Will apple router connect to a non apple computer

im having issues with my D-Link DI 624 connecting to my iphone 4s, ipod touch and ipad so im looking at changing the router over. Will the apple router work on a windows based pc? or can any one offer a solution to a dlink router not connecting to any of the above apple products?

Yes, Apple routers work fine with all non-Apple products, as do Netgear, Cisco-Linksys, D-Link, TP-Link etc.

recently purchased the e1200 and setup was a breeze but I'm having difficulty with the primary computer (windows 7) connected to it, by wire, haven't used any wireless yet. Try this. Go to Control Panel>Click on Network and Sharing Center or Network and Internet and then Network and Sharing Center>Click on Change Adapter settings>Right Click on Local Area Connection (the adapter being used for the wired connection)>Click on Properties>Click in Configure>Go to the Power Management tab>Uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power"

Upgraded to ios7, and can't connect to my non-intel computer anymore

I have an iphone 4, and just upgraded to OS 7. I have a non-intel mac which won't run the newest ituens, and now itunes can't connect to my iphone to add music from my computer. Is there any workaround besides buying a new computer (which I can't really afford to do)?

Yeah, turn roaming on. The work wifi issue may be a firewall. Have you checked with your IT department?

Why will my Iphone connect via USB on one computer and not another?

My IPhone 5s connected to my laptop and Itunes no problem, as soon as i did the ITunes update now neither my laptop or my ITunes will read my iphone via USB. I have no idea how to fix it.

It can't be a cable issue because i charged my IPhone via my desktop and it connected no problem, it's something to do with this ITunes update i think.

could be your computer's firewall is preventing the proper installation of your CIT200. try disabling and reinstalling the drivers again.

How do I allow a win 7 desktop with USB in another room use my wrt 54g router to get to the internet?

Are you referring to a Wireless USB adapter? If so, any wireless usb adapter works with WRT54G. As long as you have the router properly configured, you can get any wireless device connected.
I'd suggest you go for a linksys brand wireless USB adapter for compatibility.

If the printer came with a USB connector port, it is on the back, in the corner.

Note the warning on that page:
19 Port for connecting with a USB cable to a computer, instead of wireless connection. Some features are available only with a wireless network connection.

Printer will only work connected with USB direct to computer

A few weeks ago I was printing a long document. In the middle of it, it went on hold. Since then I cannot print wireless with either of my computers. If I plug the USB direct from the printer to the computer the printer will work. I cannot print wireless. Do I need a new Airport?

Try a simple reset of the printing system as follows:
Make sure that the printer is plugged into the AirPort Express and everything is powered up
Open System Preferences on the dock and click Print & Fax
Right-click or control-click in the area where you see the printer listed
Select Reset Printing System
Click the + button
Highlight your printer on the available printer list
Click Add

IPod Touch will Not Charge/Connect to Computer

So, my iPod Touch 4G running ios 5.1.1 will not charge/connect to iTunes on my computer. It charges everywhere else but not on my computer. I even tried another charger. My computer says all my devices are up to date. But I can't find the 'Apple Driver' someone told me to look for! I have looked at 10+ pages on google but nothing works! Help?

Error 1600, 1601, 1602: Try the following steps to resolve this error:
Ensure proper USB isolation troubleshooting has been performed, and test with a known-good cable.
Follow the steps listed for Error 1604.
This error may be resolved by disabling, deactivating, or uninstalling third-party security, antivirus, and firewall software. See steps in this article for details on troubleshooting security software.
Error 1604: This error is often related to USB timing. Try changing USB ports, uninstalling and reinstalling USB ports, and other available USB troubleshooting steps (troubleshooting USB connections, device not recognized properly, computer won't recognize a FireWire or USB device). If you are using a dock, bypass it and connect directly to the white Apple USB dock connector cable. If the issue persists on a known-good computer, the device may need service.
If the issue is not resolved by USB isolation troubleshooting, and another computer is not available, try these steps to resolve the issue:
Connect the device to iTunes, confirm that the device is in Recovery Mode. If it's not in Recovery Mode,put it into Recovery Mode.
Restore and wait for error 1604.
When prompted, click OK.
Close and reopen iTunes while iPhone remains connected.
iPhone should now be recognized in Recovery Mode again.
Try to restore again.
If the steps above do not resolve the issue, try restoring using a known-good USB cable, computer, and network connection.

For a LAN network in my office, all laptops are Windows based and the internet is through LAN and other computer get connected with adhoc without the router. My Apple computer nor my iPhone 5 get connected. How do I connect to this Internet?

In the office, All my colleges use Windows laptops. The Internet connection is out of LAN wire installed in one of the computers. Others use Internet by creating adhoc connection. However none of the apple products are being able to connect to this connection.How can i connect my MacBook Pro or iPhone 5 to this Internet network?

Just how is the one computer connecting to the internet? What type of connection does the office have, DSL, Cable or is it a Data connection through a Cell phone provider.
I doubt all other computer are doing Ad-Hoc but are probably Sharing the Internet connection with Internet Connection Sharing from that one Windows base PC.
All you khave to do is Connect to that same WiFi SSID name and have the correct password for it.

My ipad mini is stuck on the connect to itunes screen. Will apple replace my iPad if it continues not to work?

I've connected my iPad to itunes and it does not recognize it. When I connected my iPhone 5s to itunes it recognized it immediately. The iPad doesn't need to be replaced.
FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTune (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port. Do not release button until you see picture of iTune and plug (very important)
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTune has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTune.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note: Data will be lost

Apple have not announced any dates for non-US rollout of Apple Pay as yet. They have to negotiate agreements with local banks and local branches of credit card companies in multiple countries, ensure they are in compliance with local laws and many other things before this can happen. It is going to take months at the very least I'd guess before you will see it even in major EU countries and longer for places like Asia and the Middle East. It will probably be rolled out in stages over the next year or two (or more) until most of the world has Apple Pay available.
It took 2+ years after its US debut for iTunes Music Store to spread to many other nations, and the video store was about 12-18 months plus as I recall. Apple Pay probably makes those negotiations look simple in comparison.

I record lots of music with my friends and we usually send them over through social media file transfers. My current phone detects the music once downloaded and adds it to my library for playing. Will Apple allow this feature on the iPhone, I am getting one and I am really concerned about this feature, as it is very hectic to keep on connecting your phone to a computer every time you would like to add a song to the default music player's library.

I'm afraid Apple won't allow to add/edit music directly on the iPhone. At least, in the nearest future.
