Will not print in black even after replacing black ink cartridge in my Photosmart C310a.

How can I get my Photosmart C310a to print in black. I changed that both black cartridges and the ink status screen indicates that there is ink.

Office Jet 6500 E710n-z won't print black even just replace the ink cartridge with a new one.

It is the 3rd time to have problem on printing "black" even the ink is not empty (but the level is low, like a quarter left). In the previous cases, I replaced the cartridge and the problem solved.
The 2nd time was last week. After I changed the cartridge, it worked (for only 1 week) and the problem is back. Since the ink is full this time and it worked well when I just changed it, I suspect this is the problem of my printer instead of the cartridge.
I did clean printhead and align printhead but the problem persist. Please advice the solution. Thanks!

Hopefully the printhead does not need replacing. I would look at this document on defective output for your printer model. I know that some of the steps in here you have mentioned already performing. Please just read over/skip those and try the ones you have not yet performed. It shows different ways to clean the printhead; if you just did the cleaning from the toolbox I would defiantly do the manual one. It also has a walk through to make sure that the products firmware is up to date. Welcome to the HP Support Forums! I see you are running into some print quality issues on your HP Photosmart 5510, you are unable to print in black ink.
I would like you to continue here: Printer Does Not Print Black Ink or Color Ink, or Prints Blank Pages, I understand you may have done some of these steps already but I need you to complete all steps in order to resolve the missing black issue you are experiencing.
Please note: There are three printhead cleaning stages. Complete all three stages if necessary. If the printhead is badly clogged, it might require another cleaning cycle. If so, wait 30 minutes after the last (third) cleaning stage to start the first stage of the cleaning process over again.
If you are still unable to print in black ink, I suspect the issue may be the printer and not the cartridge. Please let me know which Country/Region you are in as well as the product Warranty status: HP Warranty Checker

Problem with In Design CS6 Unexpected Quit and will not re start up, even after computer restart?

In Design CS6 Quit Unexpectedly and will not start back up, even after restarting computer. Tried to do a CS6 re-install. It finished and said ready to use, but still getting same Unexpected Quit and In Design will not work. Did not "Un-install CS6 first" Should I try installing CS6 again, un-installing version on computer first?

You might also try resetting your user preferences
You can delete the replaceable InDesign SaveData and InDesign Defaults files by holding down the following keys while InDesign is launching:
Windows: Shift+Ctrl+Alt
Mac OS: Shift+Control+Option+Command

Adobe digital editions will not finish downloading ebook even after double clicking on hard drive .

ADE will not download and open the ebook automatially. After locating the .ascm (ebook) file on the hard drive and double clicking on that, it still will not open in ADE.

I did all that and after I close the ADE and double click on the file, ADE opens right up and it looks like it is downloading (very fast), but nothing shows up in the ADE.
How do I only get emails from you and not all the other people on the discussion?

Right click on the ACSM file or option click and go to Open With and select Other. You can then navigate to your Adobe Digital Editions and set the file to open with that. I would then recommend closing Digital Editions, if you have it open, and try double clicking the file. If Adobe Digital Editions opens then the file association is still correct. If you continue to have difficulties then I would recommend contacting the vendor you obtained the e-book from.

Firefox 4.0 will not open at all. It shows that the process is running in the task manager but will not open the window even after closing the prcess and restarting.

I have had firefox since an earlier 2. version and have been able to upgrade as normal. After the installation is done it will not open at all. I have restarted and even uninstalled all previous version .exe and still nothing. I am using windows 7 OS. I am still running 3.6.8 and would love to see the new one running on my laptop.

How is your iPod configured to sync TV Shows? What options do you have enabled from under your iPod's TV Shows configuration tab in iTunes?
No error messsages when you sync your Classic with iTunes? Try resetting all warnings with the device by right->clicking on it from under Devices in the left hand pane of iTunes and choosing Reset warnings. Then resync your device to see if any errors appears.

I don't know how else to say it, the save password does not work even after checking the save password box if I can't get it fixed I'll use some one else

Go to Tools | Options and choose the Security tab from the Options dialog. Check the "Remember passwords for sites" checkbox. Click the Exceptions button to make sure the site you want to remember is not listed.
From that point on, Firefox will record the username and password combination you enter for a site provided it can recognized those fields in the website form. If the username and password are not already recorded for that site, a bar will expand down at the top of the webpage below the page tabs asking you if you want to remember or ignore that new information. Clicking the Remember button will record that information for that site. When you visit that same form again, either the single recorded username and password should automatically appear in the form fields, or a drop-down list of choices will appear when you set the focus to that field. The choices can be filtered by typing the first letters.
If the "Save password" checkbox you mentioned is displayed on the webpage, it is not a part of Firefox and is a function of the webpage of that site, so it does not affect the ability of Firefox to remember usernames and passwords for a particular site.

Firefox will not complete the installation even after several attempts of rebooting the computer.

I downloaded the Firefox 9.0.1 upgrade but it will not complete the installation on my computer. Everytime I try to remove the program, it tells me to reboot the computer to finish the installation. After several reboots, the same error keeps coming up.

Try to run the Firefox program once as Administrator (right-click firefox.exe: Run as Administrator).
If that doesn't solve the problem then remove the Firefox program folder (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\) to do a clean reinstall.
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.

Uninstall your current Firefox version, if possible.
*Do NOT remove personal data when you uninstall the current version or you lose your bookmarks and other data in the profile folder.

Also, if you go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices and hover the mouse pointer over the iPod backup the SN will appear..
