Ok. I've given in.
I'll buy a iMac, sleep with a LISA, go to a one-button mouse, get a Classic Mac tattoo, run ClarisWorks, run Tiger, move my trashcans in my house to the lower left corner of every room.
ANYTHING. To get my stuff listed.
I have tried. In VAIN. I've played with the XML files till I am blue in the face, checked and re-checked and re-re-checked them. Changed file names and re-submitted. I've done it all.
Yet, it's been 2 months and NO LISTING.
So.. I am willing to do what it takes, Cupertino. ****, I'll even buy John Scully's book and read it.
Tell me.. Tell US what it takes to get that little bit of help.. of assistance.. to get listed. I notice BIG GUYS like ABC and NPR getting listed. Obviously I need to offer something of a sacrifice to be in their league.
So... what's it gonna take? Go ahead.. Name yer price. Ya got me!

I'm with you man, I've waited over 2 months and sent in over 25+ support e-mail requests which have all ended in the canned response that they will get back to me. I think some folks that submitted early on are stuck in some kind of MAC black hole as my site has been submitted since the beginning but has never shown. I have repeatedly added different feeds for the same content and those have not showed either.
Where has the support gone with Mac? I'll buy anything Apple related just to get our feed up and running. At least throw me a reason why we haven't been added.

First I'd set up a System Restore point. Then try applying the LNK registry fix from the following document:

I've tried my best to troubleshoot. . . opening in safe mode nothing seems to work.

For unknown reasons iTunes will no longer open. I have an HP laptop running windows 7 with Kaspersky protection. It worked fine before but now won't open. I tried downloading the most recent up-date and it will still not open. Any suggestions?

Recent history for Premiere Elements points to the program having problems when more than 1 video card/graphics card is
being used by the computer on which Premiere Elements is running. This observation may seem contra indicated by the fact
that you say that the program did work well about 2 years ago in the same setup. But other factors may have set in with regard
to drivers, drivers versions, and driver conflicts. But this factor, does need to be ruled in or out.
Can you disable one or the other card to determine the impact of this on your problem?
But, of prime concern with regard to video card/graphics card is the use of a NVIDIA GeForce card with Premiere Elements 10.
Even if your NVIDIA GeForce were the only card, Premiere Elements 10 will not work properly unless the NVIDIA GeForce driver
version is rolled back to about May 2013. This may be one of the major factors here.
a. Device Manager/Display Adapters and find out Driver Version and Driver Date
b. Read the background information for the Premiere Elements 10/NVIDIA GeForce issue

Add On...This NVIDIA GeForce situation is specific for Premiere Elements 10. You should not expect to see the problem for
later versions of Premiere Elements.

Are you sure your iPod Classic is configured to sync podcasts to your device? You'll want to double check by taking a quick look at your iPod's Podcast configuration tab in iTunes.
To access this tab, plug your iPod in and click on it from under the Devices section in the left hand pane of iTunes when it appears to bring yourself to the iPod's Summary tab. Now locate the Podcasts tab and select it. Under this tab you can configure how and what podcasts are synced to your device. If you make any changes, be sure to click theApply button in the lower right hand corner.

I had the same problem.I tried every solutions on the net but nothing worked.Luckily on that very day my free avast antivirus date expired(I dont currently have a paid antivirus) and I uninstalled it.Then I tried to install itunes and did it on the first go.But I am using a windows 7 32 bit so it might not work for you as you are on the 64 bit.Actually the antivrus was the culprit.Hope it helps.Thanks

I have iTunes 11 on a Windows 8.1 PC. It is streaming to a 3rd Gen Apple TV. Movies and TV Shows seem to play fine. Music will stream for about 10 - 16 songs, then just stop. I have to reset everything, then it will repeat the cycle. Wire or wireless.

I would suspect that there is something wrong with the network, or Apple TV, except that movies and TV Shows seem to be fine. My music library is about 3700 songs, all legit, either imported from source or puchased through iTunes. This one has me stumped and frustrated!

I thought that may have been the case too. I set the power settings to compensate but still the same. I also done things like reset the router and Apple TV to factory. Starting to think it may actually be the Apple TV, but it just doesn't make sense ?!?

ITunes will launch for specific admin but no other user (including root).

Mac OS X 10.6.3, iTunes 9.1.1
I have re-installed iTunes using a different admin user and even as root and the problem persists. I have repaired permissions with root as well (after trying with 2 admin users). Permissions show as being repaired.
I have never seen an issue on any *nix system where an app won't launch for root but will launch for a user.
Any ideas on how to fix it or anyone know how to completely uninstall iTunes from the system to try again from scratch?

The application starts to launch in the Dock but never finishes and I've looked all over Console's logs to try and find an error message but there isn't one. It does not bring up the "Unexpectedly Quit" dialog, either.
If you are familiar with how apps crash on the iPhone, where they just immediately exit back to SpringBoard, it is like that.
The strange thing is, my main account which is an administrator, does not have any problems launching iTunes. I only discovered this problem because I can't use the File Sharing feature of any of my iPad apps so I was using a different test login (also an admin) to troubleshoot. Then I thought maybe there was a permissions error I couldn't find so I logged in with root and the problem persisted there, too. I am thinking if I fix this error I will be able to use File Sharing (which works on the same iPad with my VAIO and Win7).

Thanks. But the disc inspector only appears to let me change things like where the title menu button takes you, not detailed user operations. I have pretty much given up on this being anything other than a giant hassle, but if anybody knows whether a script could do this, I would be eternally grateful.

Well, I can't see any problem with the feed, and the episode media file is correctly referenced and plays. Incidentally you do have a 'copyright' tag - it says 'Wippenberg'.
When a podcast feed is rejected, corrected and resubmitted there is a minor bug in the Store which causes you to be told that the podcast has already been submitted (which is true but irrelevant - it's really meant to prevent duplicates). To get round this you need to make a small change to the title - for example you could add a hyphen and space before 'Podcast'. You can always change it back once it's been accepted.
The other issue might be the content. The reason given for rejection tends to be technical issues, whatever the actual reason is. I haven't listened to your podcast, so I can't comment directly. Possible reasons for rejection are unacceptable content, sexual content or strong language when the 'explicit' tag is not said to 'yes', and copyright infringement: a lot of people fall over this one by including 'mixes' or indeed full plays of commercially issued recordings without having written permission from the copyright owners or alternatively a valid Podcast Licence (not available in all countries, possibly only the USA). I have no idea whether this might be an issue with yours.
