Will not let me enter group account information on Mac

I cannot get a few of the Macs In my building to print to a 5765 that everyone in the building does their mass printing to. It has been difficult for me to figure out the problem because it seems random. The two that I am having a problem with right now have two different versions of OS on them and we have plenty of computers running the same two OS on them that are printing just fine. I have called Xerox already and they gave me the CUPS solution but it is not working. It is also worth noting that these two computes are having other problems with different printers in the building. I will also point out that I am a student assistant that was hired to help the IT guy that no longer works here so normal (simple) explanations may be required. I know quite a bit but I have not been able to fix this particular issue. Thanks.

You did not list what OS has the issue so I am going to assume OSX 10.8 or higher. And you don't list what the CUPS soiution was. Which could be anything from adding the printer to the OS manually, to actually setting the XSA account info or enabling the prompts. So first: Check the last few pages of the attached pdf and go into CUPS, enable XSA account prompts, reboot and try a print. Second, if step one fails, reset the Mac Print system, install the latest driver and follow the CUPS part of the attached pdf, reboot and print. Third, come back to the forum and tell us if it worked, or what the the actual OS is with the issue, what is happening and what you expect to happen instead. Be clear, and screenshots are massively helpful. To capture a defined area of your Macs screen use "Command+Shift+4" and drag your mouse to highlight the area you want captured.

I read the 10/30/13 randers4 post to just change your Apple ID back then sign in and change it to the new email address again and then you can sign in, but I cannot change back to the prior email address Apple ID because that is no longer an active email account (or at least not mine). Any thoughts on how to get signed into iCloud when it does not allow me to type in the new Apple ID and the old Apple ID no longer exists.
I see that many people have asked, but no one has come up with a solution that I found.

This did not work for me. My old email account for iCloud still pops up on my screen every time I open my macbook. I've deleted it, reset it, every thing I can think of and it still shows up. I think six months of this is more than enough time to wait.

all of a sudden iCloud Mail will not let me enter a subject in the Subject line. It even alerts me that there is no subject in the Subject line when i send an email but still wont let let the cursor enter anything in the subject line

When you add an iCloud account with Lion or Mt Lion there's no need to add an incoming mail server if you are using the built in mail app. It is automatically configured for you.

There is no user name needed to "enter" or use iPhones...
Assuming you mean your iTunes Store account ID:
Settings > Store > tap ID > sign out > sign in with new ID

i have connected it to itunes like i was told to do and it wont do anything because its locked with a passcode and its frozen on the lock screen and will not let me enter myt passcode and after a while it just shuts off, it has been doing this for almost 48 hours. I was told to hold the home button and power button to shut it down and that I could then restart it and it would work... Nothing has helped, What can I try???

Reset the device by pressing and holding the home and power buttons for 15-20 seconds until the white Apple logo appears.
If that does not resolve, restore the device via iTunes on the computer.
If all else fails, take the device to Apple (or whomever provides support in your country) for evaluation and possible replacement.

Press the SETUP button on your printer's control panel.
Using the arrows, select DEVICE SETTINGS, press OK.
Select LAN SETTINGS and press OK.
Select Wireless LAN Setup and press OK.
If a message appears to press the WPS button, press STOP to cancel.
Select STANDARD SETUP from the next screen that appears and press OK.
Highlight your access point or router and press OK.
Press OK again to confirm the access point name.
Enter your passphrase using the keypad to the right.
At the screen where you enter your passphrase, in the top right corner of the LCD screen you should see a :1 . This indicates that you are in numeric entry mode. If you press the asterisk key (*) it will switch to :A or uppercase letter mode, pressing asterisk again with switch to lowercase letter mode. To enter a letter in either letter mode, you will press the associated number key to cycle through the available letters. For example: To enter a letter "c", you will press the "2" key three times.
Press OK when done.
The LCD screen will say "Connected" if the password is correct.

It sounds like you have a Master Password set on your Firefox profile:

When you try to set up a Sync account, Sync needs to access your password manager. The dialog you're seeing is asking for your Master Password, not asking to create a new password. Simply entering your Master Password should allow Sync setup to complete.
Note that you'll need to enter your Master Password in order for Sync to do its thing; it'll ask once when you launch Firefox, but it won't keep bugging you after that.

ITunes will not let me access old accounts

I tried to connect either of my old accounts for my iPhone 4, but iTunes will not let me in. When I ask for password recovery no email is sent to either account, but when I try to use either email address I get an error saying that both are still registered. THEY CANT HAVE IT BOTH WAYS! I need to use either of these email for my current account. How do I delete these accounts?? There is no help for iTunes online, just product support they want you to pay for!
Its stupidly hard to clear these old accounts out! Please help.
