Will iwatch be able to interface with hearing aides that interface with iphone 6?
I am ready to buy hearing aides that use the iphone 6 to control volume. I know the watch isn't out yet but if it won't work with these aides it might be worth waiting a little longer since it would be great to have the volume control on my wrist... I figure if you can control music this might be doable too. Any ideas?

Just checked out their site. Got to say while loosing your hearing is never a good thing this looks really amazing.
While the ability to adjust the sound of the hearing aids is a nice feature the ability to stream audio from an iPhone or iPod or from a TV to the hearing aids is, in my opinion, a great use of the technology.
Thanks for bring this to my attention it will be interesting to see what they do in the future.

I drive for work and have a wok oh one too and both are synced to a bluetooh headset (LG). You can't do anything with that problem.

Today I received the same message but have 4.6gb available from a total of 5.0gb. I also received the same message when i first set up my icloud account and icloud was virtually empty. I'm considering buying CC LR/PS package. My camera is Sony a7 - raw ARW. I've been editing using PSE10 and ver 8.7 of the external Adobe DNG converter. Will I be able to open the DNG files in LR with the edits preserved? Will I be able to open the PSD files in LR with the edits preserved? Any import/catalog etc issues between PSE10 and LR?
Lightroom has no problem reading DNG files. Whether the edits you have done to the DNGs you have originally edited in Photoshop Elements 10 I'm not sure. ACR edits made to DNGs are saved in the DNG file itself, as apposed to a XMP sidecar file, so LR should see those edits. At the worst you will get an exclamation mark in the upper right hand corner of the imported DNGs and clicking on that exclamation mark you will get a dialog box asking you to either import settings from disk or overwrite settings. you would select import settings from disk.

MarkYou probably can open the Keynote '06 files with Keynote for iOS but not the other way around. Files created by the iOS iWork apps can only be opened by iWork '09 apps on the Mac.

Well. Among all the great features the iPhone offers, I still see no sign that it will be compatible for people with hearing aids and/or cochlear implants...again.
Seriously, this is the iPhone 4. What gives?
Many phones out there have this compatibility, why does Apple continue to neglect the hard of hearing? Same with iTunes not having movies with captions/subtitles. Sure some do, but hardly any new ones or popular ones.
My god if Apple would fix this I would be TOTALLY buying all their products.

There are several variations on the same theme offered from the big hearing aid manufacturers. Obviously not an ideal solution, but it's better than nothing. -

Seems like a simple question, but I haven't been able to find the answer.When they become available yes. This happens after each episode airs. You can usually download them 5-6 hours after each episode airs.

ThanksIf your computer shipped with Snow Leopard, that means it shipped with two disks: an Install disk that contains the OS, and an applications disk that contains the iLife suite. You would use the applications disk to reinstall iLife.

You can't. The nano SIM is 15% thinner compared to its previous two generations, so even if it is cut in the same size, the thickness would be different, meaning the cut micro SIM cannot fit into the nano SIM slot.

I have a mac book pro that both USB ports have stopped working one about a year ago and one recently. Is it possible to connect to another one of the other MBP's ports with a cord that ends with a USB port?

I went by the Apple Store and they told me that there was a "Flat Rate" repair service for this particular part where they would replace the logic board along with the USB ports for $350. Seems like best avenue. All of this would have been moot but my wifi in the computer also doesn't work so I was using my phone as a hot spot and tethering it to the computer for Internet access when the last port quit. This left me with no internet and no printing capabilities on the computer I use for my business. Basically became a nice paperweight. lol
They will ship it off Monday and I should have it back Thursday!

If I buy Lion in the app store, can I ''reset'' my whole macbook (instead of doing this with the cd that comes with the macbook)?
With ''reset'' I mean, repair because it is from 2007 and so slow. So that all the data and programmes are gone and I can start over with Lion!?You have a choice. You can start by erasing the drive and reinstalling Snow Leopard prior to purchasing and downloading the Lion installer. Or you can purchase and download the installer, save the Lion installer, create a bootable Lion USB flash drive installer, boot from the Lion installer, erase the hard drive, and install Lion. I would suggest the second choice:
Make Your Own Lion Installer
1. After downloading Lion you must first save the Install Mac OS X Lion application. After Lion downloads DO NOT click on the Install button. Go to your Applications folder and make a copy of the Lion installer. Move the copy into your Downloads folder. Now you can click on the Install button or quit the installer. You must do this because the installer deletes itself automatically when it finishes installing Lion.
2. Get a USB flash drive that is at least 8 GBs. Prep this flash drive as follows:
Open Disk Utility in your Utilities folder.
After DU loads select your hard drive (this is the entry with the mfgr.'s ID and size) from the left side list. Click on the Partition tab in the DU main window.
Under the Volume Scheme heading set the number of partitions from the drop down menu to one. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Options button, set the partition scheme to GUID then click on the OK button. Click on the Partition button and wait until the process has completed.
Select the volume you just created (this is the sub-entry under the drive entry) from the left side list. Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Options button, check the button for Zero Data and click on OK to return to the Erase window.
Click on the Erase button. The format process can take up to several hours depending upon the drive size.
3. Locate the saved Lion installer in your Downloads folder. CTRL- or RIGHT-click on the installer and select Show Package Contents from the contextual menu. Double-click on the Contents folder to open it. Double-click on the SharedSupport folder. In this folder you will see a disc image named InstallESD.dmg.
4. Plug in your freshly prepared USB flash drive. You are going to clone the InstallESD.dmg disc image to the flash drive as follows:
Open Disk Utility.
Select the USB flash drive from the left side list.
Click on the Restore tab in the DU main window.
Check the box labeled Erase destination.
Select the USB flash drive volume from the left side list and drag it to the Destination entry field.
Drag the InstallESD.dmg disc image file into the Source entry field.
Double-check you got it right, then click on the Restore button.
When the clone is completed you have a fully bootable Lion installer that you can use without having to re-download Lion.
To install Lion from scratch:
Install or Reinstall Lion from Scratch
If possible backup your files to an external drive or second internal drive.
Boot From Lion USB Flash Drive:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager appears. Select the icon for the USB flash drive then click on the arrow button below the icon.
Erase the hard drive:
Select Disk Utility from the main menu and click on the Continue button.
After DU loads select your hard drive (this is the entry with the mfgr.'s ID and size) from the left side list. Note the SMART status of the drive in DU's status area. If it does not say "Verified" then the drive is failing or has failed and will need replacing. SMART info will not be reported on external drives. Otherwise, click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Erase button and wait until the process has completed.
Quit DU and return to the main menu.
Reinstall Lion: Select Reinstall Lion and click on the Install button. -
Hi I replaced my hard drive on macbook and I want to install mac osx10.5 with the CD that came with the macbook. When I run the CD after a while I get the page showing language options for 2 second then a gray screen appears and nothing happens. I partitioned my hard drive and I tried installing Microsoft windows and that worked just fine. But I do not understand why it wont install mac os x 10.5????? PLEASE HELP ME. Thanks Hamid

Save As CSV only using format of date
