Will Acrobat 9 Pro run using Windows 7?

This machine is Win7, 32-bit, and AA 9 has run on it from day one. Folks have even reported AA 8 running on both 32 and 64-bit versions of Win7, though there were some issues with the 64-bit version. Win7 is not one of the certified versions for AA 9, but I suspect you would have no problems. Win8.1 might be a different story. It sounds like you are considering upgrading your machine. I can not say without question you will have no problems, but my guess is that it will work fine. It would be a good idea to consider upgrading if you have a chance and the cash.

Will blink pro run with windows 8?

I have installed Blink Lite on my windows 8 Acer. I want to upgrade to Pro, but need to be sure it will work, and find out the cost. I have been checking many Internet sites but either they time out, or do not have the information I need. If anyone knows anything about this, I would be most grateful, as I have projects on hold while I try to learn this information. Gee, why didn't I think of that! I in fact kept trying to find out from Blink and their site wouldn't connect, left in limbo, so I checked elsewhere info was available and got both yes and no answers. A Mac Air was recommended by a trusted source, and I have one coming, but since I have never owned a Mac, I need to be able to fall back on the windows and keep up on work while I get used to the Mac Air. No stress, no loss. My mistake, I thought this would be a good place to find the correct answer, didn't expect rude and "tude". Thanks, I'm out of this place.

You should be able to install Acrobat 9 on Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.

I haven't heard other reports of this (though there was an issue quite some time ago where deleting pages on this combination of Acrobat/OS was challenging).
Can you please tell me what happens when you try to replace pages? Do you get an error message? Are you able to manipulate pages otherwise (delete, extract, and so on)? Is this issue unique to one file, or does it happen with all PDF files?

The claim on the site is that it was tested on Lion and "does not work properly," which is to say there are major, not minor problems.
I spoke with someone at Adobe today who tells me that version 10.1, or at least a modified version of 10.1 that is Lion compatible will be available when Lion is released.
That leads me to believe neither version 9 nor the current version 10 will run properly under Lion. I do not know the extent of the issues. Since I use Acrobat Pro often, I'm not thrilled with having to upgrade, so I'd love to find out that the Roaring Apps post is incorrect. But there was no indication from my discussion today that the old software would work on the new OS. Quite the opposite.
I did mention that I thought $199 was a steep upgrade cost for making the program work with a Mac OS update that Adobe has had access to for a fair amount of time. Particularly since Apple has made it clear for years that they would be dropping support for coding based on the old Power PC architecture.

If you already registered, then there is no point to trying to do so again. Simply dismiss the dialog.

You might be able to install Acrobat 6 for this purpose, but you probably won't have to. When you install Acrobat 9 Upgrade it should (if I remember right) ask for the serial number of your "qualifying" product and at that point you put in the Acrobat 6 serial.

Using the start button, Acrobat Pro should appear. But it might not, being Windows 8. Maybe it puts an icon on your desktop, maybe not.
How about checking c:\program files (X86)\adobe\acrobat 11.0\acrobat. If you have this folder, look for Acrobat.exe.
