István is correct, wild card '*' is readily available for any Item name, BP name or other searchable fields.

Looks like the Silicon Image drivers were moved to the incompatible software folder during install/upgrade.
Downloaded latest drivers, errored out of install claiming that the drivers were from an unknown author!!!
Emailed their tech support this evening describing problem.

I have tried all those things I even updated the software to the new iOS system and it still did fix my problem.
What happened is that my garage band looks like it will open then it shuts down.
I have lot of important things on my garage band and I'm afraid that if I uninstall it deleting it then reinstalling it all my work on it will be gone and I can't have that happen.
Everyday I am hoping that when i go to open the app that is will work but it doesn't it gets ready to turn on then it shuts off , the app doesn't even open all the way and turns off.
I really hope I don't have to erase it.
It'll say it's ,lading my songs then it shuts down .
If I waited for the App Store to come up with an update for garage band should I wait till then to update my app so it doesn't get damaged . I don't want to erase it and all my data get erased . I figured if I wait for an update then my garage band will reset itself but won't delete my data. I'm not sure if that will help. Is there anything you or anyone else might know that can help me with this matter ?

Business Transaction Search for Inbox In SPRO

Hi,
I am creating my own Index Table for Transaction Search in SPRO to optimize the search performance. This will be used in icweb client Inbox Search.
I will remain all standard search fields and some customizing ID fields.
In the SPRO, I would like to add all fields into the Flat Structure.
For example: to add standard search field "Category", I can get it from "CRMT_ORDERADM_H_IX" - "PROCESS_TYPE".
But for some standard fields such as "Account", "Responsible Employee", "Time Period" and "Assigned To", I could not find the right field.
Does anybody know about this? Deep appreciation for that.

Hi,
These different searches refers to the organization assignments and the partner functions assigned to the transaction (Service Ticket). Like for ME the system will look for all the tickets in which employee responsible is assigned as your BP.
Similarly for My Team ,My Group and My resp group will look for the Org model in CRM and display the results accordingly.
In the result list if you want to display the Service Employee Group Column then goto the Personalize button and make that column as Display.

Hi,
You need to create a selections option variable on the characteristic that needs to be filtered.
After doing this, when you run the query, select the * from the dropdown box,and give the value.

Video Card and PSU upgrade for HP pavilion p6310y?

Hello,
I am a mild gamer and I would like to upgrade my video card so I could play games like minecraft and maplestory without my frame rate dropping every 5-10 min. When this happens it sounds like the fan in my computer is working really hard and the game is almost unplayable. I also play a few games from steam such as Gmod and Borderlands, however the games that seem less graphic intensive give me more problems.
Should I and am I able to upgrade the video card and psu for this HP pavilion p6310y? or possibly get a better card for these game without upgrading psu?

Yuo might try updating the video driver from the NVIDIA web site.
Your PC has a 300 watt power supply. If you don't need DirectX 11 (used for better detail in newer games), then the NVIDIA GT 240 1GB or 512 MB DDR5 is about tops for a 300 watt power supply.

Gift card AND checking charged for same purchase?

I got a gift card and a $50 Credit showed in iTunes. I purchased an app for my new iPad 3 and later some in-app purchases for the same software, which seemed to come from the iTunes store too. Why does a charge show up in my checking as well? Aren't in-app purchases charged the same as any other iTunes buy? Is there any way to push using the gift card credit first?

Is this the first time that you've tried to download anything with the account ? If it is, then unless the instructions on this page are followed when creating an account : Create an iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store account without a credit card or other payment method
then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store. You should be able to remove card details after entering them.

Setting visible lines and blank rows for all users

At Item Level for Shopping Cart, Confirmation and Invoice Creation there are settings for Number of Visible Rows and Number of Blank Lines (In Settings/Advanced Settings).
How can this be changed for all users?

MP early 2008: Seeking advice on e-sata card and external enclosure for backup purposes

Hi everyone
I currently have my home folder on an internal 3TB drive which is SuperDuper'd every day to an identical internal drive.
I am running out of space and need to think of a longer-term solution. I will have to use several large drives - one drive for photos, one for iTunes library, one for documents etc. Each drive would be mirrored with SuperDuper to something like an IcyCUBE and connected through a PCIE e-sata card. I'm not considering any form of RAID solution.
Is Sonnet still the card manufacturer to go for - if so, is the E2P the card I need? Are there alternative cards and if so what should I look for (certain chipsets perhaps)?
Are there any known compatibility problems between certain cards and certain drive enclosures?
Is there a way to have only one cable between the computer and the enclosure or must each drive have its own connection?

E2P is a low end two port card with limitation in bandwidth. Maybe you want 4-port card to give you more growth and expansion.
Green drives may or may not be ideal for your media storage needs. Cheaper. When floods drove up prive of drives in Sept 2011 they become more popular as Black 2TB price went to $270
Clone is one thing. Mirror is entirely different tech.
The issue are avoid those name brand WD and Seagate or LaCie enclosures.
Every new OS and Mac Pro has had some sort of change to drivers and such.
4TB drives should be part of your storage strategy.
Software RAID is fine with daily or as needed backups. Clone at least one, and TimeMachine for hourly. But never ever have only one backup set. One set should be off line and they would be rotated. For safety sake and avoid the all your eggs in one basket. Which is why yes internal is convenient but external drives and also drive enclosure that allows swapping.
A good USB3 + eSATA card is the most popular I think right now today.
And use Green 3-4TB for backup, and WD Black or enterprise for internal storage.

also allow a way in GUI to select multiple item in the filter.
May be by pressing ctrl key to select multiple items.

and trick it to do this by entering

Firefox mobile does not work in Samsung Fascinate, only get a blank screen for any search.

I downloaded Firefox Mobile to my Samsung Fascinate. I had no problem with the download or installation. When I tried to do a search, all I got was a blank screen in the Firefox window. The Samsung Fascinate is set up to run only Bing. It does not like doing Google searches. When I try to force it to do a Google search through the existing Bing browser, I get the search result, but when I go to a site, none of the buttons work. In Firefox Mobile, I just get a blank white box in the Firefox window.

You can continue using nightly builds without uninstalling. Fennec will offer to download a new nightly build whenever one is available.

Proposal to extend dialer functionality (english and other language for T9 search in dialer)

Here is a proposal to extend functionality of dialer.
In current version T9 dialer language is set to english (always) + some other language (optional ONLY IF menu's language is different fron english).
For example.
Menu language - english, dialer T9 - english.
Menu language - russian, dialer T9 - english + russian,
Please add possibility to choose language for T9 dialer with menu's language set to english. It is usual option to other dialers.
I want to use english language for phone, but i need both english and russian for T9 dialer.
You need just to add option to dialer's preferences to add T9 language independently to menu's language.
Can you do it in further updates?

Family sharing (do we have to share the same credit card and sharing working for everyone?

I was wondering if family sharing was working for anyone else? I set it up and the way I believe you access another family members purchases is by going to your purchase history either in itunes or in the app store. From there you can pick your purchases or another family members purchases but when I do this I only see my purchases. Am I doing this wrong or is it not working.
Also is there a way we all don't have to use the same credit card?

We are evaluating EchoSign to receive customer Credit Card and CVV information for payment against a contract.

Is EchoSign PRO appropriate as it does not support Advanced Form Fields? Is this covered in Team or Enterprise/Global? Or is it best practice to integrate the CC data fields into our own PDF form with the idea that the data in transit is wrapped in SSL and 256BIT AES?

An EchoSign Pro subscription will allow for field data to be masked, and setting up that property is pretty quick with the in-tool form creator.
For masking fields follow these simple steps.
1) Log in to your EchoSign account and upload the document and make sure u check the check box "Preview, position signatures or add form fields".
2) This will take you to the page where in you have to put the form fields (boxes).
3) Now click the tab that says Data fields along the top, just above the Signature block(red in color).
4) This opens the Data fields options. Select the "text field", and place it in the required place.
5) Double click on that text field, and the properties menu will open for the field.
6) Near the top of the Properties menu, you will find a check box that says Mask field data, check that box and save changes and you are good to go!
Masked field data will not be visible to any subsequent signer to the document, and will not be view-able on the final PDF.
To recover the field information, you will have to pull a CSV of the field data from the transaction. This can be done per transaction from the Manage tab in EchoSign, or from the History tab if you create a re-usable document.
For ease of use, we recommend creating the document as a reusable template as the History tab export will give you a full history every time.
One thing to note with Credit Card numbers is that you want to break the field of 16 numbers into two fields.
Opening a CSV in Excel will truncate a field number to 15 significant numbers, and you want all 16.
