Wifi network limited in windows 8.1 pro 64bit

Question

Hi recently I setup my laptop and I setup windows 8.1 pro 64bit.but when I connect wifi or broadband network it show network limited and not access internet.then I setup my laptop again.but it still this problem.please help me.I don't use internet few
days.my laptop is dell i3 3rd genaration.inspiron 14.please help me...
