Will i get banned from the game Clash of Clans for having 2 accounts? Will they ever find out?

OK so i just made a second clash of clans account and there's been talk on the internet about whether or not clash of clans will delete your account for having 2 accounts. Some people say yes, some people say no, some people say they will never find out. Is it possible that they could find out and ban me?
