Will my iPhone charge in st Lucia without a converter?

I live in the us and have an iPhone 4. I'm traveling to st Lucia where the voltage is 220. Can I just use an adapter plug with my iPhone and iPad or do I need a voltage adapter too?

Yes, you will be fine.  The charger itself is universal voltage and auto-senses the voltage.  So all you need is the actual adapter plug so it will fit into the wall socket.
