Will not connect to Wi-Fi that needs agreement to terms
SO I updated to ios 5 last night, home wifi it connects just fine. Went to a coffee house this AM where normally a page pops up with their terms and agreement for their wifi, the page didnt pop up so I couldn;t connect wi-fi. Same thing at my clinic, I've never had a problem connecting until ios 5. Help If I can get that page to pop up, thats all I need. Also hotmail crashes 2 seconds after trying to launch app.

I updated my Ipod touch 4g to iOS6 and it will not connect to any internet that requires a password on the browser. I really need my Ipod working for school, How can I fix this.
- A reset. Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Go toSettings>Safari and clear COokies, histor and data.
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings.new iPod. -
I have OS 10.8.2 and use wireless at home just fine.
When I visit a friend with only a cable modem internet my Mac Book Pro will not connect.
I see that the Mac Book Pro is picking up the internet when I check the internet preference section but it will not open Safari.
What do I need to do connect via a cable modem? You need to power off the modem for 15-30 seconds, then power back up and then connect. The modem is remembering the last connection (your friend).

I downloaded and installed itunes, but itunes will not connect to ;internet (I do have internet. I don't know what too do, can you help?
I'm having the exact same issue. I'm connected to the VPN, but I can't mount or otherwise connect to the shared drive. Did you ever resolve this?

Im just wondering if this is the case? it just doesnt make any sense to me. These aren't two very old products so it just seems to strange.
I'm baffled. The current iTunes (11.0.4) runs on OS X 10.6.8. If I were you, I would download the current iTunes:
iTunes 11.0.4
... and see if that solves your issue.
... but note your MacBook Air late 2010 can run Mountain Lion, so that would undoubtedly solve the problem for you, whether or not simply loading iTunes does. -
I am having trouble getting my wi-fi to connect...this is the second phone I have gotten...any solutions before I have to make my fourth trip tp Apple?

Yes, my cousins iPod is disabled. It says "ipod is disabled, connect to iTunes", I did that and it will not connect to iTunes, because it needs the pass code. The pass code key board will not show up and I cant connect. Please help me figure this problem out, my cousin is depending on me. Thanks, a concern customer.
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

Apple Wireless Keyboard (2007) will not connect
I just got an Apple Wireless Keyboard (2007 aluminum) and it will not connect to any computer that I have tried it on. This is at my work, so I have multiple machines to try it on. I tried it on a couple MacBook Pro's, and several different Mini's.
When I start the Bluetooth Setup Assistant and select "Keyboard" and click continue, it does not find anything. ( http://screencast.com/t/Pev6sLaH )
If I then turn the keyboard off and then back on it will find it. So I click continue so that it can pair with is and it fails, saying it was not discoverable. ( http://screencast.com/t/D0SNKMDR )
If I turn if off and then back on while it is trying to pair, that does not help.
Is the keyboard just DOA? Or am I missing something? I have read the users manual, searched the Apple support KB, and Googled for an answer but found nothing. I am thinking it might just be a bad keyboard but wanted to check here first.Just to follow up as of today the key board is now paired.
Go figure why one day it will not work then the next day it will.
After reading many of the comments here there must be some sort of software issue with Snow Leopard. -

My iphone 3gs will not connect to itunes and it says that I need to do a system restore. It also says that I need to enter my password on the iphone to connect to itunes but I can not do this because the phone is in emergency phone call mode only.
Turn your phone off and connect your cable to the computer, but not the device just yet. Start up iTunes. Now, hold down the home button on your phone and plug it in to the cable - don't let go of the button until iTunes tells you it's detected a phone in recovery mode. Now you can restore to factory settings.
Unfortunately, the data on your phone is already gone if you're seeing the connect to iTunes logo. -
I updated an iPod touch, an iPad 2, and an iPhone 4 to iOS 6, and all of them now will not connect to WiFi. They all give this wierd 404 error page from Apple and insist that I need to login to the network. What's the fix? None of the recommended fixes work in any of these devices. Reset device, reset network, renew lease, etc. None of them work.
Does the iPod work OK?
Does it charge when connect to the computer?
Does it appear in My Computer?
Look at the dock connector on the iPod. Compare with the iPod that does work/connect.
I suspect you have a 2G iPod. Those can only go to iOS 4.2.1

iPod touch (3rd generation)
iPod touch (3rd generation) features a 3.5-inch (diagonal) widescreen multi-touch display and 32 GB or 64 GB flash drive. You can browse the web with Safari and watch YouTube videos with Wi-Fi. You can also search, preview, and buy songs from the iTunes Wi-Fi Music Store on iPod touch.
The iPod touch (3rd generation) can be distinguished from iPod touch (2nd generation) by looking at the back of the device. In the text below the engraving, look for the model number. iPod touch (2nd generation) is model A1288, and iPod touch (3rd generation) is model A1318. -
