I was reading on Wikipedia (in spanish) about iOS version history, I read that "iPhone Users have all free updates, while iPod Touch users payed for iOS 2.0 and iOS 3.0 updates. For 4.0 version, Apple stoped asking pay for updates for iPod Touch."

So that means, iOS 7 will be free on the App Store? Or I have to pay like OS X updates?

-iOS 7 will launch at App Store, Apple Stores and/or Apple Online Store?
-iOS 7 will launch at Apple Stores after App Store's launch?
-iOS 7 will launch at Apple Online Store after Apple Stores and App Store?
I know I do a looot of questions, but, I will buy an iPod Touch (my first one) and I want to know if buy it before of after iOS 7 launch.

Yes, unfortunately apple did get rid of picture frame with ios7 and a lot of people are complaining about it. Pretty annoying cos I like to use my iPad to display photos. Now we have to rely on third party apps.

I also agree that the paid update is a sham to those who bought the full boxed set of Logic. The ONLY reason I bought the boxed version of Logic was to get MainStage....I don't use anything else in that package. So ultimately, I've paid hundreds of dollars for a product that's now selling for $30 and I don't even get a free update.....sheesh!
As far as this logic goes: " MS 2.2 is a feature release" and that I "never bought that version of MainStage with the Logic Studio box": bollocks! Many consider a feature release to be more than a .1 incremental update...OSX versions excluded. With the exception of major OSX updates, I've never experienced being charged money for a .1 incremental update, and the vast majority of software developers have a policy that incremental updates are free until a new version is released i.e. v.2.5.6 to v3.0. I'm sure that's not always the case, but it's definitely the case in an overwhelming majority of cases.
Shame on Apple for this price gouge.

Hi I am in the US for just a week and I want to buy a an unlocked iPhone 4S to take back to India. Will a contract free iPhone 4S be unlocked as well? Apple says unlocked phones will be available this November but i have not heard an dates yet .... I will have only this weekend to go to the apple store and purchase ... please advice.

Will iOS 6 feature video playlists for IPAD

Ok - so iOS 5 music app on IPAD does not show video playlists - even though iOS5 app on IPOD Touch and IPHONE do show them. Will iOS 6 fix this? I need video playlists. I travel a lot for work and this keeps me going when i get back to the hotel room. Please don't suggest some 3rd party app.

Once an item enters the download queue, the user cannot remove it. Either let it complete the download (easiest) or contact the iTunes Store customer support department through the Contact page and ask them if they'll remove the item(s) from your queue for you.

No, it will not run on a fourth-generation iPod touch. As to why not, Apple has not said, but probably because the older hardware will not support it.
