  • Does iPhone SDK support the feature of data transfer via Bluetooth or USB?

    Hi,
I'm developing a application in which I want a feature for data transfer either using Bluetooth or USB.
Does iPhone SDK support this feature of data transfer via Bluetooth or USB?
    Please help me.
    Thanks.

The SDk doesn't deal with BlueTooth or USB. Your only option is wireless data. (WiFi, 3G, etc)

  • Will Iphone 4S Support 4G ?

I have one Question will Iphone 4s Support 4g if other carriers support 4g ? Thank you verry much !
I have an Iphone 4s Unlocked Buyed From Apple Store

No current model iPhone supports true 4G, so your phone will never support true 4G. You'll have to purchase a new iPhone, if/when Apple offers a true 4G model.

  • Will Neo4 Platinum Support All 4 DIMM Slots?

Will the Neo4 Platinum mobo support all 4 DIMM slots being filled?  I already have 1GB of Corsair ram 2x512MB.  I want to put 2 more DIMMs in though so I'll have a total of 2GBs 4x512MB.  Will this mobo support all 4 DIMM slots being filled?
    Thanx in advance!

My bad. . .i thought you said "Neo2 Platinum".  You clearly stated "Neo4".
    Just trying to help!

So then the Neo4 won't reduce memory speeds?  I'm ready to go with 2GB of ram now.  I wish I had 2x1GB vs 4x512MB but money is a factor for me, I don't have much of it....heh, oh well as long as it works at full speed.  I wouldn't do it if I had to reduce my speed despite the difference is minimal.
This is the memory that I have and want to get another kit of.  Corsair VS1GBKIT400 http://www.monarchcomputer.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=M&Product_Code=140443&Category_Code=Unbuffered_Corsair
This is what MSI says about certain types of memory:
    • This mainboard DO NOT support the memory module installed with more than 18 pieces of IC (integrated circuit).
    • The Maximum memory speed decreases when the following two memory combination is selected:
    - Each channel is installed with two double-sided memory module
    - Both DIMM1 and DIMM3 are installed with double-sided memory module
    • Due to the South Bridge resource deployment, the system density will only be detected up to 3+ GB (not full 4GB) when each DIMM is installed with an 1GB memory module

  • I use Norton Security, a pop window appears to enter my password so that all log-in names & password will be automatically entered for all applications, will Firefox 4 support this feature?

In Norton Security, there is a feature called "Web Protection Log In" where a pop window appears then I enter a password only once as soon as I log in. This feature will automatically fill in my log-in name and password to all applications I use just as ATT.net. Will I be able to have this feature in Firefox 4 ?

    You're welcome.

  • Installing OJ 6110 in Win 8.1 and supporting all features

Just moved this older printer over to  a Win 8.1 computer. Can't find a full featured driver that will run. I can print, but the scanning options are very limited; e.g can't convert a scanned document to pdf. Where can I get a driver that fully supports the printer, as I had with winXP.
    This question was solved.

    Hi,
I afraid you cannot get Full Functionality as you had in XP, only a basic set of drivers is available for your printer for Windows 8:

You may try freeware software such as NAPS which allow scanning to a PDF and check if that may provide you some furhter functionality:

    Hope that may help,

  • Will JavaFX WebView support HTML5 features like indexedDB ?

I need to be able to access a site that rely on indexedDB, though it seems not yet supported by WebView component.
    (List of features: [http://docs.oracle.com/javafx/2/webview/jfxpub-webview.htm] )
Will the WebView component in the future support every HTML5 feature like a full browser like Chrome and Firefox or shouldn't I count on it?
    Thank you for any information.

You can check for indexeddb support for javafx by running an issue search at javafx.kenai.com. You can also create a feature request if none is found.
Support for some other html5 and w3c related specifications (above the excellent support which JavaFX already provides for these technologies) in JavaFX is already in progress or planned as can be found by similar Jira issue tracker searches.
Note, no application supports every html5 feature and it is unlikely that any will.
Also, IndexedDB references the html5 specification, but is a separate specification.

  • Will iPhone 4s support 2 phone numbers?

I am self employed and find myself needing 2 phone numbers, one personal and one for business. I also don't want 2 phones if I don't have to. does anyone know if it will support 2 numbers??

That's a good question considering it is both CDMA and GSM. IF it can, which I doubt due to software limitations (iOS), you would need one line to be on a CDMA carrier and the other to be on a GSM carrier since the iPhone 4S only has one SIM slot.
Alternatively, you could use something like Skype with an incomming number or the MagicJack app with an incoming number. If you used both these software solutions, you could technically be recieving three numbers on your iPhone.

  • Will iphone 5 support fm radio in hyderabad

    Hi All,
I am  an iphone 5 user.
I have onedoubt coul any one give me answer.
I need  to use FM Radio in my Iphone 5. Please let me know the solution.
    Have a blessed day.

iPhones do not have FM radio receivers. Some radio stations stream their broadcasts across the Internet which you could listen to via an app, of which there are a number available in the iTunes Store.

  • Will iPhone 5 support WiFi calling?

Does the iPhone 5 running IOS 8 support WiFi calling?

    Terry Otness wrote:
I'm guessing some iPhone 5's have been left out.  For example mine is an AT&T version which I purchased for full cost when they came out.  This was just prior to a T-Mobile iPhone version being introduced.  Nonetheless, the only difference I can discern is that the T-Mobile standard frequencies were not present on my earlier phone version.
I'm hopeful that this isn't something which is insurmountable.  I'd like to have the full value of my purchase price realized.  i know Apple can't add the T-Mobile frequencies, but at least they could deliver a software update version that permits Wi-fi calling.
Yes, I've updated to IOS8, but do not have the Wi-Fi calling menu that many with my iPhone 5 brethren are seeing.  This may be the reason some are not seeing Wi-fi as well.  I'd love to hear from anyone with some inside insights on this.  Thanks.
You might want to give T-Mobile a call and see if they can send you over a 'carrier update'. If I'm not mistaken, the 4S and above should be able to work with Wi-Fi Calling.

  • Will iPhone EVER support over the air sync of subscription calendars?

Anyone know if there are any plans to allow for over the air sync of subscription calendars? I had hoped this would be covered in the 2.1 update.

Since this is a user to user help forum only, no one here knows.
If Apple has plans to incorporate this and is working on it, and someone here is privileged to such information, they would be under Apple's NDA (non-disclosure agreement) and aren't allowed to say until Apple makes an announcement or until the update that includes this is released.

  • When will HTML5 be supported on all browsers without Flash

When will HTML5 be supported on all browsers without Flash.  Flash is a support nightmare.  No matter how much Adobe wants to rescue it, it's antiquated proprietary functionality that poses both security and support issues.

"When will HTML5 be supported on all browsers without Flash?"
This is a really weird question.  Why ask it here?
For starters...HTML5 support on all browsers is not something Adobe is responsible for, so why ask that question on this forum?  Instead, if you want anyone with a stake in the issue to answer it, ask the browser manufacturers (e.g. Microsoft, Google, Mozilla, Apple) when they will be supporting all features of HTML5.  The ball's in their court right now.
Secondly, for e-learning developers HTML5 is currently a bigger support nightmare than Flash ever was.  At least with Flash we had a runtime (Flash Player) that all major desktop browsers supported. You could create a course in Flash or Captivate, and as long as the end-user's browser had a current version of Flash Player, you could be reasonably certain it would run, and run smoothly.  HTML5 output from most current generation authoring tools runs like a dog with three legs.  And e-learning developers forced to build HTML5 or mobiles are encountering a minefield of wildly differing screen sizes and inconsistent implementations reminiscent of the worst years of the 90's "browser wars".  HTML5 is no picnic.  Give me Flash any day.
Thirdly, Adobe already knows they cannot "rescue" Flash.  Why do you think they've already started rolling out HTML5-centric apps such as the Edge Toolset.
Fourthly, the rumours of the death of Flash have been wildly exaggerated.  Flash is very much alive and well and happily living inside many of the games and apps that people are currently playing with on their mobile devices.

  • How many devices will my mac support ?

I have just bought a new desktop, and we have also have 2 ipads 1 Iphone 2 ipods 1 nano and are going to buy the kids ipad minis for christmas. Will I tunes support all these devices?

    Welcome to Apple Support Communities
Of course. In the case of the iPad and iPhone, it might depend on the iOS version they are running, but they should be able to sync with iTunes without any issue
