Will CSS setup flows to services in the dying state?

My goal is to optimize the service keepalive frequency, retryperiod, & maxfailure parameters.
1) Will the CSS setup new flows to a dying service (which is not dead yet)?
2) What about already established flows... Will the CSS continue to route those packets to the same service even though it is dying?

hummmm.... the only thing available is the retryperiod.

Windows service entered the stopped state

hello,
my windows service running on Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 stopps two or three times per month undefined with the Event ID 7036 : service entered the stopped state. 10 mins later it starts again alone: service entered the running state.
What I also see is that some other services enter in the stopped state and then enter the running state: with Event ID 7036, but more frequently, means several times per day:
SoftwareProtectionService
WindowsModuleInstaller
ApplicationExperience
WMI Performance Adapter
Portable Device Enumerator Service
What is the problem here, I could not find any solution yet.

Hi,
Sometimes services are started only when they are needed. Most services you listed are Manual in startup type which means they will be started manually when it is needed.
Also if you disable a service manually, dependency services will also be stopped.
Here are 2 threads which mentioned 2 services in your list and they are also start/stop even 10 minutes.

Obtaining repair or replacement service outside the United States

Hello,
I bought an Asus notebook at Best Buy last November and a GSP plan too.
Now my notebook needs repair outside US.
In the GSP plan we need pay the repair in a manufacturer authorized service center as indicated in the iten "I. Obtaining repair or replacement service outside the United States: To obtain service outside the United States in accordance with your Plan, please locate a manufacturer authorized service center/depot and drop your product off for service."
But i live in São Paulo (Brazil) and i don't know where are located the authorized manufacturer service centers to obtain repair.
Can you help me someway?

Has anything been found out about this? We're running into the same issue except that it's logging every 30 seconds.
Here's some info from the machines and when it's occurring:
It only occurs when someone is connected to the machine through Remote Desktop.
The machines are Amazon EC2 instances.
Seems to only happen on machines that are connecting to RODC's.
Machines have limited connection to RODC's through security groups (machine based firewalls).
They are Windows Server 2012 instances, small and medium instance types. (See instance type details here: http://aws.amazon.com/ec2/instance-types/instance-details/)
Little or no extra software installed. These were spun up from a basic WS2012 image and it started occurring shortly after. There are other machines launched from the same image that do not have this issue.
There are also some other machines connecting to the same RODC's with the same security group (firewall) settings that are not experiencing this issue.
We are just using the standard Remote Desktop, not the 2012 Remote Desktop Services. We have tried to install this but the install always fails. Will airport extreme provide better service than the virgin super hub alone

I'm about to switch from BT to virgin with a 152mb connection. Will adding an airpot extreme give me better service. Also as I'm not technical I'm assuming the extreme can handle those speeds.

Two things to consider:
The AirPort Extreme, unlike the BT or Virgin super hub, does NOT have a built in Internet modem. You would still need to use either of those hubs with the Extreme.
Regardless of which router/gateway device you use, they will NOT improve the download/upload bandwidth of your Internet connection.
Based on the information that you provided, unless you specifically need to extend the wireless range of the new Virgin gateway, you don't actually need to use an AirPort Extreme.

Will my personal data be give to the rouge states ...

I have been to PRC and then I haven't use skype for a long time. I check my account today and find the default district is PRC. And I find even after calling a few US numbers it's still so. I wonder will Microsoft will give it as Yahoo or deny as Google if requested by that rouge state. I'm sure I hven't use the China version of skype but I find the link for iOS in China website goes to the same page in iTunes Store. So is all the people logged in in that country on iOS under the survillence?

Restore your iTunes library from your computer's backup along with all other important data that should be included with your computer's backup such as your documents, photos, etc.
Important to maitain a backup with any computer platfirm but event more so with Windows due to being very insecure and unreliable,

service generally manages the lower level services on the system.
High level services such as Apache are managed via serveradmin:
serveradmin status web
serveradmin start web

Calling ABAP Web Service on the system with two application servers

Hello all,
I try to figure out, how to setup a web service in the TC WSCONFIG in the multi application server environment.
Basically the requirement is that when WSClient calls my WS, it should not care about accessibility of one or another application server. In other words the WS's URI should contain the IP/domain name of "SAP Web Dispatcher" or other component, which handles the loadbalancing.
I think it could be done in ICM within WSCONFIG transaction, but I'm completely lost inside the setup. Also I was not able to find proper helpsap page with the description.
Is there a WEBLOG or any other document how to setup this ?

You do not have anything to do in SAP transactions.
The HTTP load balancing is the SAP Web dispatcher job.
Just install and configure the web dispatcher. Follow HELP.SAP.COM, it is well explained.
We use this config to load balance 200 000 web servce calls/day on 5 abap application servers.

Cash Flow - Change the Financial Statement version

HI, We are trying to run the standard Cash Flow Report from the system using the T Code S_ALR_87012271. However, when we run the report, the report says no records selected. My concern is that it is referring to the standard financial statement version whereas we have our own defined version of the financial statement.
How could I make the Cash Flow report refer to the Financial Statement version used by us and also is there anything else to be checked in this regard?

It is not possible to reverse the customization done and saved in the system.
You need to remove all the customization again and set as previous one and save it in TR. For reference you can check FSV in Production Client that what changes you have done in DEV.

From SERVICE ORDER you cant get the INVOCIE NUMBER,
You will get the SALES ORDER number for that Service order in QMEL table and fetch the Sales order and then goto VBFA to get the Invoice number for the sales order with the DOCUMENT CATEGORY M.

Thanks, James. Sadly, I had not upgraded to iOS 7 as I only had an iphone 4 and those I knew with the 4 who upgraded had major issues with battery life, so I decided not to upgrade. However, I know the phone was locked because the new "owner" called and hung up on me while calling the number I listed in the "This phone is stolen message" set by the cloud. Are you saying that my phone will remain locked if they don't know how to break into it? Or are you saying that it will no longer stay locked once I turned off service to the phone?

iPad requires Wifi (or 3G /LTE) to connect to the Internet. You cannot connect a USB modem to the iPad.
You can create your own WiFi hotspot through your computer for your iPad to connect to, if your computer supports this functionality. All Wifi Macs and many Wifi PCs do. Check your computer manual for how to do it.

Well, it's certainly behaving as though the phone that was backed up was synced to a different iTunes library.
I'm going to throw one more thing out there... Yes, you backed it up to this computer... Was the phone previously set up to sync with this computer? Or was it syncing with a different computer and you just backed it up to this one?
You may have to end up setting it up as a new device and rebuilding the phone by manually re-syncing your data, apps, music, etc. to the phone.
Trying to keep your library on a different drive can be tricky. If iTunes starts up and the library isn't available, it may end up generating a new library ID, meaning that you could easily find yourself in exactly the position you're in now...

well, you know how it is - glitches that usually resolve with a hard reset etc
then a restore. then a factory restore....then ..... nothing fixes so I try the next step with apple online - fill out my serial number and find it is a couple of weeks out of date - and then with the holidays who has time to get to the apple store? this is my second 4s handset as it is - first one the glass cracked from L to R without any impact/damage etc - they changed it out automatically because it's a 'known fault' apparently - so technically, this handset is only 6 months old - but warranty is from original purchase date -
never imagined it would turn out to be a warranty issue with the phone - and hey maybe when I get a chance to go to the apple store they'll be sympathetic, but I won't be able to get there till at least Jan 4th as it is. On the other hand, another iOS update might resolve the issue - but how long till that release? at the moment I'm having to use my old 3gs for wifi and 4s for phone!!!
