Will Not Allow Me To Burn In iTunes

Compaq D310, 512MB Ram 3.5Ghz, 80GB HD, CD-RW running Windows XP Pro (Updated)
Problem, is when I load iTunes I get the error message Registry Settings for importing and burning CDs are missing. Please reinatall iTunes.
I have reinstalled iTunes, I have removed iTunes completely from this PC and reinstalled iTunes. I have removed iTunes and Quicktime completely and reinstalled both. I still get that message. Any advice would be appreciated as I will soon need to purchase a new portable music player, my iPod mini is about dead. If I cannot burn music in iTunes then there is no reason to have iTunes, ergo no need to purchase a new iPod.

If you are running windows try uninstalling iTunes and all of its components as by following one of these guides: Windows XP or Windows Vista/7, then reinstall iTunes. You must follow this guide exactly or it will not be successful. Note: uninstalling iTunes will only remove the application; it will not touch your iTunes library or data.

New version of iTunes will not allow me to burn audiobooks to audio CDs

i just pruchased an audiobook from iTunes. as i've always done in the past, i went to burn an audio CD to back it up. i have did this with Diamond's 'Collapse' and was signaled that it would take multiple audio CDs. no problem. when i went to burn this new audiobook, i was given a warning that sometracks could not be burned to a single audio CD. no kidding? i clicked 'OK' and then was prompted that the tracks would not fit on one audio CD, but would require multiple discs, just as it had always been. no problem. so, i clicked 'OK' and waited, and waited, and waited... you get the picture. nothing happened. i tried it several times. same result. so, i can't burn my new purchase to an audio CD with the newest verion of iTunes. this is irritating because now i can't burn it to audio discs in order to listen to it in my car. why is this not working? i've also had issues with other aspects of the new version, but this is the most immediate problem. my last question went unanswered, so PLEASE someone help me out here since you can't go to iTunes for any help. thanks in advance for any assistance.

I think I've discovered what the new iTunes lets you do. You need to drag and drop a new playlist into the iPod. After about 10 tries at this, and 2 forced quits of iTunes as the screen froze, I finally saw my playlist listed under the iPod contents and the synching began. Then the iMac told me that synching was impossible as it couldn't find the device. No iPod connected! So now iMac shows no iPod attached, but iPod thinks its still synching. I'll leave it for an hour and see what happens.

I have a iphone I do not use as a phone anymore. I use the apps and the music on it though. I downloaded itunes and I am trying to update the phone so I can purchase music and apps for it. I bought my iMac in Holland in 2009 but I live in Sweden, I made an Apple id here and it works for the Apple Store, but it doesn't work with Itunes as I have my itunes in Dutch of course and am right away transferred to the Swedish iTunes and am told I can't buy music because I live in Sweden and am directed to itunes sweden on top of that I am not such a Swedish speaking or reading person and now I am stuck:(, I can't do anything with music and such, does anyone of you out there know how to solve this problem?
It's a worldwide problem because as soon as a site knows your ipaddress it right away transfers you to the site in the country you live in, idiotic to my view, we have open borders, many people living in countries that they were not born in, many prefering to have their computers in their native language and then meet problems!

My G5 will not allow me to update to itunes 10.7

when I try to connect my iphone 5 to my computer it says I need to update my itunes but my computer says it is up to day running itunes 10.6. So I cannot get my music off my comuputer on to my phone.

PodcastMachine will not allow me to edit my feed

I started a podcast four weeks ago, using PodcastMachine's free service. I quickly outgrew their free service's bandwidth requirements.
I now have my own service space, and a new RSS feed, but PodcastMachine will not allow me to add the "itunes: new rss" tag to my existing feed, and they have not responded to my requests for support.
Assuming they don't get back to me, is there any way to submit the new feed to iTunes, or am I going to be forced to delete the existing podcast and resubmit it and simply lose the existing subscribers?
I appreciate any advice and apoligize if this has been answered elsewhere. I could not find a similar request via a forum search.

The 'itunes:new-feed-url' method is the normal way of moving a feed. The Apple Tech Note on the subject also mentions setting up an HTTP 301 redirect on the server (see here) but though I'm not familiar with PodcastMachine I would rather assume that they host the feed, so you won't be able to do that either.
In this situation you have only two options, neither very satisfactory. The first is to abandon the old feed altogether. You should get the old podcast removed from the Store - instructions here - and submit your new feed as an entirely new podcast. You will probably need to make a small change in the title, as a bug in the Store software may tell you that the podcast has already been submitted: and of course you will lose any subscribers or comments.
The other option is somewhat uncertain. iTunes Support is notoriously unhelpful, often sending back form answers which often don't deal with the actual problem, or referring the questioner to the Discussions Forum (which may have sent the questioner there in the first place): however it has been known for someone to persuade Support to shift their podcast to a new URL, so it's worth trying. It's probably just a matter of luck who you get. To contact iTunes Support, go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ - click on 'Other iTunes Store Features' in the list and then on 'Podcasts'.

Could you post your diagnostics for us please?
In iTunes, go "Help > Run Diagnostics". Uncheck the boxes other than DVD/CD tests, as per the following screenshot:

When you get through to the final screen:

Stop whining and you're much more likely to get help.
Managing content on the iOS device has not changed in any way with the new version of iTunes.
It is still possible to "drag and drop" content onto the device, my personal opinion is that this is a silly way of managing content.
Simply select the content desired to sync to the device and synce.
IF you really want to "drag and drop" content, then Manually manage content on the device must be select from the summary tab for the device. Then drag and drop content all you desire. This may require having the sidebar displayed. To display the sidebar, type Cntrl + S.
