Will my purchased apps go from my iPad if I change my apple id
My dad purchased some apps on my ipad and now he has bought a new ipad. I want to use my Apple id on my ipad, if I change to MY Apple id will all the apps in that account go from my ipad?
Go ahead and log in with your Apple ID. Your dad's apps won't disappear, but they will always be tied to his Apple ID. If his apps ever get updated or have in-app purchases or whatever you'll need his ID. But in the meantime you can continue playing "Where's My Water".

If you are talking about items that you have purchased from the iTunes Store or App Store being deducted from your credit balance in your iTunes account, then providing there is enough to meet the whole of the cost of these items, then it should always be deducted from your credit balance before your credit card. -

Yes, it will now always show that you purchased it, but with it deleted from ipad, when yu click the icon to download again, it will download the latest versioon available from the app store.
You cannot delete what is in the app store. nor can you erase your previous history of purchasing the app. -
I can't install apps directly from my ipad. It says "can not connect to the iTunes Store". However I can load them on my i touch and then load the app Thursday wifi. Any ideal?

I was 3-4 updates behind on ipad. Did back-up, installed update to ipad now how do I get my purchased apps back on my ipad? I assume they didn't back up to cloud since that came with this update. I can see all my purchased apps but no way to transfer them back to my ipad from whereever they are. Wish itunes was more user friendly. Help please.
If you are running iTunes 11 and if you didn't figure this out yet, when you launch iTunes - go to View>Show Sidebar from the menu at the top of the screen. Once you can see the sidebar, iTunes looks so much more familiar.
The "new look" iTunes doesn't appeal all that much to me, I just want the functionality that I have always had. It's still there, its just been hidden with a lot of fluff and visual wow that I really don't care about .... Just my opinion. -

See which Apple ID you used to download an item.
See if the content is available for redownload. Previously purchased items might not be available if they're no longer on the iTunes Store. If you changed your Apple ID from one country to another, you can’t download items you purchased in a previous country.
and then to download again:
Apps
Tap App Store.
If you're using an iPhone or iPod touch, tap Updates, then tap Purchased.
If you're using an iPad, tap Purchased.
Find the item that you want to download.
Tap the Download icon. After the app downloads, you can open it from the Home screen.
If you can't find the item that you purchased in the iTunes Store, report a problem with the item. You can report a problem with a purchase made within the last 90 days.
If you have a problem with an older purchase, contact iTunes Store support.

I bought an airport express after being assured that I will be able to AirPrint from my IPad. I have set up airport utility on my Hp laptop and configured it properly with the express. But still I'm not able to detect the printer attached to the USB port of airport express, neither on my laptop nor on my IPad. Can someone tell me if and how it can be done?
Who assured you that an AirPort Express would allow you to use AirPrint from an iPad. They were incorrect.
AirPrint from iPads and other iOS devices is only supported on a select few wireless network printers that expressly advertise that feature. An AirPort Express will not add that feature to a printer that does not support AirPrint. Also, for printers that do support AirPrint a wireless access point is not required since the printer needs to support wireless networks connections internally.
The HP laptop should however be able to print to the printer connected to the AirPort Express. Try also installing the Bonjour Print Services for Windows. It will make printer discovery a lot easier when using Bonjour enable devices like an AirPort Express. -

Are you expecting to see the apps that you can see on the iPad, on the Mac?

I have the wrong icloud account on my ipad. If I go in and hit the red delete account button in settings of icloud will it just remove it from my ipad or remove it completely since it is on other devices
It only deletes if from this device, not from iCloud. Other devices still using the account will not be effected by this.

You do not. Apps and any content purchased from the iTunes store are eternally tied to the Apple ID they were purchased with.
