Porque no usas una onza de tu inteligencia y te lees el documento COMPLETO de donde linkeaste? Si trataste todos los pasos como dice el documento y tu telefono aun tiene el problema, el documento te recomienda que lo lleves a un centro de servicios autorizado de Apple o a una tienda Apple.

Problème de Wifi sur ios 8.1.1 pour iPhone 4S

Bonjour,
Je suis sur iPhone 4S sur iOS 8.1 et depuis plus d'une semaine, mon wifi ne détecte plus RIEN !
Le bouton wifi n’est pas grisé, je peux l’allumer. Il y a une adresse wifi (ou mac ? Type de numéro : 5C:00:00:00:00:44) dans le panneau « informations ».
J’ai d’abord suivi les conseils pour remettre le wifi en marche : réinialiser les paramètres réseau, puis désactiver le service de localisation pour le wifi : ça n’a pas fonctionné. J’ai regardé d’autres sujets sur le forum mais je n’ai pas réussi à trouver un sujet sur mon problème en particulier. Sans oublier aussi de voir si la livebox n’a pas un problème mais rien de ce côté.
J’ai suivi toutes les recommandations pour downgrade en iOS 8.0 ou iOS 8.0.2 pour voir si ça aurait changé quelque chose. Même si j’ai découvert que Apple ne supportait pas ce genre de mesure, j’ai voulu essayé pour vérifier. J’ai suivi les recommandations pour downgrader : je suis passée sur yosemite, update mon itunes, désinstallé mon logiciel de sécurité, essayé sur d'autres réseaux wifi que chez moi, changé le fichier hosts pour ajouter la partie "# 17.152.36.30 gs.apple.com", essayé sur un windows seven en faisant les manipulations demandées. Mais j’ai eu l’erreur 3194 à tout bout de champ. Donc j’ai laissé tombé.
Rien n’a fonctionné. J’ai même mis mon iphone dans le congélateur en suivant un remède de grand-mère… ^^’’ sans succès.
Puis hier, l’iOS est passé à 8.1.1 donc je l’ai téléchargé en ESPERANT que mon problème de wifi s’arrête et que je puisse enfin utiliser tranquillement mon iphone 4S.
MAIS RIEN N’Y FAIT !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Même avec cette adresse wifi/mac !
J’ai toujours rien…
Donc dois-je conclure que mon iphone a un problème physique et non software ???
Ou que je suis totalement passée à côté du problème ? Ou de la solution miracle ?

Estoy igual, el problema del wifi gris!!
es seguro por un sobrecalentamiento ya que parece que el controlador o chip del wifi se desuelda de la placa que está boca abajo!!! esto pasó con una serie de PC de la marca ACER que el procesador de grafico (nvidia) por eso cambiaron a ATI, al sobrecalentarse y estar hacia abajo, se desuelda con el exceso calor, seguramente generado por el sobre voltaje que sufre el terminal para que tenga mas cobertura de wifi!!
Appel no arreglará esto ya que les interesa que esto pase, justo pasa al terminarse la garantia del terminal, que casualidad no??
Appel ya no es lo que era, ni volverá a serlo!!!!! Cada vez somos mas los que nos vamos a Android!!!

Perhaps something new, if you look to the right of most Knowledge Base articles, there is a pulldown menu for languages and you can offer someone a link to the version in their own language if it's in the list.

C'est mon premier poste sur ce forum et je suis très embetté. J'espère que vous pourrez m'aider.
J'ai un IPOD TOUCH 3G en IOS 5.0.1 qui fonctionnait très bien en 4.3 et depuis la mise à jour en 5.0.1 je n'ai plus de WIFI. Impossible de l'activer dans le menu Réglage. Le champ est grisé. Le bluetooth a également disparu (Réglage/général/informations = 00:00:00:00:00:00)
J'ai essayé plein de chose.
Des réinitialisations dans tous les sens.
J'ai downgrader en 4.3.
Autre symptome, la batterie ne dure que 2 heures en écoutant la musique.
Auriez vous des idées ? Au début je pensais que c'étais logiciel car c'est arrivé en même temps que la mise à jour, mais je pense de + en + a un soucis matériel qui c'est produit en même temps.
Il est possible de changer la pièce gérant le WIFI ? Si oui cela se trouve où ?

Desde México:
Hice la actualizacion de mi iPhone 4s a iOS6, todo normal despues de unos minutos quise conectarme a mi red de siempre. La opcion de activar el WIFI esta en GRIS y no me permite encenderlo.
De igual manera la estacion Airport del iPhone 4s no funciona via WIFI (solo USB & bluetooth). ¿Que es lo que pasa, ya estan trabajando para solucionar este problema?

Hola, ni se rompan la cabeza tratando de arreglarlo o llevandolo a un tecnico que no sea de apple ni mucho menos arriesgando su equipo metiendolo al congelando, yo tengo el mismo problema y tan facil lo lleve al apple service y me dijeron que no tiene reparacion, me dijeron que si mi garantia de apple estaba todavia vigente me lo tenian que cambiar por un equipo nuevo y que tenia que hacer respaldo de mi info, entregar mi equipo y en 3 semanas me llega un equipo nuevo, no necesitan su factura de compra, simplemente necesitan su equipo y con el numero de serie ellos mismos checan la vigencia de su garantia. Suerte!
