you will get "regular" texting (SMS), but not MMS, which is texting with multimedia like pictures.
T-Mobile is not fully compatible with the iPhone which is why many of the features that make the iPhone so popular (Visual Voicemail, FaceTime, MMS) will not work. There are at least 3 major carriers in the US that support the iPhone. Why you chose the only major carrier that is incompatible is beyond me.

If your phone is locked to a particular carrier, you must contact them to request they unlock it. Once they've taken care of that and you've followed the instructions to complete the unlock process, you will be able to use the phone elsewhere.

I just bought a Macbook Air. I also have an external harddrive for which to transfer and save all my existing music from my PC. Will I have any troubles with iTunes recognizing where my music is located if I keep it on the external harddrive and not save it on the computer's harddrive?

I have dumped Premiere Pro 6 in the trash and emptied it. How do I get another version of CS 6?
I trashed my CS 6 programme because I thought it was copied onto my external Hard drive. Turns out it wasn't. I have tried to upload a new one from the download centre but it won't let me do it. It keeps telling me my Premiere Pro CS 6 is up to date even though I can't open any of my CS6 files because guess what I trashed my Cloud version of Premiere CS 6. Any help gratefully appreciated.

Please go to www.adobe.com and click on download tab, then selected photoshop elements 12 and go to the download page of that product( the photoshop page is ony to start the downloads). Once the page loads copy and paste the link given below on the address bar to start the download for Premiere pro cs6 family.
For windows platform copy and paste the link one by one and once both the files are downloade open the .exe file to start the installation. Make sure that you have Winzip to extract the files.

I have a MacBook 5,1 (13.3" aluminum from 2007 or 2008). Automatic updates will only let me get to OSX 10.5.8. Can I upgrade to Snow Leopard, Lion 10.6 or even 10.6.8? Also, will I have any issues with my iPhone if it's updated to iOS 7.1?

You can upgrade direct from 10.6.8 to 10.8 Mountain Lion without going through 10.7 Lion with the Late 2008 model 5,1 Aluminum Unibody. The Model 5,1 will probably run 10.9 Mavricks when it comes out.
10.8 Mountain Lion is a download from the App Store, the price is $19.99.
Mountain Lion will require at least 2gb of RAM but really needs 4gb to run smoothly.

Also Mountain Lion doesn't run any Power PC programs. To see if you have any Power PC programs go to the Apple in the upper left corner and select About This Mac, then click on More Info. When System Profiler comes up select Applications under Software. Then look under Kind to see if any of your applications are listed as Power PC. Universal and Intel will run under Mountain Lion.
Before Mac switched to Intel processors in 2006 they used Power PC processors from 1994 to 2005. Power PC 601 through 604, G3, G4 and G5. Applications written for the Power PC processors need the application called Rosetta to run on Intel processors. This was part of the Operating System in 10.4 and 10.5 but was an optional install in 10.6. With 10.7 Lion Apple dropped all support for Power PC applications. -

Final Cut Pro X 10.2 crashes when I try to convert old libraries for use in the new software. Is there a workaround for this? Or will I have to continue using the previous version to complete older projects? the only foreseeable solution is to begin any new projects on 10.2 or importing footage on 10.2 and starting form scratch--which is something i definitely don't want to do or have time to do. Public Sector: Will this have any issues during Siebel upgrade?

We are using Siebel Public Sector application (Case Management) in our product.
Every contact who is Primary under a Contact will be associated to a Master Case. If there is no master case associated with primary contact, siebel will create a new master case. In other words, Contact to Master Case is 1:1 relationship.
We are in the process of developing a new requirement where in a Contact can be linked to one or more Master Cases (1:M). Since this is deviates Siebel OOB feature we do not want to change it.
Instead, we have created a new custom stand-alone Table (which mimics OOB Master Case columns) and a "New Custom BC".
Created a link betwen Contact BC and New Custom BC (Id -> Par Row Id).
In "New Custom BC", field called "Master Case Number" has a dynamic picklist based on OOB "PUB Master Case" BC.
For other field we have mapped using pickmaps.
Our requirement is met but our only question is "Will this have any issues during Siebel upgrade?"

As a designer and developer myself, I must say that WPF is well crafted to function in a designer/developer team split. Blend is a phenomenal tool that inspires creativity and exploration for designers, allowing developers to continue coding without being
involved in UI changes.
As a developer one of the greatest aspects to WPF is the binding infrastructure. It's incredibly powerful, so powerful in fact that it is the driving force behind the MVVM pattern. This is certainly a benefit for your financial application since I imagine
you're manipulating quite a bit of data and displaying it. Simply said, binding reduces the majority of your code-behind "glue" code and lets you work more naturally with objects and properties.
Another aspect of learning WPF is that XAML, binding and the MVVM pattern are not going anywhere anytime soon. What you learn can carry over to Modern Apps and Windows Phone Apps. This still holds true for Windows 10 "Windows Apps".
Some people will tell you WPF is only for "fancy" UI apps. That's cute, and totally incorrect. WPF can help you build a better user experience even with the most subtle animations in your business apps. Meaningful animations like letting
the user know when an item has been filtered out by making it fade away or scale down. This might seem small, but to the user it is polish and better understanding. WPF was built to enable this.
If you're ready to move on to Modern Apps then by all means go down that path because it is clearly the blessed strategy by Microsoft at this time. If you're not, learning and moving your app to WPF is a great way to prepare for that step in the future..
