Will apple replace this under apple care?

Hi,
I have apple care and was wondering if if would cover a new battery as it is under performing and its been properly maintained. the stats are below:
MacBook pro, 13". Late 2009 model. (integrated battery)
Age: 13 Months
Cycles: 252
Capacity: 80%.
I have read that apple have said that at 80% this macbook should have 1000 cycles!

at 80% capacity, you might struggle. When mine was a just over a year old, I took it in to get it looked at. Had 112 cycles and was at 75% capacity or there abouts. He said they dont normally replace batteries, but since mine was so bad after such a short period, he would do it.
I reckon you could get it get it replace, but you would have to talk the guy round to it. And if at first you dont succeed, come back and try with another guy
Nowadays (I'm out of warranty by a few years) I just dont bother with my battery. Its shot, but I can live without it. Its capacity now is 12% and it last 4 minuets off power before the laptop just shuts down without warning. But I hear there's some cheap alternatives on ebay.

The small white bracket underneath my Enter key broke, does apple cover this under warrenty?

I got the 13 inch Mmacbook Pro for Christmas about 3 weeks ago and I started having issues with my "Enter" key almost immediately out of the box. I didn't see a huge probably with it until it started to get worse. Now if I press the top of it at all it comes out. I think the small, white bracket underneath the key broke because when I examine it, there is a small portion of it missing. Could have just been a production flaw or something. Either way, I wanted to know if Apple covers this under warrently. I have no problem going to Apple if they can fix it and I have looked everywhere for the part to see if I can just order it. You have a 1 year warrenty against manufacturing defects.
Use it now at the Genius Bar at an Apple Store.
Also this is evidence you will want to buy AppleCare to extend the hardware warranty to 3 years.

You may need to buy an entirely new iPhone. Before when the screen was just cracked you could have got an out of warranty replacement for a fee but now the screen has popped out and will most likely be classed as catastrophic damage.

Has anyone had problems with Domayne using generic third party RAM for memory upgrades? My RAM is now faulty and had to be removed, but Apple wont replace it under Apple Care because its not a genuine component?

The computer was purchased in the knowledge that all components and hardware were genuine and subsequently covered by the Apple Care warranty.
Domayne replaced the genuine components (8GB stick) with generic components (2x 16GB sticks) to save money and boost margin.
Apple should not allow this misleading, profiteering behaivour. This behaviour is brand damaging. Apple must maintain more control over their supply chain.
Has anyone had any expirenece with this problem?

69% Health after 106 cycles? will Applecare replace this?

I have a new Multitouch 15" MBP running 10.5.5. I always take all the steps I can to conserve battery life,(screen all the way down, wireless and bluetooth off, IR receiver off, dashboard off, etc.) whenever I'm not plugged in, which isn't terribly often. I also never use high power things like gaming or photoshop or whatever unless I'm plugged in. Apple states %80 after 300 cycles, Im at 106 cycles and have 69% health left. Will applecare send me new battery? (I'm recallibrating now to make sure of these numbers) Thanks!

Apple EarPods not working ("Gummy" holding wire to jack gone), Will Apple Replace Them?

I bought the EarPods separately from my iPhone on August 19, as the ones that came with it also broke the same way, at an apple store in Denver (where I live). They have warranty and everything, but will apple replace them under the warranty? If need more details on how they broke: the white, thick strip around the meeting point of the wire and headphone jack input came off, and first the left side stopped working then the right side.

If you have ruined two sets, I suspect it is the way you are treating them. From what you describe it sounds like undue strain is being put on the jack, like maybe you are unplugging them by pulling the wire instead of grasping the jack. Or maybe the phone is allowed to dangle from the cord.
At any rate, if they replace them, and only Apple will be the judge on this, you should pay attention to any possible undue strain you are putting one the cord.

There are independent iPod repair services that may be able to replace the screen for less. Do a web search for "ipod repair".

HT1476 my iphone 5 chargers wires got twisted and now wont charge. will apple replace it?

If you are referring to the cable, all package contents are included with the iPhone's warranty.
Each warranty claim is on a case by case basis. If Apple determines this was not caused by accidental damage or abuse, the cable should be exchanged under warranty but only Apple can answer this for certain.

make sure you back up everything as if you exchange your iPhone will go and the Genius bar do not provide a backup service
