As far as I can see it is associated with the following certifications: (which can be viewed by drilling the link).
Oracle EBS R12 Financials Certified Expert Consultant, Payables ,
Oracle EBS R12 Financials Certified Expert Consultant, Receivables ,
Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain Certified Expert Consultant, Order Management ,
Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain Certified Expert Consultant, Purchasing
I believe in all cases in addtion to 1z0-204 you will need to complete an addtional high stakes exam and have verified attendance at one of a set specific approved Oracle Training courses delivered by OU or as authorized by OU by an authorized provider.
1z0-204 seems to be an entry level exam which is also available online (non proctored) and precedents indicate it will therefore not receive a certification by itself.

Hi CB,
I cleared my certification in BI on 4th Dec 2010 and received the certificate on 25th Feb, idealy it takes this much time and they will not give any other mail or nething which states that u have cleared the exam.

Downloaded 5.0 now it will only get on internet after I reboot but not after i close out foxfire

I downloaded the new 5.0 and when I click on the icon nothing happens. If I reboot the computer it will work the first time but not after that .

Didn't get 10G certification automatically after passing IZO-045?

Hello,
I am a 8i OCP, then last year, I want to upgrade to 10G OCP. In last Decemeber, as Oracle website directed, I took and passed IZO-045 (Oracle Database 10G DBA new features for Oracle 8i OCPs) , (the exam centre is Pearsonvue), To my surpirse, I still didn't get 10G certification from Oracle.
What is wrong and how can I do?

I have not received my certification success kit. What do I do?
If your package has not yet arrived, you should:
- Allow up to 8 weeks to receive your kit after you have completed your final certification requirement.
- Visit certification.oracle.com and select your certification path to ensure you have completed all requirements.
- Check certview.oracle.com to confirm that all exams were taken under the same Oracle Testing ID.
- Go to Pearson Vue Website and select "Personal Info" to ensure your address is correct.
- If you still have not received your certificate after the waiting period and your address is correct in your Pearson Vue profile, please send an email message to [email protected]

Merging for Exam: 1Z0-147 and 1Z0-007 and get OCA certification

I want to merge my two certification examination that I have successfully passed 1Z0-007 (Introduction to Oracle9i: SQL) from PROMERIC, and 1Z0-147 (Program with PL/SQL) from Pearson VUE.
What is the procedure to get both cretification merged and get OCA certificate?
How much time this process will take?

Uday0) Warning: Dont publish your Oracle Testing Id. or Prometric Id. on this website, it would be a breach of the NDA you have agreed to.
0.1) Register with certview.oracle.com ... it helps to know where you are at..
1) Identify your Prometric Number that you took your prometric exam under.
2) Identify your Oracle Testing Id. you have under Pearson VUE.
3) If they are the same all is ok.
4) If they are different full details of both will need to goto Pearson VUE requesting a merge. (I haven't recently checked the FAQs for updates on this procedure.
5) Dont try to request a merge while you certview regsitration is in progress.

There is no certificate for passing 1Z0-051. It acts only as a portion of a two-test certification track (wither DBA or developer)

There are several factors involved in getting a job. And there are several ways a job may be obtained. But usually there are there stages:

Well .... there is only three possible answers ... yes, no, and maybe; and maybe is probably the only correct answer, and most people will have worked this out, which means the question may have not been the best question to have asked.

I have been known on occasion to have been given a question by a boss.
And I have answered him:
"You have given me the wrong question
The question you should have answer me is this.
And the answer I will give you is this."
And the boss goes away happy
So you you a better question would have been:
How much will an OCA PL/SQL certification increase my chances of getting a job?
Mind you even that question won't help you get a much better answer.
For a proportion of jobs where PL/SQL is relevant that will help (for those where it is not it might be occasionally be a problem), for people with identical CV's it sometimes might help get to interview stage. But there are other factors as well. For instance if I was thinking of giving you a job on the basis of your post I might for example:
- Not be impressed with an "Hello Guys" greeting ( though this is a forum so that isn't relevant here).
- Not be impressed with you being confused.
- etc.
You probably need to get a good appreciation of the job market in your locality; and the numbers of applicants for each job. Which jobs you can apply for, what is your skillset and knowing youself as well.
Sometimes an ITIL certification may be a better differentiator for some positions in business. But it will depend on the job you can think you can get.

I would recommend deleting contents off your hard-drive to make space (how much is left..you should be having 15% free as a general practice) and backing up the phone prior to upgrading.
