For example, Adele's Rolling in the deep is in the album Rolling In The Deep-EP and the album 21 as well.
I am going to buy these two albums. Will it charge me twice for this song?

They are two different albums/EPs, so yes you would be purchasing (and therefore be charged) for both.

I went to buy a song using iTunes, and after clicking 'Buy Song', I received a message about how the terms and conditions had changed. I agreed to that, and it then told me to try my download again, which I did, only to find out I'd been charged twice for one song!
Is there any way I can get that extra 79p back and solve this problem?

Apple charged me twice for one iphone 5

Dear every one,
My name is Thanh Pham. I ordered only one Iphone 5(32G) online on Dec 6th, but APPLE company charged me twice.
One of charges was 807.85 USD on Dec 11th. The other was 802.19 USD, which has displayed as "pending"
I received my iphone 5 on Dec 13th.
I just wonder, who i need to contact or what i have to do in order to get my money back.

Most companies routinely do a temporary authorization charge when someone uses their credit card to make sure they are using a valid card. Once the item is shipped, the correct amount is charged. The temporary authorization will usually disappear after a while. Call your credit card company and ask if one was temporary; if not, open a dispute.

Why is it that when i bought a song a few months ago (Got Money) that i was charged $10.58 for it? Why when i bought 9 songs (not videos) that i was charged $20.99 for them? Could it be because of how many times i played it?

I downloaded a song to my iPod that was already bought with my iPad, and it charged me twice, even though it propmt it me that I already had that song in my account. Where and how I claim it to Apple?

If I wanted to buy certain songs off a deluxe album that require the whole album to be purchased, will I have to pay for the songs I have from the regular album again?

A long time ago, I bought one of Mumford and Sons' regular albums, and more recently, I bought two bonus songs off their deluxe album. The last song on the deluxe album can only be download with a purchase of the whole album. Will I have to repay for all the songs I already have, just to get the one extra?

Charged twice for one router,

When i signed up to BT i had no idea what lay ahead,i looked at the options they had to offer and went for the second one,
£16-00 per month,that included the home hub 4 in the package,they had sent me the home hub 3,
after seven phone calls to them they agreed that i should have received the hub 4 as advertised,
they sent the new one out to me,then a few days later sent me a return delivery pack for the hub 3,
all went fine until i looked at my account,they had charged me again for the new router,there was no mention of a
delivery charge to be paid again,
i am a new customer and i cant believe they have charged me twice for one router,they were at fault not me,

I'm being charged TWICE for one purchase, how can I get my money back for that second charge?

I bought an album and two songs which added up to about $13 and I went to check my credit card account and saw that itunes is charging me twice for that same thing along with an extra $1 for something else. One of the transactions is on 11/05/11 while the other one is on 11/07/11 and I only bought the album and songs once and I haven't bought anything else since then. I emailed them about it and they think it's an unauthorized purchase when it isn't I know that I bought the songs but they're charging me twice for that one thing. I've called them and they all said that I have to go to the customer services and that's didn't help so what do I do to get my money back?
This also happened before where they charged me twice but it was just 2 bucks so it was a big deal but this time it's almost $14 and I want that money back.

I'm just guessing since you provide so little information about your situation, but look under the Store menu in iTunes for the "Check for available downloads" command and run that. You may find the tracks there to be downloaded.
If not, and/or if you are certain you've been double-charged (and one charge wasn't the normal hold placed when you first enter a credit card), contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department from their Support page (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find either an "Express Lane" button - just follow the instructions to get to the contact form, or an "Email Us" button) and explain the problem to them.

For the film not playing, you can use the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that film and use the 'Report a Problem' link.
