Will and Upgrade version disable the previous version?

I currently use ImageReady CS2 as part of my business and would like to retain its features,  but I am considering an upgrade to Photoshop CS5. If I install a CS5 upgrade will my older software be disabled?
Thanks!

Matter of fact, it's a very good idea to keep the old version on your system, assuming you're not hurting for disk space.
You can always go back and check things, save actions or other customizations you've made, and even help people on this forum who have questions about the old version you have.
Not only that, but removing an old version of Photoshop after a new version has been installed sometimes breaks linkages you don't want disconnected, for example Windows Open (double-click) behavior on image documents might not work.
