Wifi sudden disconnection and lock button not working properly on my iphone 4s....... It is under warranty

When using wifi on my iphone,sometimes it disconnects automatically...... And my lock button is not working properly.....
What should i do, my iphone is under warranty....

The Sleep/Wake button is a hardware issue and that's covered by the warranty. I would take it to the Apple Store and see what they can do.

Those are hardware issues. You can try all of the software troubleshooting if you want. Restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new. If that does not work, then your only option is to pay someone for something. The decision is up to you, but I've provided the options.

IPhone home and lock buttons not working at all?

I got my iPhone 4 in October 2010. Since then I have accidentally dropped it on the floor and the back cracked, and in April 2011 I accidentally dropped it in a tub of paint. A bit silly, I know, but I managed to get all of the paint off quite easily and it was fine. However, at the end of last year, the home button started to malfunction and get stuck and just generally not work. In the past few weeks I've noticed I get trouble with it at least once a day and have to sit and press it until it works. Then, today, just out of nowhere, the lock/power button at the top of my phone just stopped working, it's stuck. I don't really have a way to wake my phone now unless I press the home button until it works, and I can't lock it anymore. I don't know whether it would be anything to do with the paint, considering it happened a year ago. Is there anything I can do to get it working again or do I need to take it to Apple?

Ok this Might work
1- Try rubbing your home button with alchohol ( or perfume ) in a circular motion for about 20 seconds
2 - do the same to ur power button ( from left to right and repeat ) for about the same duration
3- press and hold both your power and home button at the same time ..
... If this doesnt work try it one more time
If it doesnt respond after the second time i'm afraid u'll have to take it to an apple care center :(

My loudspeaker hasn't been working for a few weeks now, and recently the lock button has stopped working too.
I've never dropped my phone in water etc. for the loudspeaker to stop working, and the lock button suddenly just did not work anymore - jammed in?
I booked an appointment with the Apple Genuis Bar, will they likely repair my phone or give me a refurbished one?

Urgent!! Need your Help! iPhone stopped working and Lock Button Not working

Lock button on phone has not been working for 6 months (me being lazy, never got it sorted). Now today, I took my phone out of my pocket and it had shut down. Black screen. Cant turn it on because button broke. doesnt respond when i plug into my computer or on charge.
Desperate for help please!!! Need my phone! got very important info on it and alot of baby pictures of my son which arent backed up (again, my fault for being lazy)

Proximity sensor AND lock button NOT working on iPhone 4

My iPhone 4's lock button is all of a sudden stuck. Along with it, the proximity sensor has stopped working and, consequently, the screen stays on during calls, so I keep hanging up or starting FaceTime through my face. Is this one single problem or two seperate ones? Someone told me that the flex cable connecting the button and the sensor is the same, so the problem is actually one. My iPhone, having been purchased in early 2011, is no longer covered by warranty, so I will have to pay for the repair myself.

Well, theres nothing you can do yourself to resolve this issue.
assuming there is no physical damage or water damage, your warranty should cover this at an apple retail store.
in the meantime, look into assistivetouch.

IPod home and lock button not working and tried assesive touch

All of a sudden I clicked my home button and nothing happened so I tried again and nothing happened, then I pressed the lock button and nothing happened either. Yet it was still letting me touch the screen. I've tried assesive touch or whatever it's called but that won't let me do anything either! Help! Bit please don't tell me to get it repaired.

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try using this program to place the iPod in recovery mode

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

It sounds like you are not able to access iTunes from your iPhone 4 using Home Sharing, but you can from your iPad. I found an article with steps that I think would help with this issue.

I have restarted the router many times, re-setup the airplay speaker and the airport express and booth are showing as being properly connected to the router when I log into the router IP address. I was on the phone with Apple support for 30 minutes they blames verizon, got on the phone with verizon and they stated the settings were all correct and compatible with apple, got back on the phone with apple and they again are blaming verizon and trying to get me to get an airport extreme because that would fix the problem...any suggestions, please!

There are three Airport resets, soft, hard and factory default. It would probably be beneficial if you tried each one in sequence. Actually, you could jump to the factory default reset if you don't mind reconfiguring from scratch.

Then you still are in your Apple one year hardware warranty and can get it replaced/repaired.

Apple doesn't sell insurance. Talk to your insurance company. The warranty does not cover accidental damage or abuse.
If you purchased AppleCare+, you can get up to 2 discounted (US$49) replacements over the course of 2 years for user inflicted damage. Sounds like that's not what you have.
As I said, talk to your insurance company.

Volume and Lock buttons stopped working after new iOS 4.3.3 update (ipod 4th gen)

After I updated my ipod with the iOS 4.3, the volume and lock buttons stopped working.
This has happened before and it'sprobably one of the most annoying problems ever.
The lock button tends to stop working but then works again only when it wants to, but the volume buttons dont work at all.
When the locked button worked again I turned it off and turned it on again, but it didnt fix the problem.
I've pretty much tried everything that I've read and nothing seems to work.
So now, I don't know what to do.
Should I take it to a random apple store or to where I bought it from?
It seems that it's happening to almost everyone, so at least I'm not the only one and maybe someone can help me out

If you have restored in iTunes on a computer and the problem remains then it's a hardware fault and it needs to be repaired. When you update the iOS version on an iOS device it checks the hardware components, this is when it'll detect un-diagnosed hardware faults and the components will stop working... even if they were working previously

The iPhone warranty is not international and as you purchased in
Malaysia the warranty is only valid in Malaysia
You could try taking to an iPhone Authorised service provider
in India but there have been many similar posts to yours
and I am not aware of them assisting with an iPhone from
outside India
