Wifi stops running and i have to restart the wifi network
when im navegating on the internet the internet stops running and i have to restart the wifi for it to work again and that happens like every 15 minutes

All you need to do is wait. While Firefox appears closed, it's not. It doing house cleaning. Cleaning out cookies and cache. How long it takes depends upon how much garbage you have collected.
If you start the Task Manager and open the Process window, you will be able to see when Firefox has finished up and closed down.
If you forced Firefox to close using the task manager, then the house keeping process seems to freeze up.
Also, as you've already found out from the above link, some programs and plugins will prevent Firefox from closing properly. I've found this less common then simply being in a hurry. But you need to also consider it. -
I close firefox and when I try to open it later, a pop-up says it is still running and I have to restart my pc? tried closing Firefox down but Task manager says it is NOT running even though the window that pops up says it is still running??
When you go to task manager, go to the "processes" tab, right click on "firefox.exe," and select "end process tree." In the picture I've attached, I'm using windows 8, so the UI is a little different, but I hope it points you in the right direction.

When I play either music or movies on my ipod touch it stops every few seconds and I have to restart the song/film. Also, it won't hold a volume contol. It jumps louder or softer, or simply jams on either very low or maximum volume. Help?

Whenever i download files, many times it stops before downloading completely and i have to restart the process by visiting the site. Suppose the file is 20 mbs, but it downloads only 2-3 mbs, reports that download is complete, but its just a part of that.
It is possible that your anti-virus software is corrupting the downloaded files or otherwise interfering with downloading files by Firefox.
Try to disable the real-time (live) scanning of files in your anti-virus software temporarily to see if that makes downloading work.

I am running Firefox 4.0 beta 7 on Windows XP Tablet Edition OS. When I enter this site using Firefox, the browser stops responding and I have to end the process using Task Manager. However, when I open it with other browsers such as IE8, I am able to view the site as per normal. This only happened when I updated my browser to Beta 7 and I did not have such problems in the previous betas.

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

That is probably a lot of stuff you do not want on your iPhone. So this can be handled a few different was. For you current situation, you can delete the apps directly on your iPhone by holding on the app until it starts to jiggle and then tap on the X of all the apps that you do not want. The second thing you can do is before you sync with iTunes, look at the app section on your iPhone to know what gets transfer to it and you can deselect items that you do not want. Lastly, if you download content on your iPad and it is a universal app, you can actually download it directly to your iPhone by looking at your past purchases and download it directly from the App Store. Usually the HDD is the frist place to look. Use the original install disk and start up the MBP with the C key down. Go through the installation process until you see on the display a menu bar on top.
Click on UTILITIES.
From the drop down menu select Disk Utility.
Open Disk Utility>First Aid and run Verify and Repair.

Connect the iOS device to your computer and restore via iTunes. Place the iPod in Recovery Mode if necessary to allow the restore.
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

The software freezes and I have to restart the program again.
I have no problem with the software while I'm actively using it. But if I leave it for a couple of minutes it often freezes and I have to restart the software. This is a real problem as I often work with this software all day and have to restart it many many times during a day.

Recently while using my iMac the display will just cut off but the machine is still running and I have to press the power button to get the display to cut back on. What is causing this?

Not being computer literate I cannot tell whether or not you can get around the 'lock/unlock' problem! What I need is an easy 'fix' but there does not appear to be one!!

If I am understanding correctly, you must restart the iPhone to use FaceTime, everytime you want to use it. I would start by quitting all the running apps on the phone first:
iOS: Force an app to close
Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that reset the device and test the issue again:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting
To reset, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
