Wifi Live Box Adsl Probleme

Hello, I am very happy with my new HP computer. The subject does, not my computer. Here is my concern. I'm ADSL, with a Livebox from Orange.
I'm wireless. I have big problems with my Livebox, it is subject to a disturbance, electrical, external, another installation on a receiver decoder, satellite. The phenomenon that triggers when I turn on my receiver, TV. My LiveBox of disconnected systematically.
My computer tells me, mistakes of my line, ADSL, because unfortunately the service orange, unable to find a solution, I hold, through, my computer analysis, complete my problems livebox.

Do not forget that you need to put the Livebox in "association" mode otherwise you will not succeed in connecting to your wifi network. Sony X85C - Bravia Sync Issue with Samsung Homecinema and WD Live Box

Hello I purchased the 2015 4k Sony TV X85c line, its the 55" with Model Nr: KD55X8507C (silver bezel). The latest Android TV version from mid July is installed and the TV is working fine - except for the interaction with my 2 other components:- a Western Digital Live streaming player box- a Samsung Homecinema HT-D6750W I knew i could run into problems when mixing up brands, but the issue now is really bugging me: The Samsung homecinema is connected via the HDMI 4 ARC to the Sony TV. The Westen Digital is connected to the homecinema. All devices are HDMI CEC compatible, thus on the Sony I can see the other devices and even control them with the Sony remote - which "concept wise" is really neat, but something is failing. It seems that the Sony trys constantly to switch between audio system (Samsung) and its own TV speakers when choosing how to deliver the sound. This somehow interfers with the menu dialogs of the Sony. As soon as I connect the Samsung Homecinema and go into the display menu to change image settings / modes it the menu will crash after some seconds (it just fades away). This does not happen when the homecinema is not connected, but then of course im missing the sound of my homecinema. So there seems to be a certain interference and I assume it could be because of the constant audio switching between TV and audio system. I already tried to deactivate all HDMI-CEC features on the devices, but for the Sony TV's bravia sync its impossible to deactivate fully (the menu is just greyed and "on"). I'm getting some new and state of the art HDMI cables later this day, maybe this will bring a positive effect. Anyone experiences something similiar with the X85C range of products? I "solved" the problem: Bravia Sync does not seem to be compatible with HDMI CEC / Anynet of the Samsung homecinema. I deactivated all HDMI CEC features on the samsung player and the WD TV Live box, and then the deactivation of bravia sync was possible on the TV. After that the issue with the menu crashes was gone. Now i try to get digital audio with optical to the samsung player. So i connected optical out from the Sony TV to the optical in of the player. There are different settings to be made in the sonys audio menu now which I'm still not sure what to do. It has different compression modes for the audio (auto 1, auto 2, pcm). PCM seems to work for most digital audio content, but i fear DTS is not supported by the Sony. I tried the XBMC Kodi Android App on the Sony TV and got digital audio on some movies, but not all of em....not sure if its an app or TV problem. Oh well..for the moment i stay with the WD live streaming box which supports all audio formats and is connected via HDMI to the player, but its just a very slow cpu in there, so it would be cool to use the more powerful TV as streaming player.

At the very least, I recommend you restart your router, (your internet box).
More detail on your problem is needed - are you in a submarine? On the moon? On a tropical island?
You can help yourself by providing as much info as you can about your present situation - what kind of router do you have? Have you moved it? DId you update it? Did you do anything to change your setup, and if you did, what?

iOS: Wi-Fi or Bluetooth settings grayed out or dim
One user reported that placing the iPod in the freezer fixed the problem.
If not successful, an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is usually in order.

Try the following to rule out a software problem:

Je veux souscrire à une offre chez orange livebox play et étant donné que cette box ne diffuse que un seul réseau wifi pour les deux bandes 2,4 et 5 Ghz je voudrais savoir si il est possible de brancher une borne airport express en rj 45 sur la live box et ainsi couper le wifi de la livebox et laisser uniquement transiter le wifi par la borne airport et ainsi créer deux réseau 2,4 et 5 Ghz pour que je puisse connecter mon ipad iphone et apple tv sur la borne ?
Si cela fonctionne se sera le même mot de passe réseau que celui de la livebox ? Je peux lui donner le même nom Livebox-**** puis rajouter 5 Ghz sur celui qui sera à 5Ghz dans l'utilitaire airport ?

Je crois pouvoir te repondre en des termes plutôt simples.
Reglons ce probleme de LiveBox, si ce n'est deja fait.
Pour pouvoir y connecter ton iBook, il suffit d'aller dans le menu "pomme" du finder, de derouler le menu "Location" ou "reseau" (cela depend des mises a jour installees ou non sur ton mac)afin de cliquer sur "preferences du reseau".
Une fois la fenetre "reseau" ouverte, tu cliques sur "assistant" tout en bas. Ne reste plus qu'a suivre les ordres de l'assistant : tu lui donnes le nom que tu souhaites, tu continues...Ensuite tu sélectionnes "j'utilise Airport pour me connecter sans fil", tu continues et l'on te demande quel réseau tu souhaites pour te connecter, et là tu dois retrouver ta livebox sous le nom "wanadoo-xxxx", qui correspond au nom produit que tu peux trouver, soit sous ta livebox, soit derrière le cd d'installation de la livebox, accompagné par la cle WEP, c'est a dire 26 chiffres à inscrire en tant que mot de passe dans l'assistant. Donc tu continues encore, et puis encore une fois, et la, le mac affichera une message d'erreur comme quoi "il est impossible de se connecter au reseau", pourtant, va sur internet, et Ô magie, tu peux surfé. Normalement, cela devrait marcher chez toi aussi, ayant moi aussi une livebox, de marque inventel, et un iBook G4...Croisons les doigts.
Sinon,Je te conseille vivement de noter la cle WEP dans un fichier texte, pour n'avoir qu'a la copier-coller pour te reconnecter plus tard.
Concernant ton telephone portable, je pense que tu dois pouvoir te connecter via la fonction blutooth du airport...Mais la, ca depasse mes connaissances...

Has anyone else had the following problem with Spell Tower? I was in the middle of a game in Puzzle mode on my iPhone and had passed the 63,000 point mark. I paused the game (as I had many times before). When I tried to resume the game, the game had vanished without any record. My wife had a similar problem in Tower Mode. In addition, the Apple support page says that, to report an issue, one should click on a specified link at the bottom of the information page for the App in question. There are two separate issues here.
1. There is a potential problem with the game Spelltower. That needs to be discussed directly with Spelltower. My attempted emails to Spelltower have been bounced.
2. Apple, on its own webpage, purports to establish a procedure for reporting an issue with an app. But that procedure does not work with Spelltower because someone at Apple neglected to include a link on the relevant information page. I have been trying to find that contact info without success. Apple should take ownership of supplying that contact info.

I cannot get my Ipod touch to work with my Orange Live Box

Please help me - this is my second day of trying to resolve this!
I cannot get my Touch to connect to my Orange (Wanadoo) livebox. I have tried pressing '1' to allow the devices to pair. Doesnt help although the small antennae-like light does not flash on the live box (thought it should!). I have entered the 26 digit WEP key more times than I care to remember. I heard that I should change settings from WPA/WEP to WEP only but cant work out how to do this.
Very grateful for any assistance.

Hello and Welcome to Apple Discussions.
WEP can be cracked in a few minutes. Try switching to WPA which is mroe secure and isn't finiky about passwords like WEP is.

I would say that it is a shame, not only bad. My Iphone 5 worked great before upgrading to 6.0.2 and it seems it is not only my experience! Please Apple fix it otherwise I will give back my device ask I will ask refund.

ADSL problems - Slow - Noise on phone line

Hi, Im hoping someone can help me with Broadband issues I've been having. Ill try and describe the salient points without turning into a rant. Suffice to say Ive had a torrid time over 2 weeks, spending hours on the phone to maybe 15+ different call centre staff and relaying information back and forth between them and 3 different engineers.
Ive recently moved house and about a month before the move I arranged for an 8Mb ADSL connection to be ready for me when we moved in. I was assured that I would definitely have service on this date which was important to me as I am a self employed web designer and rely on an internet connection for my work.
We moved on 11th this month, I plugged the router in and it couldn't connect (orange/purple flashing light on HomeHub 3). After talking to various people at the BT Broadband call centre over a period of a few days, going through basic troubleshooting numerous times it was eventually decided that an engineer be sent. He found the problem relatively quickly, the exchange hadn't been set up for my connection. He set up the connection at the exchange and left with me being able to connect.
I quickly realised that the speeds were very slow (around 0.7Mbps). I left it for 24hrs but no improvement. It also worried me was that I could hear noise on the phone line. The noise is only there when the broad band is connected, a steady fuzzy static. You can also hear the modem on the router dial occasionally like the old school dial up connections. I again phoned the call centre, again went through basic trouble shooting (plugging directly into test socket, different filters, connect computer into router via cable and not wifi etc etc….), and again eventually got another engineer sent.
The new engineer changed my Home Hub 3 for a Home Hub 4, decided nothing else could be wrong at the house end so went to the exchange. He phoned from the exchange explaining that he had sorted the problem (I can’t remember what he said he did as it was beyond my understanding). I was suspicious that the situation hadn’t been resolved though because I still had noise on the line and 24 hrs later I also had my connection drop to 0.13Mbps.
More phoning to call centre folk and eventually engineer no.3 was sent. I have to say he seemed very thorough, changed the master socket (which he told me the previous 2 engineers should have done) and spent a long time doing various tests. It seemed the problem was fixed since after changing the socket there was no noise on the line. The connection eventually recovered after an SNR and IP profile reset to about 2.5Mbps.
The next day though there was again noise on the line. Some crackles at first but later turning into the constant fuzzy noise that I was hearing before. The speed steadily deteriorated everytime the router was re-synching during training and is now 0.97Mbs and I guess on its way down further since the noise is now quite loud. The engineer was kind enough to ring back to check up on the case and when he heard the issue he insisted that it was almost certainly a phone line fault and that I should call 151 to arrange for someone to come out.
Ive spent today being passed to and fro between the phone line department and the broadband department. The broadband department also tell me they think the phone line department should deal with the issue but then the phone line department say there is no problem when they do a remote test so pass me back to the Broadband department. Eventually after speaking to 5 different people today it has been decided that I should have my 4th Broadband Engineer visit me on Monday.
To my limited knowledge and reading on these forums it seems the issue is likely to be a line fault, so it’s frustrating that it’s possible the wrong person might be being sent and the problem will continue.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, as I mention the connection is very important to me.

Obviously you need to get rid of the line noise problem before your internet connection will improve. Normally the advice is to phone 151 and report a phone fault with no mention of broadband. You really now need to wait until monday to see if this engineer visit solves your noise problem
if after the engineer visit there is no improvement then the mods may be able to help
as this is a residential line and is not supposed to be used for business purposes maybe you should consider a business line which gives a better service contract especially as you are self employed

Live Cycle Form problems - bug or user error?

At work my assistant and I have created an interactive form from an Excel spreadsheet and then proceeded to add drop down boxes in numerous locations on the form. However, when we try to create a pdf in live cycle (8), the drop down boxes pre-populates with the first alpha-numeric character option in the drop down list, instead of a blank space, which is the default state. In addition, the tabbing between the drop down boxes becomes random and I am unable to change them. The form is six pages long, with about twenty to thirty drop down boxes on each page (I think - I don't have the form with me now - on my work computer). Either way - it is a pretty big form. The weird part is that when I split the form in smaller sections (i.e. one page at a time, the problems described above does not happen. I also have numerous other (shorter) forms that work just fine. Is there some sort of size or complexity limitation that is causing this, or is there another way to get around this? The only thing I could do so far to get it to work is to remove the drop down boxes and just make them text entry fields. Any advice would be appreciated.

1. How are you converting from XLSX to PDF. Are you printing the file ato PDF then adding the fields after the fact?
2. I was able to change the tabbing order using the tabbing tool (under the View menu). Moving the fields in the hoierarchy will not affect the tabbing order in this case. By default it is left to right - top to bottom. So if you move the fields on the page then it will affect tabbing order. You really shodul be doing this via the tabbing tool.
3. On teh version that you sent it was showing a blank entry for all DDLists until you selected an item.
Note that I am using version 9 of Acrobat/Reader and version 8.2.1. of Designer.
