Wifi sync turn on feature no showing up on itunes.  Anyone know what's wrong

I am trying to use wifi sync and I can't find the button to turn it on in itunes.  It is like it doesn't exist.

I also have 10.5.8 and after doing some searching I discovered that someone with 10.6.7 with the same problem upgraded to 10.6.8 and the wifi option appeared. So, it would seem you must have Snow Leopard 10.6.8 or Lion to have wireless sync. Would have been nice if Apple showed this requirement somewhere on their site. Guess I have to get Leopard 10.5.8 finally upgraded now to Snow Leopard 10.6.8.
