Will cancelling my subscription effect live courses?

Hi all,
We have a few Captivate courses running online for a client that were created 12 months ago, submitting results to their own FTP server (no acrobat.com etc).  There is no longer a need to create any more courses, and no business requirement to maintain the Captivate Licence - if we stop the month-by-month subscription will our live courses continue to work?

Hello Craig,
Yes your Captivate courses will work till the time they have been published from a licensed version (either full or subscription).
If you don't wish to proceed with Adobe Captivate you can cancel the subscription , it wont affect the running courses.

    If you already have the version of Acrobat Pro X installed in your machine, you can continue using it else you will need to install it and activate.

    I currently have an Adobe subsription which allows me to use Typekit services for website development. I'd like to know whether using the fonts on my website after cancelling my subscription will be in any way considered a violation of the agreement.

    When we talk about Creative cloud, it is Yearly or monthly based subscripotion. As long as you pay, your Creative cloud keeps on working.
    But if you will cancel the subscription, that means your services has stopped and you have stopped paying for your product.
    Afterwards, you product will trun in to TRIAL mode and if you haven't used the TRIAL before, it will work for 30 days and then it will stop working eventually.

    You need to cancel the present CC (in case of repurchase the cancellation fee can be waived off) & repurchase the plan that you want.
    Please let me know if you would like to go for cancellation of the present CC via personal messaging.

    I've have went through the very simple steps to cancel my current subscription but when I click on the text that reads, "Thanks but no thanks, I still want to cancel my subscription" Skype takes me right back to my account and doesn't cancel my subscription.  Please advise.  I do not want to pay for another month.

    This action will not remove subscription from your account.

    Solution for Windows 8.1: Locate the C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE folder.  Log out of Creative Cloud and from Task Manager end task for Creative Cloud.  From the OOBE folder delete ALL files.  Do not delete folders (com.adobe.accc.apps & com.adobe.accc.home).  When complete, restart Creative Cloud and log in with ID and Password.
