud accounts on any one device. Evidently you have already created three on your Macbook, so you will be unable to create any more. You can create a new account on another device, and then you will be able to sign into it on your Macbook.

    I agree that it does SOUND like that. Yet, I did not attempt to create a new acount. I tried, maybe 6 times, to sign into my existing one.
    "Account Limit Reached. Cannot add an apple ID at this time"
    And when I try to sign into iCloud it says:
    "Cannot Sign In. The maximum number of free accounts have been activated on this phone."
    Which makes no sense to me because my account was already active on it. But now that I've upgraded today, it won't let me sign in again.
    I am not the original user of this phone. So, maybe there are several old user's accounts already active on this phone. Can I delete the old users? Would that solve the problem? Or is the problem that Apple simply won't allow their phones to be passed on after the original user, so I'm screwed?

    I have held off updated my iPhone 4s with the 6.0.1 but having problems connecting to wifi I thought maybe being out of date was the problem.

However, the iPad states software is up-to-date so we cannot update to 6.0.2 even through connecting to computer on iTunes. How can that be?
