Will Apple replace an iPhone if the phone has a crack? Phone is still under original warranty. Crack is about half and inch toward the top. Does not affect view or applications.

No. A cracked screen is defined as accidental damage and accidental damage is not covered by the warranty. IIRC, the out of warranty fee is $99 for an iPod 4.

Do you still have AppleCare? But even if you do I don't think it covers Accidental damage, so it won't be free. I know with the iPhone 4S they offered AppleCare + which covered 2 accidental damages but I don't think they had that for the iPhone 4. Hope this helps.

The 13" ALuminum macbook i bought in February shows "negative photo" effects if the lcd isn't tilted just right, especially when i watch movies/shows on the screen. Can apple replace this screen with one of the same screens in the 13" macbook pros?

You can speak to Apple but that type of effect ("negative photo" with change in viewing angle) is typical of nearly all of the 1st generation Aluminum MacBooks that were produced prior to about April of this year. Thus, it really isn't considered to be a defect for that generation of MacBook.

Will Apple replace phone if bought second hand?

Hiya, I bought an iPhone 3G from a second hand shop about a month ago and since then the bottom row of Icons on the touch screen has stopped working i.e. if I touch the bottom of the screen there is no response.
I didn't receive any documentation from the shop or even a receipt, the man just assured me that it was his old phone and that it was in perfect condition etc.
My question is - if I bring the phone back to the Apple store is there any chance of their replacing it even though I bought it second hand?

My daughter has cracked the screen on her iphone 5c. Someone knocked into her whilst she was holding it. Will Apple replace it and at what cost. Also have tried contacting apple via the website however they ask for the serial number which I cannot access. Have tried connecting to iTunes and it asks for the phone to be unlocked.

If iTunes has ever been used to sync then the the serial # will be imbedded

Your warranty is cancelled by damaging your iPhone unless you pay Apple for a replacement, and then you get only 90 days, I believe. So going third-party probably doesn't hurt you that much.
As to getting something for free or a reduced price just because you bought a lot of products, that's totally unrealistic. No one does that, not when the problem wasn't the company's fault. I've purchased mutilple Hyundai cars, but I wouldn't expect them to discount a windshield replacement if I drove the car into a building. If this iPod failed on it's own multiple times, then I'd agree that you were owed something. But expecting free or discounted stuff because of your own mistake is totally different and unjustified.
'nuff said on the subject. Again, feel free to purchase from any other company you feel would treat you better.
