I don't know what happened, but i left my iPod touch in the car when i went shopping, and then when i came back, my lock button was broken. I've been using assesive touch, but to turn my ipod on, i have to use the home button. And i had to use it a lot since the lock button broke. Now my home button is also broken. Also, I recently cracked my iPod's screen. So i have a really jacked up ipod. With a cracked screen, and two broken buttons.

The best way to find out is try ordering and if the delivery is supported you will be able to complete the order. If the delivery is not supported the on-line store will not allow you to complete the order.

Have you double checked to make sure it hasn't been moved to a different page or folder? Double check your iPod's Restrictions as well to make sure it hasn't been disabled. To do this, head to Settings -> General -> Restrictions.
Default Apps that came with your iPod or Apple's iOS cannot be removed.

If Apple determines that an iPod is not repairable, for example, if it has failed due catastrophic damage or the iPod has been disassembled into multiple pieces, then Out-of-Warranty Service is not available and the iPod will be returned. As with any other warranty for any other product, damage is not covered.
You would have ot pay for the repair.

i have bought an ipod touch 4th generation off ebay and the seller has offered to replace it. however i was wondering if apple would replace it with a new or refurbished ipod touch. when i went to the apple store they said it is still in warranty and they can replace but i had forgot to tell them the screen and back had been replaced. and the problem is the top of the screen is not working and they said something about sensors?? i think? thanks.

What will Apple do if my iPod Touch 4g crashed while updating to iOS 6?

Yesterday while trying to update my iPod touch 4g to iOS 6, it just suddenly shut down mid-way (on a charger). When I tried turning it back on, it would pull up the battery screen indicating that the battery is low, so I would plug it in the charger again. Although after its charged a bit, it would pull up the Apple logo and then go to a (teal) blue screen and I cannot do anything else. When plugged into a computer, my laptop can't even recognize my iPod touch. I've tried draining the battery out all of the way, then charging it up again and it won't work. My iPod touch isn't jailbroken either, and there was 2.4GB free space like indicated during the update. I'm wondering what will Apple do if I would bring it to the store?
I'm really upset because I just barely bought this about two months ago when I broke the screen on my other iPod touch

I bought my iPod 4 months ago but now its having screen issues for no reason :/
its shaky whenever i try to scroll or pinch to zoom in and i tried restoring and resetting but it doesn't help. The problem goes away and comes back ! Also when I touch one part of the screen, it hits something on the other side. How do I send my iPod to apple for replacement? I don't have a store near me, also if they say everything is okay then would they charge me a fee for wasting their time? Thank you!

I got my iPod touch 4G for almost 4 months. Apparently I got one year of warranty from Apple. My iPod touch home button do not respond very well. I keep pressing it a lots of times but this don't resolve anything. I live in Puerto Rico and when I was doing the waranty process in the Apple.com, when I put my adress, it said to me that the type of service that I'm trying to do, doesn't work in my location. This is the first time that I try to do this and I don't know what to do. This is not my first iPod, and everytime I bought one, thay say that I got one year of warranty with Apple. It's hard to tell since Apple has never included it in all generations of the iPod and I assume you mean the iPod Touch.
Apple could place it in the sixth generation iPod Touch but Apple has been pretty tight lipped on the possiblity of one coming. It's been since 2012 when the fifth generation arrived in the fall so the iPod lineup is due for an upgrade. Some reports say it won't come this year and others say different. But with the new iPhone expected to debut with larger screen it is still possible the new iPod will come with a larger screen alongside the new iPhone. It happened back in 2012.
But no one really knows. Until then download an app to measure your battery percentage. I have battery doctor and it's really useful to determine how much battery my iPod has left and it also can clean up your memory and any junk files.
