Will BW on HANA support Control-M?

Hi,
We are planning to upgrade from BW 7.0 to BW 7.4 on HANA. Currently we are triggering process chains using BMC Control-M.
1. Will it have any impact on Control-M scheduling when we upgrade the system?
2. Which is the Least supported version of Control-M for BW 7.4 on HANA?
Please suggest.

Yes - I know - there are more options like BATCH - all described in SAP HANA SQL Reference Guide - page 119:

.. but in my understanding it is still INSERT-based command. The bulk loader utilities usually bypass SQL layer as a performance bottle-neck and insert data directly into the data pages or at least directly into table partitions, or using some similar performance-improvement techniques

I am not sure how exactly IMPORT FROM command is coded but following syntax seems to be interesting (also explained in SAP HANA SQL Reference Guide - page 119):
WITH TABLE LOCK
Locks table for fast import into column store tables. If WITHOUT TYPE CHECK option
is specified, then the record is inserted without checking the type of each field.
Probably not as fast as streamed load into data segment but probably best HANA can offer...
Would be interesting to ask SAP for details how exactly this is implemented.

It does... I saw a photo of the relevant slide that was put up during the iOS 6 announcement, but am too lazy to look for it now.
It's possible it may not have made it into the final release. Apple never made any statements about it as far as I know beyond the slide referenced.
Near the end of the iOS portion of the keynote, Apple showed a slide listing a host of other features included in the iOS 6 update. Among those were Game Center challenges, the ability to connect Game Center friends from Facebook, VoiceOver improvements, personal dictionary in iCloud (for adding your own terms to the dictionary, which can sync between devices), and per-account signatures in Mail. Also on the list was improved privacy, which—as a new option in Settings—will let you control which apps can access which bits of personal data, like your Contacts, Calendar, or Photos. Other features on the list included autocorrection for every keyboard,Bluetooth MAP support (which is commonly used to help cars better offer hands-free communication with Bluetooth devices), kernel ASLR (which aims to make data even more impervious to snooping from malicious attackers), custom vibrations for alerts, redesigned stores (for the App and iTunes stores), IPv6 support for Wi-Fi and LTE, word highlights for speak selection, improved keyboard layouts, alarms with songs, and faster JavaScript in Safari. HT201335 The airplay icon will not stay in my control bar!

The airplay icon will not stay in my control bar and when activated and turned to mirroring nothing shows up on my tv. I have airplay on, on my appleTV. So I am out of ideas and I cannot find anything on here to help. I am using my iPad air and it along with my appleTV are all up to date. I also just checked my iPhone 5 and it is not in the control bar as well. I have even restarted the iPad and it will show up just long enough for me to turn it on but nothing shows on the tv and when I go back to the control bar it is gone. I hope someone can help.

Well boo hoo for Adobe ... life sure is tough for them ... if they can't handle the load maybe they should get out of the business of software development ... They can't be all that worried about revenue to support Lightroom development or they wouldn't have reduced the price of the full version by 50% and the upgrade price by 20% ... it was a less than smart move considering they have been bragging for the past couple of years about how many more folks use Lightroom vs. other competitive options ...
Aperture 3, Capture One both have tether support for the D600 ... and many more cameras than are supported by Lightroom ... those developers are working and engineering solutions in the very same economy as Adobe (and C1 supports both platforms as well, costs much more than Lr and employs far fewer engineers) ... why aren't they suffering from the same lack of support? ... or using the camera makers to deflect blame for the lack of results?

Cross your fingers and hope.
Obviously if there is any big or known threat Apple will send out a firmware fix.
But the TC is designed to be end user simple device. It has no firewall that is visible at any rate. I don't know that it truly doesn't have a firewall but it is not part of the end user controls.
IMO if you have major security concerns that go beyond end device firewall, which is where Apple do put most of the security, since firewall in the router is plainly not a stop to anybody deliberately downloading an infected file or website, and most end users.. do not want a firewall that prevents them using the web like a business does, where only certain ports are allowed. Everything else tough luck.. you are not allowed to use it. Then TC is unsuitable for you anyway.. buy a proper firewall appliance.

I just checked my BIOS and my current setting is set at IDE although it also mentions that the default should be AHCI. Currently I have a dual boot of Windows 7 (need it for Tax software) and Arch
So I guess, when I get the new HDD, I will first set it to AHCI and then install the OSes on it. See if NCQ helps any, and if not I will turn it back and re-install (if I have to). I am planning to have Windows only in virtualbox in the new drive.
Anyhoo, while I was in the BIOS I found two things which I had questions about :
1) Under Onboard Devices --> Integrated NIC , my setting is currently set at "On w/PXE" and it says the default should be just "On". Would it be ok to change it back to On since its a single machine and its not booting an OS on any server. I just don't want to have to re-install anything now since I will be doing that in the new HDD.
2) How would I know whether my BIOS would support a 64 bit OS in Virtualbox? I checked some setting under Virtualization, but they weren't very clear.
I will edit this post and let you know exactly what settings were present under the Virtualization sub-section.

Here's what I found, Exchange 365 is supported on CUC 8.6.2, which will come out in a few weeks. However there's a Microsoft limitation of 19 users, but Cisco and Microsoft are actively working the problem.
