Will Firefox support watching HD-videos on Youtube in 60 fps in the near future?

I get 720p60 and 1080p60 offered in the current Nightly build that has MSE enabled by default.

Otherwise Google offers the 60fps choice via 720p60 and 1080p60 only to Google Chrome.

It doesn't work smoothly though and there are frames not painted for me on Linux.

I want to know, is the LG lucid going to get the newest version of Android anytime soon. LG tells me to go to Verizon to answer this question.

Verizon doesn't care if you get updated or not. They make money off the services the provide. They don't care if you are on 2.3.6, 4.0, 4.1.1 and such. LG makes money from the sale of the device, and the Lucid probably didn't sell well enough for LG to make an attempt to update the device.
Actually it's selling quite well. And while my little area means nothing in the grand scheme it's actually one of the most popular phones being bought at the local Verizon store. And it's certainly the most popular budget phone.
I have this phone and I'm fine with it. I'm not sure what the difference is between Gingerbread 2.3.6 and ICS but I'm fine with the current OS. Probably my main beefs are the app layout choices and I hate the talk bubble in messaging. And yes I realize I can get a 3rd party app for messaging but I shouldn't need to. My old phone was an LG Ally and I liked the simpler messaging layout.

Will FireFox support Norton Vault? I make extensive use of the vault.

I use the Norton Vault for my common site IDs and PWs. These are not anything that I am worried about someone getting the info but I don't want to have to try to remember them. The installation of 36... told me that Norton would be reactivated when I restarted Firefox but it appears that add-on is no longer supported.

hello, according to norton the identity safe is already compatible with firefox versions including the current release version. please run the norton liveupdate utility repeatedly & until all components are up-to-date. in addition make sure that the toolbar is enabled under ''firefox > addons > extension'' afterwards.

When will firefox support Desktop Notifications like Chrome?

Desktop notifications should show me a pop-up whether or not the browser has focus.For example, I should get my e-mail alert through Google mail checker or latest tweet popup through Echofon even if Firefox is minimised.

Will JDeveloper support INTERVAL and REFERENCES partitioning methods soon?

JDeveloper is a fantastic tool, and I'm very impressed with its data modeling capabilities as they are quite robust. However, currently its support for Table Partitioning is limited to the feature level of Oracle 10g, as it does not support 11g INTERVAL or REFERENCES partitioning methods, nor the Composite List partitioning methods List-Range, List-Hash, and List-List.
Any idea when JDeveloper will support these Partitioning enhancements available in Oracle Database 11g? If it's in the works, I'd be happy to help beta test it!

Will there be an E3000 firmware update anytime soon?

I wonder if an updated firmware for E3000 would come out. Current one have few web-interface issues at QoS, DHCP, Custom Routes and WiFi setup pages.
Also would be nice if there would be an option to turn off Guest SSID for WiFi.

After upgrading the firmware it is recommended to reset the router. Here are the steps to reset:
Push the reset button on router for 30 seconds, turn off the router wait for 30 seconds and then power it on. Power light should blink when you perform the reset process.
Once you have successfully reset your Gateway, you will need to reconfigure the settings again and the check the status...

Since reading that many PCs are limited to using a 2.1 TB hard drive, I'm wondering if that is the reason there isn't a rush of internal HDs larger that 2 TB hitting the market. Seagate has a 3TB external drive out, but it is the only 3 TB device available. It wasn't that long after 1.5 TB HDs hit the market that 2 TB came along. Anybody in the know have info about this? My 2 TB internal HD is approaching being full and I'm wondering what to do next. I suppose I'll have to separate items on to different hard drives. I bought and tried using a 4 bay Drobo for Time Machine backup, but it worked poorly and really upset my Mac Pro...it would not shut off or turn on, kernel panics, etc., so I got rid of it.

There is WD 3TB, it ships with a Highpoint 2-port controller, needed for XP users, Apple addressed the 2TB limitations with GPT, which Windows Vista/7 support but only for data drives.
PCs have had to partition off drives or RAID arrays (say 4 x 1TB) due to booting MBR limitation.
And Microsoft has FAQ on GPT. There are few non-Apple motherboards with Unified EFI support which is also needed to boot from GPT.
People with Mac Pro have been using volumes of 8TB already. If I were you I'd look at the OWC RAID case or move away from FireWire and build an SATA setup.
RAID0 is fine, but you do need backups, and even if you want to use TimeMachine, still good to add or even more important, clone your volume(s) with SuperDuper.
Rush? it takes time, and seems like 2TB was yesterday, and 1TB is about 3 yrs old?

no, you can get a 16 GB 3G in white for 150$ while supplies last (Maybe Best Buy or something). They never made the 8GB in white and probably never will.

When will Firefox increase their HTML5 support?

Like, since Firefox 11 the HTML5 support hasn't gone up a bit. Like it supports 345 points. As when even Opera and Safari bulldozed Firefox with a 376 and 385 pointer. Then Chrome FLATTENED Firefox, with a 437 points. And even Internet Explorer is chasing Firefox like a cat and a mouse, with 319 points and counting. Like WHEN, will Firefox actually put some more effort into building their HTML5 support?

There is always work going on on increasing our support of the HTML5 standard. For example, from Firefox 14.0.1 to Firefox 17 (still in development, the HTML5Test has gone from 345 to 383. The HTML5 standard is still evolving, and work is always being done. However, this isn't the best place to discuss this. When will Apple TV support YouTube subtitles???

I noticed while using the Apple TV, that most of the videos I try to watch that have English subtitles will play the video but not the subtitles. So I was wondering if anyone knows when Apple TV will support YouTube subtitles because a lot of videos I watch speak in another language and therefore I need the subtitles to understand what they are saying.

Most of the YouTube video subtitles are inserted by flash. Unfortunately, ios OS products don't support flash. If you do want to play them with subtitle, maybe you can use a video converter to help you convert YouTube videos to Apple TV. The only thing you should make sure before the conversion is that the videos that you download is bearing the subtitle, then the converted files would have the substitles as well. Hope that would help.

In Norton Security, there is a feature called "Web Protection Log In" where a pop window appears then I enter a password only once as soon as I log in. This feature will automatically fill in my log-in name and password to all applications I use just as ATT.net. Will I be able to have this feature in Firefox 4 ?
